Scott provided progressive, hands-on treatment along with clear, structured exercise plans that made a real difference. By following the exercises between appointments, I noticed steady progress, and by my final session in December I had regained a range of motion I hadn’t had in quite some time. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable, and confident throughout, which made the whole experience reassuring and effective. When I've come in with a complex issue, he took the time to listen to me and came across as being genuinely interested in getting to the bottom of what was going on with my leg. Fantastic experience: Truly grateful for everything that Damien McCoy at ESP Physio Grangemouth has done! I developed terrible sciatica pains earlier this year and I was referred to ESP by my doctor. Damien took the time to listen to me, focused on simple yet intensive exercises to relieve the pain and get me mobile again. Even after the 2nd session I was feeling a world of difference! After 8 sessions with Damien, I'm now more or less without pain and can resume my normal lifestyle, walking and exercises. Highly recommend this place and it's staff! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: I required treatment for a calf strain that threatened my ability to run the great Scottish Run after 16 weeks of training. I visited Damien the day before and he did a fantastic job in patching me up which allowed me to complete the run. The follow upwas great too as he identified my weaknesses and provided srengthening exercise routine. I'm back running again with confidence, and looking forward to the next challenge. Great work.

Got a quick appointment and met with Mr Cairn Wallace who was very thorough and professional. He quickly figured out what was wrong and gave me specialised exercises to do. Fantastic experience: Following a shoulder injury, I saw Scott Lang at the Stirling treatment room and over the period of a number of weeks he set me back on my way to recovery Being a golfer and very active, he gave me a treatment plan that helped me to continue my day to day activities whilst carrying on with my rehab I would highly recommend Scott and the team at ESP and they will be my go to for treatment if needed in the future.

Fantastic experience: I received treatment for both achilles tendinitis and a hamstring injury. My physio Scott was informal and friendly though also highly professional. He was crystal clear in explaining, in layman terms, how my injuries had been caused and how the exercises would help. He also gave me great advice on how to avoid these injuries in the future. Fantastic experience: Scott and Sarah have been absolutely brilliant caring for my Brachial Plexus injury. They quickly diagnosed my injury after I’d had a bad fall. The gentle exercises they started me off on began to loosen up the areas around my shoulder. I was getting referred pain into my right upper arm, in the tendon between my bicep forearm, and down into my right index finger. I wasn’t able to weight bear in bed on either shoulder. Scott recommended a very good Renpho massage gun and after the first few weeks gave me some more resistance strengthening exercises. I have been delighted with the rapid progress that has been made on an injury that was very uncomfortable, so much so that I’ve joined a gym, and am looking forward to getting back out casting my 15 foot long sea fishing rod at the weekend. I could not recommend ESP Physio highly enough. Their treatment has been superb!

An expert in his field, gave good advice focused on the areas that required recovery but happy to help with any niggles. I went from unable to get up from the bench to back in the gym in just under a few months. Fantastic experience: Lewis helped me with my tennis elbow. I’m not going to lie- it was a very painful treatment but he made it bearable and funny. He was talking to me while massaging my sore muscles and I was trying to be brave and not to cry it has been over a year since I had it fixed and I never got it back. Very happy with the service and the physiotherapist. I’m back with an injury this week and of course I chose ESP Physio to get my hip sorted. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: After having a negative experience with NHS physio I contacted ESP Physio, Grangemouth as I couldn't walk without pain due to an injury to my hip. Gordon was very professional and assessed my injury, taking time to explain treatment and exercises required for recovery, continually assessing my progress at each visit. Fantastic experience: Was referred to ESP by Nuffield Health through work for a historic injury which occasionally flares. I’ve been very used to being in pain and working around it after trying various physios over the years who have not fully listened to my concerns and sent me on my way too soon. Initially, I was referred for 2 sessions but Scott was able to arrange more for me to make sure we got to the bottom of the issues, and that I was prepared to self manage going forward. I’m really impressed with the level of support provided and definitely recommend.

Positive experience: First appointment this morning. Mark the physio was lovely, knowledgable and made me feel looked after. The room is the reason for low a low mark and to be honest I would rate the room as 1 - the cleanliness is very poor, it would not pass infection control, dirty sheet in bed, material seats that are not wipeable and marked to sit on. For a private company not the standard of room or setting I would expect. Very poor. Physio as I say was 5 star.

Gordon gave me practical exercises I am doing at home along with treatment at my sessions. He is friendly, professional practitioner who's sessions have helped ease the day to day pain I was experiencing. I definitely recommend ESP Physiotherapy to anyone requiring physio treatment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from start to finish. Really thorough assessment of my injury and extremely helpful rehabilitation process, which has got me back running again after several months out. I'd recommend ESP to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Couldn't sit and couldn't walk stairs without pain in my knees. GP told me it will take about one and half or two years to get better, that it is normal and offered painkillers. About two months in the pain, I found Gordon. During each session, he progressed the stretches and exercises I could do at home. A few weeks in, it was getting better and after a couple of months the pain was gone. As I have strengthened those muscles by doing those simple exercises back then, the pain never came back and that was close to three years ago. Today I went to see Gordon again about new shoulder pain and questions about lifting. All were answered, didn't tell me to stop exercising and made adjustments to exercises I am doing, so I don't feel pain and give the shoulder time to get better. Can't wait to see the results. If you are hesitating whether to see a physiotherapist then just give it a shot, you won't regret it. Good ones are worth their weight in gold and I can recommend Gordon Wilkin from ESP based on my experience. He took his time to listen, explained his reasoning and helped me when I needed it. Cool guy, too. Big thanks for the help.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend enough! I went to ESP in Grangemouth in desperation for help while waiting to be seen by NHS. Was welcomed by the reception staff. Was always seen on time and felt my treatment was well priced. I was seen by Lewis who was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel listened to. After my initial assessment I received sessions of acupuncture which I was sceptical about however it has given me the much needed relief from months of pain. Big thank you to Lewis and staff at ESP.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with the service and support provided by Scott at ESP. I’m about 9 weeks on from a slipped disc and have had 6 physio sessions. I’m feeling 100% again. Would absolutely recommend.
