Blue Sky Physiotherapy provides high quality evidence-based care for all your musculoskeletal needs. Our Chartered physiotherapists are very experienced with post graduate qualifications, and all have worked with National and International sports teams or athletes. With close links to orthopaedic specialists, radiologists, podiatrists, lymphoedema and rehabilitation experts, we can provide a complete care pathway. Our aim is to return patients back to full fitness stronger and more robust than before. In addition, we are a certified Concussion Management clinic and offer Shockwave therapy, VALD performance screening and an onsite brace specialist. Our clinic is registered with all major insurance companies.

Fantastic experience: I ruptured my ACL in Feb 2022 and had it reconstructed. Sean at Blue Sky was amazing. He’s worked tirelessly to get me back on my feet and back to sport! Massive thank you for all your hard work. The whole team at Blue Sky are lovely. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've had an amazing experience with Blue Sky Sport Physiotherapy! I tore my meniscus 14months ago and had a really tough ride whilst waiting 7months to have my surgery. In that period I gained a variety of extra problems on the injured leg. I saw Donna pre surgery, she gave me an effective programme to prep me for surgery and also work with the patella tendonitis which she had also diagnosed. I went back to Donna post surgery as my leg still felt very weak. Since being given a bespoke strengthening programme to work with, I have noticed a huge difference in my strength and mobility. I can finally see positive, regular results and am on route to returning to my dance career :) thank you so much Donna ????

Fantastic experience: Great team who have got me back swimming after Rota Cuff operations. Regular appointments with Alex Ryan gave me a clear recovery programme and easy to follow exercises to get me back swimming and cycling again. Have already been recommending Blue Sky.

Fantastic experience: I went to Blue Sky for help after I severely injured my ankle running. I saw Alex Ryan who was incredible to work with every wobbly step of the way. He created the perfect recovery plan and tailored exercise plans to work for me. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I knew I could trust him to get me back to fighting fit. The staff in general were all so friendly every time I went in and always greeted me by name. For my sake I hope I don't need physio again for a very long time but if I do I will definitely be returning to Alex and Blue Sky :)

Fantastic experience: I have had physio several times. This was by far the best. Alex Ryan at Blue Sky tailored the rehab to help me get back to the activities I like whilst helping me keep my fitness levels whilst injured. It was challenging but it was also fun and it worked. Highly recommended.
