Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Ryan enough for all the help and support he has given me with my hip injury. He was extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and always took the time to understand what was going on and adapt my treatment accordingly. After struggling with injuries for a long time, he helped me build my strength and confidence back up and get me to a point where I could run again. Fantastic experience: I had a total knee replacement on the 8th of April and having followed the exercises given to me by the hospital I was feeling frustrated with my lack of progress. Having had an initial physiotherapy appointment with Ryan he was able to reassure me and set up a program to build on the surrounding muscles supporting my knee over 8 appointments. Nearly 4 months post op I feel I have made a good recovery. I’m continuing to do exercises from home and remind myself to heel, toe and squash the orange when I’m walking! I would definitely recommend Limitless Physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: After suffering with knee pain for 20+ years, and as a relatively active person I reasoned there wasn't really much hope but as a last ditch effort contacted Limitless Physiotherapy. I just wish I'd done it sooner, Ryan has assessed, listened and given me an action plan which is working so much faster than I thought and giving results far beyond my expectations. This weekend I did 2x 5k hikes, before meeting Ryan and Tom just a few weeks ago I'd struggle after a 10 min flat pavement walk. Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Limitless Physiotherapy enough. They have been an immense help to me with a long term back problem and more recently after a car accident. No one has ever explained to me before how weak muscles elsewhere in my body were channeling all the load through my back. It made so much sense, and after initial treatment and exercises I have been able to attend Limitless’ closely monitored strengthening gym classes. It sounds like a cliche but I do feel like a new person. Likewise, after a thankfully not too serious car crash, Tom explained how specific gentle exercise wound relax the muscle spasms that might otherwise have caused further problems. I am extremely glad to have found Limitless after years of chronic pain. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I joined Limitless Health because I have osteoporosis and wanted to improve my strength safely under expert supervision. Looking back, it’s one of the best investments I’ve ever made in my health. The team are highly qualified physiotherapists who don’t just tell you what to do – they explain why you’re doing it, educate you about your body and make sure you’re training safely and correctly. That gives me enormous confidence and reassurance. I’m also so impressed by the investment they’ve made and continue to make in both their equipment and their members. The InBody body composition scanner, regular progress reviews and personalised goal setting make it easy to see how far you’ve come. Even though we train in small groups, every session is tailored to each person’s ability, goals and any injuries or health conditions. The encouragement is second to none. Whether you’re achieving a new goal or getting back on track after a holiday (which I seem to do quite often!), the team are always there to motivate and support you. Since joining I’ve become stronger, fitter and far more confident. I genuinely look forward to my 7am sessions, and I feel great Limitless Health is so much more than a gym. It’s a welcoming community where you’re supported, educated, challenged and encouraged every step of the way. If you’re looking to invest in your long-term health, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Fantastic experience: After my first appointment with Ryan I came away very positive with the exercise plan he discussed.I had been experiencing increasing pain in the knee area as a result of an injury some time ago.As a pretty active person I needed advice and after reading reviews I decided to contact Limitless.After 6 sessions I am already experiencing less pain and gaining confidence I had lost. Ryan sends me an exercise plan after the session and is very particular in recording my feedback.There is a very friendly atmosphere at Limitless Mudeford and I can highly recommend it.I have already discussed it with people I know.

Fantastic experience: I initially met with Tom at Limitless to discuss a rehab programme following a hip replacement operation. I have always led a very active lifestyle and was very keen to get back to sports after surgery. Tom took the time to fully understand my goals and laid out a clear path to get back to full fitness, building back up muscles and tendons to their former strength with specific excercises and stretches. My recovery is nearly complete and it has been acheived ahead of schedule with Toms' support and structured rehab programme. Thoroughly recommend Limitless for all your physio needs.

Fantastic experience: Have appreciated the expertise and knowledge to help me regain my strength and alleviate my debilitating glute/ hip pain which stopped me from sleeping and walking. My back and hips are such that I am supporting my spine. The exercises were explained well and after putting in the work , I am now able to get back to tennis. Thank you to Limitless I feel I can move on with my life. So, if you are in pain with restrictive mobility and disturbed sleep, don’t suffer in silence, seek help, it is so worth it.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Limitless Physiotherapy after having a severe case of sciatica where I was unable to walk without a Zimmer frame and in considerable pain. Ryan asked me what I wanted to achieve and set an initial programme of exercises to accomplish my goals. At the age of 68 I honestly believed I would not be able to do some of them ever again. Within 1 week I was walking with a stick and just over two weeks was walking unaided. I cannot praise Ryan and his team enough for their guidance and support in enabling me to achieve what I have to date, especially as I was informed at the hospital it would take around 3 months to recover. I am now working on modified programmes to get me to complete all my goals (gardening, DIY, cooking and completing my 10K steps per day) with the confidence that I can do them without fear and generally making myself stronger with better posture in the process. Quite frankly I am amazed at what they have helped me achieved in such a short time. I would not hesitate in recommending Limitless Physiotherapy & Performance.

Fantastic experience: I started my journey with Limitless regularly using crutches due to severe back pain, caused in part by surgery 12 years previously. I was 40 years old, and had been running 4-5 times a week for at least 5 years, when the pain suddenly started and got worse and worse. I couldn’t put on my shoes, was barely sleeping, and had to stand up all day at work to enable me to still do my job. I also couldn’t drive for more than 10 minutes at a time. The NHS and private physios that I was referred to did little to help and the GP subscribed multiple pain relieving and muscle relaxing drugs, which would have prevented me from working or driving. I needed another option! I found Limitless out of desperation and I haven’t looked back. My goal was to be pain free, but at the time I met them I actually had got to the point where I thought this was impossible. Fast forward 9 months and I can’t tell you the difference their guidance, support and hard work has made. I can run, jump, lift weights, live completely normally and am heading towards probably the best shape of my life. If you have any hesitation about working with Limitless, I would advise you to just go for it! It is an expense, but we spend so much money on frivolous things. I have learnt over the last year that investing in my health is the most important thing any of us can do. Thank you Tom, Alex and team

Fantastic experience: I initially went to Limitless on my partner’s recommendation for back pain across my shoulder.I had a great experience. Tom and Alex were excellent - knowledgeable, professional and supportive. They took the time to really understand my issue. I appreciated the combined hands-on treatment tailored with rehab exercises in the small gym area. I quickly noticed real improvement. I now use the new Limitless Health Hub in Christchurch where Tom and his team run small group PT sessions led by expert instructors. My fitness and strength have definitely improved! Listen carefully and treat holistically, remembering small details, writing helpful letters and advising on my multiple issues. Providing hands on treatment and a tailored program of exercises, with personalised video demonstrations made. Wide range of equipment onsite is relevant and kept up to date, but simple household items are suggested for home exercises if needed. The focus is always on helping at a personal, caring level, not just making money. I highly recommend Tom and all the team at Limitless.

Fantastic experience: I’d previously signed up to two gyms but always felt so daunted when I got there that all my motivation disappeared. I found myself making excuses and not going. Limitless is different. They plan varied, enjoyable sessions, and you can relax knowing that whatever else is going on in your life, you’re getting fitter and stronger. The training has also really helped strengthen my tennis, helping me feel more robust and confident on court. Tom, Ryan and Verity are incredibly supportive and always on hand with advice, especially if an injury is bothering you. The icing on the cake, (if I may mention cake), is the camaraderie with the other members in each session, who probably felt just as out of place in a regular gym to begin with as me.

Fantastic experience: I first went to see Tom when he started out in Stem Lane and have watched him and his business grow. His team are fantastic they take the time to listen, examine and discuss the plan going forwards - I love the drawings to show where we are heading :) I also love the fact they are so open to being joined up with other services such as my PT at the Gym, Consultant and the NHS physio - who in fact recommended I stay with them - which I am :) I have certainly come a long way with a total knee replacement 4 years ago and now a torn meniscus in the other knee - but knowing there is a great team here helps a lot ;) If anyone is looking for a physio - then look no further Thankyou guys x

Fantastic experience: Have been attending small group sessions in Mudeford since May and every session is carefully planned, well thought out, expertly coached and tailored to my particular needs. The coaches and other members are inspiring and delightfully friendly, the sessions are a pleasure to attend. The improvement in my fitness, strength and general wellbeing since starting at Limitless is sigificant.

Fantastic experience: I came to Limitless as I was having really painful headaches, neck and shoulder pain. I met Ryan who made me feel at ease. He had set out a plan of how to improve my symptoms through getting to know me, an excersise plan and massage. Fantastic experience: I came to Limitless in Mudeford to work with Ryan,Tom and Verity on building strength in my left leg post operation on my meniscus in my knee. I have progressed week on week and through the workouts and physiotherapy assessments have now full strength in my leg again. This has only taken approximately 4 months. Whilst there I have met a wonderful group of people (Ricky being one of them) who made it fun along the way. I fully recommend going along for a session with them to see what they can help you with. Fantastic experience: I have consulted Tom a few times, most recently for a muscle/tendon injury. Tom has worked with me to address the specific issue adjusting the rehab to get to the root of the problem. Now I am largely back to normal he has looked more widely at what I need to maintain good function and be able to carry on active life. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

Fantastic experience: I struggled with a very painful leg for months, after X-rays showed nothing wrong the Dr recommended physiotherapy. Thomas at Limitless Physiotherapy was so knowledgeable. It’s difficult to describe the pain as it wasn’t continuous and not always my hip or my knee Thomas was able to pin point the problem areas and build an exercise program to improve them. I’d definitely recommend to anyone living with painful joints or unexplained pain in your joints to visit Thomas I’m sure you’ll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: I had so much hip/leg pain I could hardly walk. No help from doctors or X-rays. Tom correctly diagnosed a tendon problem and despite being miles away worked with me over a few months on FaceTime. Thanks to his detailed observations and advice I am now pain free! Fantastic experience: I visited Limitless clinic with a a severe shoulder and neck pain. Premises are clean and tidy. Well organised. Friendly reception. Thorough consultation and investigation. Given an exercise and massage which eased the pain. Advise was also given. Pain gradually decreased after 24 hours . I would recommend the service and expertise.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Tom after having neck pain. He devised a plan of exercises for me which allowed the pain to heal and then improve my mobility and strength going forward. During this time I had a recurrance of a long standing knee issue which he also gave me exercises for. I have just returned from a weeks skiing which I normally survive by living on painkillers (and knee braces) to get through the week. This time my knees felt stronger than ever and I had no aching let alone pain as I would normally do. I cannot recommend Tom highly enough, he is professional, friendly and certainly knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: It is exciting news that Limitless Physiotherapy is opening a studio in Highcliffe. I have attended the studio in New Milton for the past 16 months, following a fall that resulted in a fractured pelvis and dislocated hip. I have benefited greatly from a series of sensitive, caring, targeted and highly professional physio sessions and I am sure that the extended range of wellbeing services on offer at Highcliffe will be delivered with the same professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Tom and his team have been excellent cannot recommend them highly enough. Been working with them for the last 12 months. I have experienced back issues over a number of years post-surgery and although not in pain wished to improve my overall fitness. We have come along way, started slowly and built up gradually under Tom's guidance. Looking back I cannot believe how far I have come, now doing exercises that I never thought was possible. A bonus has been that I have really enjoyed the exercises and challenge . Just come back from a skiing holiday where I did my best skiing ever definitely feeling a lot stronger.

Fantastic experience: My son has been seeing Tom for osgood-schlatter disease in his knees which caused issues with his hips. These issues were quickly resolved/eased with Toms advice, care and treatment. He is incredibly thorough and has always followed up all his treatment plans with us. We have been visiting for physio on and off since with many football injuries which have again been quickly dealt with, with thorough care and expert advice from Tom and the team. We have as a family had various visits with either Tom, Alex or Ellie for one thing or another they have all been excellent and I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Last April I broke my shoulder whilst abroad, I as unable to wash myself from the waist up for weeks and had what felt to me a frozen shoulder with practically no movement. From abroad I was able to book an appointment with Limitless Physiotherapy in advance of my return to the UK. I was hugely relieved that I could just walk to their premises as I was unable to drive. At my 09:00 appointment with Tom my condition was assessed, a program of exercises was tailored for me to enable me to get get my mobility back. Each week the exercises that I was given was refined and to cut a long story short, over a couple of months the hard work has got me back to I would say 95% normal. I am a 70 year old man and also grateful that my life is back to normal as at this age it is harder than ever to recover from traumatic injuries. Thanks Tom, I am forever in your debt and really enjoyed getting to know you. Can't recommend this, on my doorstep, facility enough..

Fantastic experience: Tom has been incredible for the past 2 years. When I first came to him he came up with a diagnosis and built an action plan around that and my swimming competition calendar. Once a surgery date had been decided by the NHS he helped me through both pre and post operation bringing me back too and past my previous bests. He has helped me for the year since and continues to prepare for my next operation. We love Tom and the team they are all amazing!!

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Tom for over 4 years. He is absolutely fantastic and I could not recommend him more highly. He has supported me through two pregnancies, working with me to keep my body strong throughout and after the birth, when I have felt up to it, to build back my strength. Fantastic experience: Tom has been working with my 15 year old son for the last year. Edward is a National level swimmer who developed shoulder/arm pain last year. With Tom’s help we have been able to get a correct diagnosis - in fact it was Tom who first believed it to be Thoracic Output Syndrome. Tom treatment has kept Edward in the water and competing while we wait for an operation and I am sure he will play a pivotal part in his recovery. Tom takes the whole person approach and is extremely knowledgeable.
