Fantastic experience: The massage was a gift. Don't know I would have paid for it myself as I had no particular discomfort to deal with. That said, Katie was very professional and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. If I had aches and pains, I do not doubt that FMK could help sort me out (as much as any 70 year old will ever be sorted out)

Fantastic experience: I’ve had Sports Massages with FMK in the last few years and I would thoroughly recommend them. Ellis uses a variety of techniques during massage appointments, including cupping therapy and ultrasound. Ellis is fantastic and sends rehabilitation exercises after appointments where required.

Lisa was particularly able bodied with manipulation and I couldn't recommend her enough, when I had thought all hope was gone with a frozen shoulder. After only 3 sessions (even after 2 results were noticeable) my condition was improved to the extent that my pain had deterioted and I was enjoying near full mobility. Fantastic experience: I can't recommend FMK highly enough. Two years ago sciatic nerve problems put me off my feet for two months. Lisa and her team picked me up, dusted me down and put me together again. It's been a long slow process but with personalised support all the way. I've just, a couple of days ago. had a massage session on my leg, given by Katie, who has thumbs that know exactly where the ache is, and I am still feeling the benefit. A short session with Lisa and I have my next month's tailored exercises. Go!

Fantastic experience: I have been treated at FMK for about 4 years. Sometimes just for maintenance just to keep me mobile and pain free. Other times for specific problems like knee pain or currently a frozen shoulder. They have the most up to date equipment and methods and are kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have had treatment at FMK in the past and i did not hesitate to contact them again. I met Caroline at FMK for the first time on Thursday 23rd October 2025, as I had fractured my foot 6 weeks prior. I was struggling with weakness and range of motion with my ankle and foot and was really looking for advice and reassurance with my injury and recovery. I just wanted to say how welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable Caroline was, she really took the time to listen to my concerns and how I was feeling with my injury. It really meant a lot. I came away feeling informed and reassured. I was also given a rehabilitation plan of action and follow up appointments to get me back to feeling more confident and mobile again. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to go to FMK by a friend who had been treated with them very successfully in the past. After being treated for months by the NHS as I was in excruciating pain with an Achilles tendon tear and calcification. I honestly can not the describe the pain I was in and was using a stick on occasions to walk. I was taking the maximum anti-inflammatories and pain killers, which have their own side affects. I couldn’t enjoy my walking anymore and I started to notice my weight and blood sugars were rising. After attending Lisa at FMK , I started to notice an improvement after the the first couple of visits. As well as exercises I was given shockwave therapy which was amazingly successful. It did take time but I am pleased to say that it is completely healed. Pain free , drug free and back to normal , walking and enjoying life after so much pain. Absolutely brilliant service and with every penny spent.

Fantastic experience: Lisa diagnosed the problem with my knee straight away and made me a treatment plan. Amazing the improvement after three visits. Deep sport massage from Katie, I'm sure I can still feel her thumbs in my leg, but she did a great job. Caroline was very professional in explaining and demonstrating how to do the exercises in her quiet gentle tone and the importance of continuing with them. I am now fully recovered. Lisa identified the muscles supporting my knee affected by osteoarthritis, and with one session of acupuncture, a couple of sessions of ultrasound, and a course of daily exercises, I was back to walking normally again.

Fantastic experience: I discovered this business on the Internet. The reviews were good so I booked a consultation with Johnny Farrell. The booking system was good and I was able to book evening appointments. Johnny is very knowledgeable, professional and polite. After his initial tests he was able to come up with a treatment plan for my Sciatica. The treatments included Accupuncture, Cupping and an Exercising plan to be done at home. I am happy to say that 5 weeks later I am pain-free and have my mobility back. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. Thanyou so much Johnny Farrell.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Johnny at FMK with a really sore shoulder (muscle related) and a sore knee that struggled to walk on. Johnny for the start was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We discussed together some exercises to do that I incorporated into my daily routine. I have now finished my dry needling treatments with Johnny and my shoulder and knee is completely back to normal. I highly recommend anyone to contact FMK to help with your pain. All the staff are friendly and welcoming! Not to mention the practice itself is amazing for availability as I could only go at night. Ellis is an excellent listener and identified the issue very quickly. At the first appointment he treated the injury - giving instant relief and also gave me a series of simple exercises to strengthen the back. I felt completely reassured by his support and he gave me the confidence to run again - certain that he would be there to support me if things became difficult. I am now making steady progress with my running and can’t thank him enough for the treatment, support and encouragement. Fantastic experience: I was suffering from sciatic nerve pain, back pain and pain in my knees. 4 sessions over the course of a few weeks with Lisa and I was 95% pain free - completing the exercises between sessions built the strength required to support the treatment in the sessions Lisa used a combination of massage, dry needling and ultra sound (I think ) and managed to get me mobile and virtually niggle free The practice is friendly, clean and welcoming Highly recommend

The booking system is simple to use, including evening appointments. Johnny is very personable and thorough, and through his initial tests and checks, he was able to quickly identify the causes with both my back and also my shoulder. Treatment consisted of massages, stretching , acupuncture, dry needles into the muscles, all of which I might say, were painless. There seemed no end to what he had in his toolbox. At the end of each appointment he would explain the additional exercises to do at home that would help speed my recovery. All in all my experience with FMK Physiotherapy was a very positive one and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended Johnny for any physiotherapy needs. Convenient evening & Saturday appointments. Johnny has sorted out a problematic shoulder that I've had for many years. He took vast history & created a suitable and do-able exercise program with regular follow up appointments. Plan was tweaked as my muscles & tendons strengthened giving new exercises. He really knows his stuff! Since then I've been back with hamstring problems & most recently issues with thumb/wrist. Massage, heat therapy & acupuncture has helped massively. Johnny is a polite, professional and all round lovely guy. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering with a very sore back which was preventing me from partaking in a physical activities. I had about 6 sessions with Ellis at FMK Physiotherapy in which he devised some stretching and strengthening for me. It took a couple of months and many hours of exercises but my back is now almost fixed so I’d 100% recommend FMK.

Fantastic experience: After looking for a physio online who had a good online presence Johnny at FMK seemed to tic all the boxes. From the get go Johnny was attentive and interested in getting to the root cause and provided a tailored program that would work into fixing the issue with the leg. Johnny has a plethora of knowledge and has fixed the issue with my sons leg over a period of time however, no longer than was absolutely necessary. The prices are excellent and the treatment and support is second to none. I highly recommend Johnny and will return if necessary; an outstanding physiotherapist!

Fantastic experience: Arm Very thorough pre assessment in a relaxed atmosphere. Thorough examination of problem area. Exercises discussed and practiced in the clinic. Sent home with a complete exercise programme sent by email as well as some elastic bands to carry out the exercises. Risk assessment on bands explained. Gentle to more advanced. Plan of action put in place included acupuncture - explained well Ultra sound explained well too Follow up appointments were timely. Wrist Same as above. I wish to thank Lisa and her team for their professional advice and treatment which has been fabulous. Gone from being unable to move arm to full use. Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Lisa after an examination, massage and acupuncture I came out of my appointment so chilled. Went home had dinner lots of water and had the best nights sleep since my last appointment. She had truly magic hands.

Fantastic experience: Briliant service from Johnny. Injured my knee at the gym and it was beyond painkillers helping. He carried out a very detailed examination of my knee and worked out what was wrong. He treated me several times and after each appointment he sent a list of exercises to follow and the guidelines with a video clip to follow. He regularly carried out further assesments to ascertain how my knee was healing and adjusted the treatment plan accordingly. I improved greatly and trusted his advice implicitly. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and the team at FMK.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Caroline for almost a year now at FMK. In our initial consultation she took the time to listen and make sure she understood everything that was going on with my injury. Caroline then advised what best exercises and treatments would be. I have been back and forth with doctors and appointments in the NHS, but one person who has always heard me and supported me is Caroline. She has contacted my doctor on my behalf and is always advising me. I would have given up with NHS appointments by now and would be worse off, struggling even more with mobility if I hadn’t been going to see Caroline every week to every two weeks. If anyone had an injury or mobility issue I would definitely recommend Caroline as she is very friendly, knowledgable and professional. Thank you Caroline!

Fantastic experience: What a brilliant therapist. I had three treatments with Artur and he did a fantastic job on me. Highly recommend. I have been a therapist myself for a large number of years too and I struggle to find the correct people even myself for my own injury treatments. Going through an Achilles injury at the moment along with a few other aches and pains and he helped wonders. Certainly one of the best I have been treated by so far. Fantastic experience: I went there last year to sort out my back, bottom, leg issue. They were very helpful and identified the problem straight away. Which was far better than the service I received from the NHS. I received treatment and exercises to do which solved my issues pretty quickly.
