Fantastic experience: Choosing to visit james was one of the best decisions I’ve made . From my initial visit he was not only able to diagnose the problem I had but fix it too . During my next few visits , well spaced apart to allow me time to put into practice the strengthening exercises he had instructed me to do the pain and mobility issues I had became much better every time . By the end of the course of treatments I would say I was fully recovered. He’s not only exceptional at what he does as a physiotherapist but he’s also a very kind and attentive listener who makes you feel better simply by talking to you . Fantastic experience: Following being told I had ruptured a tendon in my right shoulder I was advised to seek physio for exercises to relieve the pain & restore movement in my right arm. I found James to be very patient & he showed me some exercises to do at home. I had a couple of followup appointments with him to check on progress. The ability to get full movement back was great relief & I was told that repeating the exercises every now & then would benefit the arm movement for the future. I am grateful to James for showing me those simple exercises that helped so much. I have recommended him to a couple of people who I believed would benefit from a visit to him.

Fantastic experience: I was treated within 24hrs of requesting help. On the day of the treatment I was given a thorough interview, examination and advice. All-in-all JN was with me for about an hour. I carried out the therapy and advice given and was healing within days and because of my age was reasonably pain-free within 48hrs. I realise as an OAP therapy is not going to be instant. In addition I got a 2 page resume of what was discussed, etc. Would definitely have JN again.

Fantastic experience: After struggling with my mobility for far too long after an operation I'm so very glad that I found JN Physiotherapy! I hadn't been able to go upstairs for 8 months but James found the right combination of exercises for me to follow that increased both my strength and flexibility, but perhaps more importantly he helped me to regain my confidence when walking. His encouragement throughout the appointments played as big a part in my improvement as did the exercise regime.

Fantastic experience: Initially I was a client of James for a couple of months following a car accident, finding him very knowledgeable, the results spoke for themselves. Years later I returned having injured my back, Along with offering effective treatment he demonstrated ways in which I could manage back and shoulder pain should it return. Notably he didn’t give me exercises that required me to keep coming back for more and more appointments, something I’ve had happen before with other Physio’s, but was honest about whether it would be of benefit to return for more sessions or it was something I could resolve myself with the appropriate exercises at home. That felt very refreshing and made me trust him and his advice all the more. He is also very friendly, kind and approachable as a medical professional.
