Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After being recommended by a friend, I finally booked an appointment with Lehona after dealing with back and hip pain on and off for around eight years — I always assumed it was sciatica. Some days the pain would disappear, but on others, it was unbearable. As a hairdresser, I spend a lot of time on my feet, and I was nervous going in because I suffer from anxiety. From the moment I arrived, Lehona made me feel completely at ease. After a short consultation and just a few seconds of examination, she discovered that my back and hips were out of alignment. She was incredibly gentle, explaining everything she was doing step by step, and I honestly came out feeling like I had a new body. I even drove home without any twinges for the first time in ages! I can’t recommend this place enough — I’m already booked in for a follow-up next week. I honestly can’t believe how different I feel. Unbelievable!

Negative experience: I only attended for 3 sessions due to complications preventing me from wanting any more. Tony seemed a nice enough guy. However, after having my spine and neck manipulated i ended up with severe tinnitus that is now permanent and lead to a mental breakdown. Tony didnt appear to be surprised by the resulting tinnitus and told me they can never tell how people are going to respond to the treatment. So just a word of caution to those of you who are thinking of having neck or spine manipulation. I attended due to neck and shoulder pain but after completing a tick box questionnaire some of the focus was on treating breast cysts. I found them to be unprofessional in their approach without going into detail. I told them I thought I had fibromyalgia as it's important when having osteo treatment they know that so the treatment is performed more gently. Their reply was that I aren't a diagnosis. But I was later diagnosed. In reply to the back care clinics reply to my review below I don't know what they think is factually incorrect about what I've written. I did contact the clinic after this happened and was told I could have further treatment to try and correct the tinnitus but results weren't guaranteed. I didn't want to risk anymore treatment that could potentially make things worse. I'm aware it happened in Dec 2018 and something like that is unforgettable.

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the clinic is so welcoming and friendly, I was treated by Leona who was very knowledgeable and professional and sorted my neck strain out. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: I've been going for a while to Darlington back pain clinic and the last few times I feel I haven't been getting value for money. Instead of getting the full 30 minutes I'm only getting 15 - 20 minutes. At £45 a session I think I should be getting the full amount.

Fantastic experience: I’m 86 , For a year and a half Lehona has been taking care of me after finding NHS not up to the job . I hurt my back caring for my husband and was in so much pain it took time but slowly I was walking without pain, sadly I had a really bad fall that caused a number of problems , walking being very difficult, the care and concern shown by all at the back pain clinic was so comforting it took months but I’m now walking without a stick feeling so much better and can’t thank Lehona and family enough for the support they’ve shown me . I am a regular enjoying the magic hands of Lehona who massages and keeps me straight and walking (3 miles last week ) . Thanks to all .

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tony helped me when I feared I might not be the same again and stuck on painkillers unable to sleep well or sit comfortably. Without any scans, his dedication to his profession and skill helped identify my back problem, possibly a long standing one as I was starting to list more than the Tuxedo Royale. Couldn't recommend going to see him more. Charlotte always greets us with a lovely warm welcome too, and listens to my tales about the Boro too, bless her. But I have no medical proof my issues are related to the Boro Related Tension. Sincere thanks for helping me and many, many more.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Tony with my 4 month old baby that has been suffering with no bowel movement for 3 weeks prior, 3 appointments and my baby is back to his happy normal self. Tony has also helped my mother at the start of the year with her sciatica pains, he is absolutely amazing at his job and would highly highly recommend no matter your age!

I've experienced a huge improvement in my posture and alignment problems which was causing me pain and discomfort daily. Multiple people have recommended the clinic and it's clear to see why. I'm being seen by Leahona who I can't recommend enough. She's so knowledgeable, puts you at ease instantly, and as a total bonus; is such a laugh. Not only have I been seen to promptly by a professional, I've got personalised advice to follow between appointmens. Well worth the investment.

Leona is extremely kind and really took her time to get to understand me which subsequently helps with getting the best treatment and outcome. Fantastic experience: I booked with Amanda for the first time a few months ago and she was fantastic, warm and welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I only needed one further appointment and my back pain and numbness had completely improved. Due to such a positive outcome I now also see Tony with my little boy and have been since he was 15 months as he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Fantastic experience: Visited here recently after several weeks of right lower back pain radiating through my groin area into my right leg. 4 of my friends/relatives had been previously & the practice was highly recommended. The osteopath I saw was Tony, he was highly professional & extremely knowledgeable about my problem, gentle, but firm in his treatments, and I am delighted to say that after 4 visits over 4 weeks I am now pain free. I am still aware if I do too much, and so I am careful what I do & how I do it, but my lower back is so much better now. A huge thank you to Tony, a very pleasant & professional man, who I would visit again if ever I need to.

Fantastic experience: Went when I had a pinched nerve which had been going on for over two years and was causing sleep depravation. Tony was amazing he explained what was happening with my back and spine and helped straighten me out. Totally comfortable environment made sure nothing hurt me. I have only had 1 day of pain since going which was brought on by work. He taught me some exercises which are amazing and has made me more aware of the problems that caused my pinched nerve. I reccomended my partner go as soon as I got home for his back pain. We are both now painless!!!

After 18 months of unsuccessful diagnosis within the NHS for hip/foot/back pain, i went here to see Amanda who had a pretty good idea what was wrong within 30 minutes. I've been able to stop all pain medication as a result of treatment. I cannot thank Amanda enough for her help.
