Fantastic experience: I have dealt with Patrick at Pendulum twice over the past few years. Once with a neck injury and the second time with a shoulder injury. Patrick has a wealth of knowledge and on both occasions when I attended Pendulum he was able with accuracy to quickly pinpoint and diagnose each individual injury. The tailored physio programmes drawn up by Patrick himself in relationship to my specific injuries on both occasions have lead a quick and speedy recovery. Fantastic experience: Patrick at Pendulum Physio has been treating me on and off for a number of years for a variety of injuries, including rotator cuff issues, slipped/bulging discs, runner’s knee, Achilles tendinitis and a hamstring tear. I genuinely couldn’t recommend him highly enough. What sets Patrick apart is how thorough and hands-on he is. He takes the time to demonstrate exercises to properly rehab the injury, follows up regularly, and afterwards sends an email with very user friendly video demonstrations of everything covered, so you know exactly what to do between appointments. I’ve been to other private physios and through the NHS in the past, and the difference in the level of care and expertise is night and day. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and genuinely goes above and beyond. Thankfully, I’m now 100% fit, and I honestly wouldn’t be where I am today health and fitness-wise without his help over the past few years. Your health is your wealth, and even without private health insurance, the relatively small cost of getting a proper professional assessment and rehab plan is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: Came to Paddy with an Achilles tendinopathy that was derailing my marathon training. He diagnosed the root cause immediately as posterior chain weakness and put me on a structured rehab programme that kept me running throughout recovery. Paddy clearly keeps up with current research and takes the time to actually explain what’s happening and why. He also recommended antihistamines to address mast cell activity around the tendon — something I’d never heard of before but which made a real difference. His knowledge is excellent, his approach is friendly, and he takes the time to explain everything properly. Already back to full training and on track for Tollymore Marathon in November and Manchester Marathon in April. Highly recommended — especially for runners.

Fantastic experience: This was hands down the best physio experience I’ve had in a long time. I wasn’t simply sent away with exercises to do at home. The full 45 minutes felt genuinely focused on getting me as much relief as possible and making the most of every minute. Paddy provided excellent advice on strength training and exercises to support my running, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. He did everything he could to ensure I left feeling as comfortable and informed as possible. To help with my pain and rehab, my appointment was followed up with a personalised exercise program by email within an hour of my appointment. Honestly, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish and I couldn’t fault the service. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Great service and would highly recommend Pendulum Physiotherapy to anyone requiring treatment. Declan was great with the initial consultation, coming up with a plan of action. Since then I have been seeing Daniel on a regular basis, who has been fantastic in addressing my symptoms and creating a lower limb limb program that has really helped me. Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I honestly can’t recommend Pendulum Physio highly enough — especially for anyone who is pregnant and struggling with pain or discomfort. I went in at 26 weeks pregnant originally for lower back, hip and pregnancy-related pelvic pain, but I had also been suffering with a severe headache with nausea and vomiting for four days. I could barely move or drive. I had already spoken to the hospital who advised paracetamol and rest, but as I already had my appointment booked, I decided to go ahead. From the moment I arrived, Declan Judge was amazing. He took time to really listen and asked what was bothering me most — which was the headache — and he focused on my neck and shoulders using gentle massage and small, safe manipulations suitable for pregnancy. He also explained simply why this was happening and what was causing it, which really put my mind at rest. My neck felt so much looser straight away. Although the headache was still there when I left, I went home, rested, had the best night’s sleep… and woke up the next morning completely headache-free after days of misery. The relief was incredible. I’m now booked back in for further treatment on my hips and pelvis, and I genuinely feel so reassured knowing I’m in such safe, knowledgeable hands. If you’re pregnant and in pain, please don’t suffer in silence — physiotherapy can help far more than you might realise. Declan is professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Have been treated by another physio for shoulder pain for years with no major relief. One conversation with Declan and he diagnosed a neck issue which was causing the shoulder pain. After a few sessions of physio with him and following his suggested exercises my neck and shoulder have never felt better. He really knows his stuff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now - even though Pendulum is 45 minutes away for me - it’s worth the time it takes just to have such expert advice. I’m now seeing Declan for a hip issue and am seeing real improvements. My husband sees Declan regularly too and agrees that he is the best physio we’ve ever been treated by. Declan is such a lovely, friendly, approachable guy and you can tell he really cares about his clients and their rehabilitation. I would highly highly recommend Declan if you have any injuries, aches or pains. You won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: Declan is absolutely fantastic. I first went to Pendulum a few months ago with bad neck pain which was really hindering movement. Declan was able to pinpoint the issue almost immediately and with his help and guidance the pain halved within a few weeks and after a few hands on sessions and completing the exercises my neck is almost completely back to normal. I cannot thank Declan enough and would highly recommend Pendulum to anyone seeking physio.

Fantastic experience: After doing something to my shoulder that left it clicking and painful through all ranges of motion, it felt like I was finished. I went to Declan and from the beginning he was able to tell me there was no damage done, rotator cuff strengthening will improve my shoulder, and I’ll eventually not notice any problems. Over time, there was no improvement, so we did an MRI scan for reassurance for myself. No damage was confirmed. From here, Declan worked with me to give me confidence with my shoulder. Im writing this review over a year after leaving Declan, the strongest my upper body has ever been. If it wasn’t for Declan, I’d have quit the gym 2 years ago. It’s incredible what Declan and his team are doing! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Declan and Paddy have helped me so much to the point that it's transformed my life. I would recommend them wholeheartedly if you need professional and focused care, I've recommended them to friends and family as a result. I had a back and ankle injury and I seen Paddy for the back pain and Declan for the ankle injury. The ankle injury in particular had really hindered my ability to exercise and caused real damage to my quality of life. I'd been to the GP and NHS over and over to get it diagnosed for literal years but nobody could get to the bottom of what what causing massive swelling making me unable to walk. I'd given up that I'd ever walk properly again. It took Declan about the guts of 5 minutes to accurately diagnose my problem. He actually listened and cared, he let me describe the problem did some tests and confirmed that it was a mortise injury and the swelling was caused by bone bruising. He has given me 2 sets of rehab which have allowed me not only to walk, but run. I've completed the couch to 5K programme after working with Declan. I can't honestly believe the progress I've made I've also lost about 2 stone since I'm able to run properly for the first time in years So, to say they've improved my standard of life is scant praise. they are a very professional set of people who care deeply about what they do.

Fantastic experience: Went here for my post ACL surgery and a revision arthroscopy. Physio sessions was top class and really pushed you not like any other I had been to. Paddy my physiotherapist was brilliant and made sure I had a solid roadmap forward every 2 weeks. He also made sure I had a plan for moving away to America and making sure my knee was still looked after.

Fantastic experience: Best physio iv ever been to. Explains your issues in simple terms and goes above and beyond to ensure he can help. Have been attending Declan for a few years now with my back and received absolutely fantastic treatment. Declan started from the very beginning and was able to target and provide me with treatment and exercises that had me right in only a few weeks, something other physios had spent years trying to fix and I was still in pain. Recently started to suffer from TMD and was recommended to return to him for treatment. Declan pinpointed the issue in 3 minutes, something the doctor was unable to do in 3 weeks. It immense relief i felt after one session is beyond words. For anyone who has suffered will know how painful it can be not being able to eat at points. Can not express how much he can help in just one session. Only for him I would still be in unbelievable pain.

Fantastic experience: PENDULUM PHYSIO, Lurgan you really are THE BEST! I developed chronic hip pain two weeks ago and the pain was indescribable. Fortunately having had excellent after care from them after my knee operation i knew where to go! Fortunately having my hip Physio i had Declan whom was firm but kind and did an amazing job. Unfortunately Declan was unavailable but i was assured Patrick would give me excellent care. A little sceptical (as he is in his late 20’s)! I embarked on my Physio with him. I can truly say that he has given me excellent care, listened to my concerns, and fingers crossed i am on my way to recovery. Patrick and Pendulum thank you! See you at my next appointment Patrick! Fantastic experience: I injured my knee at football in December 2023 and was recommended to go to Pendulum. I saw Dee who suspected I had tore my ACL and told me to get an MRI. The MRI confirmed a full tear of my ACL and PCL. Dee put me on a prehab programme before going for surgery. After I had my surgery in March 24, I went back to Pendulum and started with Declan. I had a lot of questions and he had all the answers. I had a lot of bumps along the way but he kept me on the right path and motivated me to keep at it. For the last few weeks of my rehab I was doing my physio with Andrew after Declan had an injury himself, he was great and give me a lot of confidence to get back to playing football. Just over a year later and I’m back to playing which I thought might never happen so I’m buzzing. I’ve been to many physios over the years in and around the town and the guys at Pendulum are the hands down the best. The app they use for rehab is also great for keeping you on track. Couldn’t thank the lads anymore, would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I hurt my shoulder and went to an Orthopedic Surgeon who gave me a Cortisone injection and told me to attend a physio in the meantime as I was going to more than likely need an operation. I had a torn Bicep Tendon along with damage to the Rotator Cuff and could hardly lift my arm. I thought a physio would not be good enough to sort as from previous dealings with numerous physios, chiropractors and Osteopaths. Then there is Declan Judge!! Firstly a true gentleman, but with reference professionalism this guy is by far the best physio about!! His knowledge, his explaining of the problem and his pathway to making everything great again are second to none. It took a few months but the exercises during rehab which were put into an easy accessed app were unreal in releasing the muscles and joints and also strengthening the muscles. I am now in a place better than when the injury occurred. More flexible with better posture. Stronger and no pain in the bicep tendon. This is with NO SURGERY!! Even though an Orthopedic surgeon said this would be required. I can’t recommend this guy and clinic enough. If you’re injured or need physio. Look no further. It’s not just go get a run and all is good. It is professional of the highest degree!! Thank you so much Declan.

Fantastic experience: Amazing physio. Declan is the best I've come across. Direct and to the point, no fuss. Do the rehab he advises and you'll be back in no time. Fantastic experience: Cant recommend Dee enough. Took my football mad daughter to him with chronic knee pain which was quickly diagnosed and a thourough recovery plan created. Few month on and the difference has been night and day. She is now actually considering studying physio when she is older which is testament to how positive the experince was!

Fantastic experience: Having suffered with back problems after serious back surgery I had been to numerous physios who never really helped. When I went to Declan from the first appointment the level of detail and attention I received was totally different. The main difference with Declan's approach which I have always really valued is that he wants to help aid you to a healthier lifestyle free of pain and therefore sets out a plan and timeline rather than just continually attending for the sake of it. Declan truly has transformed my quality of life and for that I am forever thankful. If your ringing for an appointment and there is a wait trust me it's worth the wait!

I came to Dee at Pendulum with a heavily damaged knee, I was listened to, care and time was given in the initial assessment to get as accurate a diagnosis as possible, and I was given realistic goals with an estimated time to recovery. I've been to 2 other physios in Lurgan previously with long term issues, don't waste your time and book an appointment at pendulum.

Fantastic experience: Took about 2months to get into see Declan personally between my own schedule and his dairy being fully booked which is always a good indicator to the level of service you’ll receive anywhere be it a physio, tiler, joiner etc. The initial assessment was excellent, Declan’s let me express my views and how i thought I picked up the injury before he had his input and carried out his assessment (this communication continued during each visit aswell). Was open and honest with total treatment time frame, gave excellent exercises and demonstrations/video guides in person. Then when the treatment was complete more than keen to discharge when he felt his input was no longer needed, but happy to be reconnected if further input or advice was needed. Have recommended and will continue to recommend Declan and Pendulum Physio
