Fantastic experience: I went to Frank for a knee injury that had been bothering me for a while with no real explanation for the pain and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more thorough or professional rehab experience. From the very first session, Frank took the time to properly assess my knee, explain what was going on, and outline a clear, structured recovery plan. He didn’t just focus on treating the symptoms he worked to identify the root cause and built a rehab program tailored specifically to me. Every exercise had a purpose, and he made sure I understood why I was doing it. I couldn’t recommend Frank enough!

He quickly figured out what was going on, explained everything clearly, and gave me exercises that really made a difference. My neck feels as good as new now! From day one, Alice and Frank were super professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me get better. Everything was explained clearly, and each session fit with how I was progressing. Fantastic experience: I've been here for 2 separate injuries in the last year. First was a shoulder issue and Alice had me back to good as new after 2 sessions. Second was a knee fracture. Frank worked with me on this one and referred me for the initial MRI scan, then worked with me on Rehab to get me back to playing football again within a few months. Both Alice and Frank have been amazing to work with, really good at taking the time to explain things to me and get me back to training. Communications outside of sessions has also been excellent. Couldn't recommend them more highly. Thanks Alice and Frank!

Fantastic experience: I was really impressed with the facilities in Alive, it was both a friendly environment but felt very professional. All prior injury history and current difficulties with the injury were explored through some questions. Everything was explained very clearly about “why” the injury may have occurred and what Alice and team were trying to get to the bottom of. The communication was clear, I was given rehabilitative exercises and instructions via WhatsApp / email and a follow up appointment was scheduled. I felt after I’m in good hands to get back onto the pitch and continue with gym etc. I would definitely return with any futures injuries to Alive. 5 star service.

Fantastic experience: Top class service and information with top class facilities. The hot yoga has improved my flexibility, core strength, confidence and stillness week on week. The yoga teachers are passionate about what they do and you always leave the class feeling fantastic! I have attended Physio sessions with Alice herself and the wealth of knowledge she has about how the human body works and heals is incredible. The information is given in a practical, friendly and professional way. Alive Physio and Rehab is a fantastic place, full of passion for, and commitment to, overall wealth and wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: I've been to Alice for the past year with different injuries/niggles. She is fantastic at her job and is always very accommodating. She won't rest until she finds the root of the problem and will help you to understand why injuries/issues are happening.

Fantastic experience: Alice was incredible throughout the entire rehab process post grade 2b MTJ groin strain, the phases were clearly defined using both subjective and objective markers. We used the Copenhagen protocol and my return to play a shared decision making process, my performance markers have been at pre injury levels and couldn’t be happier! thank you!

Fantastic experience: Alice is incredible at what she does. From initial assessment I couldn't have felt more comfortable and at ease, it felt like I had known her for years. Alice was able to pinpoint exactly where my pain was coming from and explain why it was happening in terminology I could easily understand. I have also since attended exercise classes held in the clinic and the facilities are top class. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Alice enough. I felt like she really listened to what was going on and she really thought about what I was saying to figure out my issue.I had a problem with my hip and knee, and when I was saying I couldn't feel the exercise working where I should, she spent so much time with me to make sure I was activating the area. I see such an improvement in the strength of my hips.

Fantastic experience: Would 100% recommended Alive Physio to anyone who is having any sort of pain or concerns. Alice is lovely, very knowledgeable and a great physio. Went with a pain in my shoulder and through her help and the rehab it has been sorted along with identifying what was the possible cause so I can manage and prevent issues in the future . The facilities are very new and parking is available opposite the building. If you have any pains or concerns I would recommend booking in sooner rather than later!
