Fantastic experience: Best in the game. I’ve been to Physio Pattern three times with 2 different issues. Each time Christos took the time to understand what’s wrong and what I expect. He thoroughly assessed me and began treatment right away giving me some home exercises. I felt the improvements almost immediately. Wouldn’t go to a different physio in Manchester.

Fantastic experience: I went to physio pattern 2 weeks ago after experiencing a lower back injury - just a week later, I already started feeling the benefits. It is the first time in 8 months I feel like my injury is properly healing. In the two sessions I have had so far, Christos has offered great support in the treatment, and has also given me stretches and strengthening exercises to do at home. I would highly recommend physio pattern to anyone suffering with a similar pain.

He assessed me properly, explained what was going on clearly, and started treatment straight away. He only gave me two simple stretches, and within a couple of days I felt 100% better, which really impressed me. Fantastic experience: I researched online to find the right therapist to assist me with my plantar fasciitis. I came across Physio Pattern and something really resonated. I made an appointment and was delighted. Christos is so approachable and down to earth. He quickly and methodically starts his assessment and treatment. He develops a treatment plan which includes homework with exercises. He writes the homework on the white board and you take a picture. Quick and easy. It works brilliantly! What I really like too is how much more he offers during his treatments including using the latest technologies. After one treatment I had a 80% improvement. I am delighted. Fantastic experience: After 10 months of pain in my hamstring and lower back and multiple unsuccessful visits to various physios and osteopaths, I booked a session with Physio Pattern and was immediately blown away by Christos' knowledge and understanding of physiotherapy and neurokinetics. After diagnosing my problem in a simple, understandable way, I was given clear and easy instructions to help solve the issue, and with a few follow up sessions, I'm now healed and my legs in particular are stronger than before. If you're struggling with an ongoing issue, have visited multiple physios with hardly any change or have never been to a physio before, I'd highly recommend Physio Pattern for their immense understanding, simple and clear communication and all round quality customer service.

Fantastic experience: I went to Christos today after being in excruciating pain with my lower back, neck/traps and couldn’t get out of bed for work. He diagnosed me after many other physios have failed to do so, with something I suspected I suffered from. He explained everything into detail and it made perfect sense, he was professional, approachable, and just a breath of fresh air in general. After the first visit and rehab session I feel tons better, I wish I heard about him before! Will continue to attend his clinic and I highly recommend him to anyone who is in my position! :)

Fantastic experience: Currently working with Christos for multiple Vestibular issues. I had been diagnosed BPPV a very long time ago via ENT, years passed without issues but recently the living nightmare reoccurred tenfold! Christos assessed and diagnosed BPPV within my first session, after taking time to discuss my symptoms and gather a deeper understanding he performed several movements to correct those pesky crystals!! I also have eye issues as a result of years of imbalances which we are also working to correct. Fantastic experience: I injured my shoulder about 9 months ago whilst doing aerial trapeze and ended up with a frozen shoulder. Christos at Physiopattern has been brilliant, diagnosing and treating my injuries as well as sorting out my frozen shoulder. I am very grateful! The recovery has been steady and I am now back on the trapeze again! I would definitely return and strongly recommend!

Fantastic experience: After suffering with patellar tendonitis in my knee for over 2 years I needed to find someone whose expertise could get me back on track and back on with my very active lifestyle. Straight away Christos knew the dysfunction in my lower limbs causing the problem and was able to prescribe a simple but very effective program to restore muscle function and reduce pain alongside the use of Tecar and Shockwave therapy to help kick start the healing process. After weekly and fortnightly sessions with him, my tendon is in the best state it has been for over 2 years and I can finally get back to the activities I once used to undertake PAIN FREE. Fantastic experience: Christos was a pleasure to work with ! The communication from the start was amazing. I experienced my 4th episode of vertigo and was really concerned as I had had left it untreated. I booked a session with Christos and we went through my diagnosis step by step. After doing a few movement tests, we then did the actual BPPV movements and it worked like magic. I was advised to do the treatment for the next 2 days by myself and my vertigo at the end of these 2 days completely went away. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!

I am on the 4th session of shockwave therapy paired with alternative therapy, TECAR and scraping to treat the plantar fasciitis Condition that I unfortunately have. I have seen a reputable physio previous to this and my condition only worsened. I was doing exercises that were detrimental to my condition. I’m not over it just yet and there is still work to be done, however I am seeing some serious improvement and very happy with the results so far. Thank you Christos for your help. I knew Christos was different when he spent most of my first assessment just watching how I move and how my body reacted to things he was asking. Christos then gave me the most detailed description and breakdown of my issues and more importantly how to fix them with realistic exercises/rotuines that can be done For anyone in pain just listen to your physio and do the work at home, if they say three times a day then just do it, After just one week I did feel a big difference in my mood and how I was feeling.
