Fantastic experience: The service was really good. Full explanations were always given prior to working on my shoulder. On my last session I left being more able to use my shoulder than at the start. If you go, you will be treated professionally.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this practice . My physiotherapist Kiruthika built a useful recovery plan tailored to my needs and limits at every session, she also showed real care throughout my sessions and her attention to detail throughout was outstanding. Her ability to explain and talk through the science of the issues was also very knowledgeable. Kiruthika worked flexibly around my availability which made a huge difference in staying consistent with my treatment, and I've seen a real improvement in my recovery from when I started. I now continue with the self recovery plan built up with each appointment and the plan that we created together during my last session. Couldn’t recommend enough

Fantastic experience: Following a Road Traffic Accident in November, I was referred to physiotherapist, Kiruthika. I was a little dubious and nervous at first, however Kiruthika was very calm, professional and friendly. She made me feel at ease straight away. She explained everything thoroughly with regards to the hands on, manipulating techniques, heat therapy and the exercises. I now have 90% range of movement returned to my neck, which is a significant improvement to when I attended my first session with her. I would definitely recommend Kiruthika 100%. Now I've just got to remember to carry on with my exercises to continue with my improvement.

On my first appointment I arrived with severe lower and upper back pain which was having a big effect on my life especially when trying to sleep ..I am now at the end of my planned sessions with om physiotherapy and I have made a great recovery .. A very professional service who would ensure I was doing the correct exercises at the correct time and was always there for me when I required help ..

Fantastic experience: I was linked up with OM Physiotherapy after my car accident which left me with a minor shoulder / neck injury and lots of upper back tension. After six sessions I can safely say the muscles in those areas are a lot stronger. Kiruthika was very thorough in her assessment and treatment and was very friendly which made the experience pleasant. A mixture of exercises and spiky massage ball were applied and have worked tremendously. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had 8 sessions of physio with KIRU ( for short). I was in some degree of pain which was limiting my ability to carry out certain activities. I didn't want to resort to longterm use of pain killers. I was feeling low in spirits. My physio then started with KIRU. Kiru was not only knowledgeable , she was also very professional. She carried out a full assessment on me prior. She explained reasons for pain and what to do about it. She was hands on. She worked with me to achieve my goal and that was to relieve my pain and enable me to return to some normality. As of today I am pain free. I still carry out the range of exercises that she supported me with and I feel good. I % recommend without any hesitation. Thankyou KIRU

Fantastic experience: I began my sessions in so much pain and stiffness after a car accident and Kiruthika assured me that there was nothing sinister going on and she was positive that my sessions would help. This put my mind at ease and although every session was painful and challenging, after the first few weeks I began to feel them working. I've just had my 6th session and she has requested some more but I am so much better than I was with more movement, less stiffness and less pain. Kiruthika was amazing, she was kind, and considerate to my pain and emotional state (there was a lot of crying), she explained everything in detail and made me feel at ease every week. I dread to think how I would be now if I hadn't received these sessions.

Fantastic experience: I could barely walk. The doctors prescribed rest and painkillers. Om physio was recommended. The therapist was able to eliminate all possibilities and honed in on a tear in a tendon in the knee. The exercises and consultations made my recovery quick and strengthened my weak points.
