Fantastic experience: Nothing but the highest praise for Michael. I have been attending his Clinic and was recommended a Silver Splint for my thumb as I suffer with Osteoarthritis. Michael measured my hand and thumb for my Silver Splint and within a few weeks my Splint arrived at his Clinic and Michael made sure it fitted perfectly. This product is truly amazing!! It allows me more freedom to carry out everyday tasks without restraint, it’s so supportive and more importantly has taken so much pain away. Fantastic experience: I visited Michael last week as I wanted his expert opinion on where I was at in the process of my finger returning to normal function. I broke my middle finger in two places in early July and ever since, I have really struggled with it bending. As soon as I spoke to Michael, he explained the reasons I was struggling to bend my finger, took me through the process and explained what he was going to do. He then worked on my finger and I was happy to see a bit of progress in the time I was with him. His knowledge was excellent and having never met him before made me feel at ease about the entire process and explained what to do next. I couldn’t recommend him more! Thank you so Much!

Fantastic experience: I pulled muscles in my back over the Christmas period and desperately needed to see a physiotherapist for a massage to relieve my pain . Luckily for me i googled physiotherapist near me and the reviews for Amy at M&A Therapies were excellent. I have since returned after a week for another massage & carried out the exercises given to me by Amy and the results so far have been excellent, thank you Amy . Fantastic experience: I am a 56 year old male with newish neck and oldish back aches. Over the course of three sessions with Amy I have gained a variety of exercise, stretch and strength routines. I also leave with more confidence that they are the right ones to address my aches. I have already improved. Amy is knowledgeable, patient and explains what and why with clear instructions and demonstrations. I think if you are suffering then, at the very least, an introductory session with Amy could only benefit. I chose to do a further two sessions and found all three to be very much worth it. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Michael after a consultation with the hand clinic at my local hospital. He was super responsive to my initial enquiry and an appointment was quickly set up. Fantastic experience: I was so fortunate to have been referred to see both Michael and Amy and how convenient to have them both on the same site ! From the very first visit to their calming treatment room, with easy access by bus, I felt reassured by their holistic approach. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Amy at M&A Therapies for a few months now due to chronic illness and severe osteoarthritis in my hips and back. When I first went I could barely walk and had been off work for two months. Amy worked closely with me to understand my overall health and get to the specific pain points and causes. After the initial improvement I have continued going to keep maintained or to deal with other pain flares whilst waiting for other medical interventions. Without Amy's help I would have been off work much longer. I find Amy to be encouraging and motivates me to try other things such as chair yoga.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Amy around 6 weeks ago in excruciating pain in my neck and shoulders...I could not believe the difference in which I walked out of her treatment room to how I walked in. Amy is truly amazing and puts you at complete ease as soon as you meet her. Fantastic experience: Amy has been absolutely fantastic in helping me with a back and shoulder problem. She has tailored each session to suit how I have reacted to the previous session. She has sent me the exercises to do each week. Alongside diagrams incase you forget once you have got home. After suffering with extreme neck and shoulder pain for over a year, I am so pleased that Amy has managed to resolve my issues and given me a number of exercises and an action plan to keep pain free in the future. Fantastic experience: Before my partner received M&A Therapies for his rehabilitation from a major road collision. He was unable to weight bare, for that long. Even though his constantly in pain but his able to do a lot longer then he did previously did prior to physio. He just wants to be able to spend more time with his family out and able to make this his new normal as was a point where we didn’t think he’ll be able to get this much better. His weekly physio has been massively helping him strengthen up and now he knows what his body can do now past the accident and with help with M&A he would not be the way he is today and he wouldn’t of been making massive amounts of progress. It’s not all good days though and M&A knows how to adapt his physio to the bad pain days with his leg and body. I highly recommend M&A with anyone who needs the support and you’ll be recommending them too as they are that supportive and professional for all clients.

Fantastic experience: Amy has been absolutely amazing getting me back to walking again due to siactica in my foot an not being able to move my toes Amy explained how the nerve works I was given excercises to do after each session my foot is back to normal and able to go on long walks now I highly recommend Amy for any physio that is required. Fantastic experience: Michael is amazing, the service he provides is exemplary. I went to see Micheal to be fitted for We Design silver splints for my left and right thumbs, as I have arthritis in the thumb joints. I travelled from London to see him. He was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and professional. Michael was meticulous in how he measured my hands for these splints. He gave me exercises to maintain my range of movements in those joints and took photos of the exercises so that I had them to look at for later. Michael was brilliant at fine tuning the splints when they arrived, making sure that I was able to experience relief from the pain. Yes, We Design Silver splints are expensive, they are worth every penny. Fitted to your specific needs, aesthetically they look lovely. They last for years (I had another one for 4 years and still no problems with it) .

Fantastic experience: I visited Michael for hand therapy after a needle fasciotomy. He has an excellent professional manner and was able to teach me several hand exercises to improve my post operative recovery. He provided teaching materials to take away and improved my hand movement quite markedly during the session. I was unsure how effective hand therapy would be but now that I am aware of the techniques I recommend the therapy being offered by Michael to anyone who has had this operation.

Fantastic experience: I visited Michael for help with an on going hand injury. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. I didn’t feel time pressured at all and explained everything in easy to understand terms, also found an issue which may have contributed to the injury occurring so I came away with a plan to get the injury recovered and hopefully prevent it from happening again. Fantastic experience: I had a fall which resulted in a broken wrist. I received an appointment from the Hospital for physio 11 weeks after my cast had been removed. So I was in a desperate situation as I could not use my hand and shoulder. A friend of mine told me about Michael and Amy and I can't thank her enough for that. I have been getting excellent treatment from both Michael and Amy over the past few months and am virtually back to normal. Both Michael and Amy are wonderfully kind and considerate and have explained everything to me. They are very knowledgeable and experts in their professions. I am so grateful to both of them and can't thank them enough for all their help and guidance. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend M&A Therapies. They are the best.

Fantastic experience: After a serious sports injury involving three breaks to his ankle and lower leg, my grandson came to Amy for help with recovery. A plate and 3 screws suggested this would be no easy task. Amy’s physio skills, and his determination, have so far resulted in a surprisingly (to me) fast recovery. His aim is to get back to a very high level of sporting performance. This is where Amy really excelled, showing tact, diplomacy and clear understanding of his mindset. Thanks Amy, magic!. Fantastic experience: I saw Amy on 4 occasions for my muscle tightness, she is super helpful, very thorough and well informed. She made it easy for me to understand how I could help accelerate my recovery, with some home exercises too. Fantastic experience: I have seen Michael before when in need of postoperative care. I was referred by my surgeon. I found him so helpful and knowledgeable and he really is an expert on his field. This time I went to him at his private practice with another hand problem and came away feeling confident that my recent operation is healing properly and after scar massage and stretching exercises as well as other things my hand is feeling much much better. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone in need of hand therapy.

Positive experience: Had therapy on my right hand little finger that was previously dislocated. The treatment was both professional and beneficial. I now have much greater movement in my finger.

Fantastic experience: OA in my right thumb...Michael carried out a very thorough assessment of my hand and gave me clear and detailed information about treatment options and showed me several pain relieving methods I could use at home. I was also shown a range of supports/orthotics ( some of which he makes) . He has a lovely calm manner and explains everything very well using diagrams and images along with practical demonstration. Michael's knowledge , expertise and professional qualifications with hand problems is impressive and although I live some distance away( Sussex) I will happily travel for an appointment . The practice is easy to find and has plenty of parking .

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Amy for almost 6 months, ive had plantar fasciitis on the first appointment I couldn't even walk properly I had so much pain in my foot and was limping, after having my session I could put my foot down . from there every other week I have been seeing Amy wow absolutely the most wonderful lady so caring and helpful in a calm and beautiful setting I had exercises to do in between and Amy was always on hand if I was having a wobble in between sessions with so much support. She's helped me to rethink the way that I hold myself and the way that I move and I could see changes from her advice almost straight away! Fantastic experience: I was fortunate enough to be able to see Michael for an assessment of my hand the day after I first contacted him. I’m suffering from a very stiff hand and early stages of CRPS following an RTA then surgery on my elbow. He was incredibly thorough and knowledgable and really put me at ease. He took a lot of time to explain things to me and I came away full of knowledge, with lots of exercises to do and a lot more confidence in the future of my hand. He also managed to get a lot more movement in my hand in that one session, showing me just how much potential I have. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael to anyone in a similar situation.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was an excellent experience. The environment was calm and restful. Amy was thorough about my past health, and what was the present issue.
