Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing back pain due to overuse from sports. I had my first session with Rebecca to identify the issue, followed by a review session to assess my progress. I made great progress within just seven days, and I’m now coming away with no pain or aches. Really pleased with the results!

Fantastic experience: After suffering with plantar fasciitis for 3 years i went to the gp and was referred to the surgeries physio. He looked at my foot and told me that after this length of time there was nothing that could be done other than a regular steroid injection. I wasn't happy with his service so i booked with Elliot at Halstead Physiotherapy and on my first appointment he confirmed the foot could be helped and gave me sound wave treatment in the base of the foot. The improvement was immediate. After 3 sessions I can walk comfortably again. The service was first class The staff are lovely and so professional and knowledgable and they make you feel relaxed and comfortable. up I would highly recommend them all.

Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Elliott and Gemma highly enough. They both have a very friendly manner, but more importantly, always carry out their work in a very professional and effective manner. I feel that I am in safe and supportive hands with them and I love the stickmen drawings which spur me on to do my exercises.

I have been suffering with sciatica for a few months and my physio, Nilam, gave me an exercise plan to follow accompanied with gentle massage each appointment and now I am pain free and back to ‘my’ fighting fit. Fantastic experience: I have been under Himal for coxis pain which I had for a few years. The coxis pain has now gone. Himal is always very nice and patient with me. Her therapy and exercises have helped a lot. I can highly recommend Himal.

They have transformed her life by identifying and referring her to specialists and helping her manage her condition, ahead of an operation that finally removed all her pain. They are now helping to correct other problems caused by the years of not walking correctly. She has been a massive help in my recovery since going to the sports and injury clinic, She has guided me in the right direction both with exercises and useful information that has helped me with my injury, also has been very helpful to getting me back to full fitness again. Negative experience: Quick appointment provided but be careful with this place if something still doesn’t feel right. Told in December 2022 I’d tweaked my back that it was just stiff and would improve in around 7 days at which point I actually deteriorated, earlier this month in January I was hospitalised and had spinal operation for Myelopathy, now getting physio on the NHS as part of after care rehab.

Fantastic experience: My daughter received great care and advice for a problem with her knee. Praveen was fantastic with her, put her at ease straight away and after a few sessions she’s fully recovered. She knows how to look after it with ongoing self care and we feel welcome to go back with any questions or queries. I would thoroughly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. All the staff we met when we visited were lovely. Thank you for your help.

Fantastic experience: Apart from the normal care and attention you would expect on visiting a physio, Elliott was very encouraging and this for me was a big plus on my road to recovery after breaking three bones in my leg and foot and being unable to walk for a considerable length of time. Fantastic experience: Very friendly and the physio puts you at ease

Negative experience: A complete waste of my time. I had a serve pain in my foot so called this clinic and asked to see a podiatrist. I was told I could be seen in a couple of hours so I took the rest of the day off work and drove 45 minutes to the appointment to find out that the podiatrist wasn’t even in that day. By the time I made other calls to other clinics, even just missing the last appointment at another clinic which I would have made. Now I can’t be seen until after Christmas. So not only did I lose half a day of work before Christmas and took 2 hours out of my day to drive there and back. I will now spend Christmas with this pain in my foot. It really isn’t fair to mess someone around like this and especially before Christmas.

Fantastic experience: Praveen was very helpful with my sore knee (early signs of arthritis behind the patella). He suggested a course of Ostenil injections but gave me plenty of time to investigate this option and seek a second opinion. In the meantime he set me up with some exercises to strengthen the joint. His injection technique was excellent and the pain is gone. I’m hoping to be able to resume some gentle running soon. I will be back if and when I have other problems.
