Fantastic experience: My 15 year old son hurt his lower back whilst playing football. We both genuinely have nothing but praise for Elise. Elise is so knowledgeable, kind and extremely helpful, Nothing was ever too much trouble, We were sent regular mobility and strengthening exercises which were carefully explained at every stage and my sons progress was assessed frequently. Elise always remained positive which helped my son keep on track. We highly recommend Elise

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Elise for two and a half years years now for a range of injuries owing from my time in highly active jobs. Whether it is a tendon/ligament/muscular injury or just a deep tissue sports massage, I have always been on the road to recovery at first instance/diagnosis. Elise is highly knowledgeable and competent and good to be around as well. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Elise was just brilliant with my teenage son after his football injury. She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and planned a programme of suitable recovery exercises tailored to his progress and skill set. She kept in touch regularly and monitored his progress remotely in between sessions. He was back playing sport in a safe manner following her careful advice. I will most certainly be visiting her myself when I next need a physio and would highly recommend a visit to her for any injury concerns.

Fantastic experience: Was struggling to find anywhere to get an appointment for my shoulder, with nowhere offering appointments out of normal business hours. Contacted Elise on a Saturday and she saw me in the evening on the next day. Elise's professional and friendly manner helped put me at ease that I wouldn't be out of physical activity for too long. She diagnosed my issue, applied treatment and then set me up with some easy to follow exercises to strengthen my shoulder. Would highly recommend, Thank you.
