Fantastic experience: I am so glad i chose to go to Bodyset for my lower back pain. I booked a few physio sessions through my work and Ana helped me so much. She talked me through what was going on and it put 2 and 2 together for me. I finally could understand what i need to do to help my back and what I've been doing wrong. I couldn't recommend them enough if you are struggling with your body and i hope to go back to see my progress.

Fantastic experience: Very effective outcome which showed positive results very early in the treatment. Anna was supportive and listened to my concerns which got me through the process in a short period of time.

Fantastic experience: Give Ana Ungureanu a raise ! She worked wonders for me and my pain. Some still ongoing but most in general were resolved. I was in a road traffic incident and I saw Ana for a few months and I started off with real issues that affected my daily life 100% and brought it down by less than 50% for what we could work with. Thank you Ana, it’s no reflection of the service it’s one of those things where obstacles come into place preventing full recovery and 1 particular injury just won’t resolve but everything else worked wonders! It was a pleasure meeting you Ana. Thank you for being apart of my recovery journey and showing me light with things to work on

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Bodyset for physio after at traffic accident and was treated by Ana who has done a wonderful job for me and cured my pain, very professional service.

Fantastic experience: Ana from Ashby clinic in Scunthorpe was really helpful and supportive after I tore my calf. Her support has got me back running and playing sport with no pain. Friendly, helpful and informative service to gradually get my calf muscle healed fully. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: After breaking my humerus in Dec 2019, and then a series of operations including plate and pins, plate pins removal, key hole surgery and then eventually in aug 2025 having a titanium shoulder replacement. I can’t stress the importance of physio- Ana at Ashby cared for me from discharge with my physio programme, inline with with my consultant guidance. The sessions although painful were the best treatment I have ever experienced- educating why the exercise important and how to improve technique (not about reps). After 6 months post operation and 14 sessions I have never felt so good - pain relief meds are PRN only and I continue to exercise daily. I can’t thank Ana at Bodyset Ashby enough. I only wish I had private physio after my first operation- you’ve been great

Positive experience: Physiotherapist is excellent and treatment programme has helped my problems somewhat. The reason I gave 4 star and not 5 is that the treatment room at Ashby could be a lot better. My physiotherapist seems to do the best she can in the room but its ambience is just not hitting the spot.

Fantastic experience: Ana was extremely kind and very professional. After having a car accident my shoulder blade was painful and tense but after my sessions with Ana I felt like she had worked magic. I would recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Anisoara! Not only was she incredibly flexible with scheduling my appointments, which was a huge help, but the actual treatment was fantastic. She gave me a great exercise program and took the time to clearly explain every exercise so I knew exactly what I was doing. The massage component was also very effective and a nice bonus! Fantastic experience: My insurance company arranged for me to have physio after my car accident. This is where I met ana. After assessment Ana said I had severe whiplash which was very painful. After approx 4 months under Ana guidedance and physio the pain was dramatically reduced to 1/0 I can't thank Ana for what she has done for me she is angel and deserves a pay rise.

I walked into the ashby practice with a very painful neck after a car accident And to be honest walking in there feeling very sceptical about what they can do due to the amount of pain I was in I met a lovely lady called Ana ungureanu She put me at ease and explained everything We would be doing over the weeks From start to finish Once she performed her physiotherapy wizardry My neck is back to how it used to be if not better Very professional in everything she does Thank you Ana What ever you get paid ask for a pay rise All the best

Fantastic experience: My employer arranged for me to attend physio for an injured rotator cuff damaged at work. A pleasant phone call later with a bodyset employee and I was booked in for a course of treatment. My physio, Ana, proposed a programme to repair the damage which we worked through. Ana is a very professional, amiable and warm person making the process (whilst painful at times) as enjoyable as possible. The treatment Ana proposed worked a treat and, while I still have some way to go, I am stronger, have free movement and pain free. Brilliant! A massive thank you to Ana, you are a star, and the bodyset team.

Fantastic experience: Had a painful nerve injury after a neck incident & saught the help of bodyset. After a few weeks treatment I am delighted to say that I'm now pain free, knowledgeable & professional staff Ian & Ana were great.

Fantastic experience: After a serious car accident, I was left with a broken collarbone, wrist, and back. At the time, I struggled to sit or stand for long periods and couldn’t put weight on my wrist or lay on my shoulder. I could no longer do the things I enjoyed like going to the gym, and everyday tasks felt overwhelming. I wasn’t sure how long my recovery would take. From my very first session, Ana provided expert guidance, constant encouragement, and a clear, tailored treatment plan for my injuries. With patience and skill, she helped me rebuild my strength, mobility, and confidence, ultimately allowing me to get back to the gym. Over time, I’ve made incredible progress—I can move with much more ease, put weight on my wrist, and go about my daily activities without constant discomfort. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had treatment for a running injury. Very efficient, easy to book. All staff I spoke to were polite and professional. This is a national company so you pay national company prices and fit into the company treatment plan. My issue cleared up with the exercises and treatment provided so I have no issues.

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate this place enough. Having recently been in a serious car accident I had appointments made for me with Ana. On my first appointment I was struggling with walking and even stretching but Ana was so patient with me and worked out a plan to get me on the road to recovery. I saw her twice a week and each time my improvement was evident. After 6 weeks of appointments with Ana I was able to be discharged. I would highly recommend Bodyset to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Bodyset for physio. Ammar javed helped me so much in my sessions. My hand felt absolutely useless untill I started my sessions. He also Gave me some fantastic aftercare after my physio had finished. Thank you for all your help ammar you have been wonderful

Fantastic experience: I had a motobike crash last year got a broken leg with screws and a metal rod in and i got sent to bodyset for physio and i had no muscle or strength in my leg and i have had so many sessions and i am fully fit in my leg and it is one off the best physio i have had i cant thank them enough for helping me push my self through the pain and hard work i recomend to use theses 100%

Fantastic experience: I've had several sessions at Bodyset now to resolve a shoulder issue following a skiing accident. Not only was Bodyset highly reviewed, but also local to me, and I truly wish I had done it sooner! I'd initially persevered with resting my shoulder and hoping it would heal on its own, but several months later it was still causing me pain so I booked for a consultation at Bodyset. Ana was incredibly helpful from the start, and her confidence in getting my shoulder back to how it was reassured me greatly (especially as I planned to ski again)! I was started off with exercises via the app, which handily reminded me every day to complete them. Ana was always contactable should I need assistance with anything. At every session, Ana checked in with how I was finding it, and tailoring my treatment based on my feedback. I feel that this attention-to-detail is the reason that I've successfully completed another ski trip, and no longer have everyday pain in my shoulder. Ana always lets me know what will be coming up in my future sessions, and updates my exercises to do at home in anticipation of that. I thought I'd left my injury too long to have the results that I have, and I am grateful to Ana for my progress so far.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Ana due to pain in my left knee when walking. Ana asked a series of questions and performed a physical examination, after which she explained what she thought the problem was and how it needed to be treated. Ana put me at ease immediately with her friendly but professional manner. I had to perform some stretches and strengthening exercises which I was told to perform at home for 2 weeks before returning. At each subsequent visit, Ana assessed where I was in the recovery cycle and adjusted my exercises. My knee is now recovering well and I am grateful for all the help Ana has given me, as well as the manner it was given. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ana for anyone requiring physio.

Fantastic experience: I have no hesitation in recommending this company and Ryan particularly as I consider that I got considerable benefit from the course of treatment. I was at the end of a painful bout of bursitis and still had problems with sitting, climbing stairs etc and the help, advice and exercise regime resulted in improvements to all aspects. In addition, after seeing doctors and consultants, Ryan was the only person who actually too0k the time and trouble to explain why I was in pain and had restricted movements and I found this of great help.
