Fantastic experience: If I could give Fatema more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Visited with a 'sore wrist' after more than a month of debilitating pain. Fatema very quickly resolved that the issue was my elbow (which didn't hurt). She massaged my elbow, gave me a great follow-up plan, and, hey presto, my wrist is now absolutely fine. One appointment has completely fixed things. I'm super grateful for her personable and efficient service and wouldn't hesitate to go back again or to recommend her to others.

Fantastic experience: Over a year ago, I broke my wrist and had to have a plate fitted, my hand was so badly damaged as they had set it and only realised 2 weeks later, the wrist had completely collapsed. I had numerous visits to the nhs physio and thought that was the best it would get, however I was referred to Pure Physio Therapy- under the care of Ms Revati Pathak and as so pleased with the results, the treatment, advise and support is received was second to none, I have come on in leap’s and bounds.

Fantastic experience: I attended Pure Physio with numbness near my wrist and some shooting pains. After the first session the numbness was significantly reduced and the shooting pains had gone. The exercises have helped massively in reducing the stiffness and after 4 sessions I am not having any issues with my wrist anymore. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Amy is such a lovely and knowledgeable physiotherapist! From the moment I first walked in till my last, professionalism all the way, she puts music on in the waiting room so you can’t hear personal conversations in the main room, lots of different stretches and exercises given on posters or wrote down so I didn’t have to remember them! When asked about being able to have hands on treatment it was done right away, hygiene levels were great, the room was always clean and tidy. And she’s a very chatty person, so for someone like me that is nervous of new places/people and gets bad anxiety, after my first session, which was showing what I can and can’t do, I walked away feeling a lot more relaxed (even if my body was stiff :) ) Amy was hired for me on behalf of my insurance company due to road traffic collision. All she had to do was the physio side, but actually she gave me such confidence to deal with the claim, she gave knowledge too as I’d never had to go through this before, she was fully supportive of me with my job too! Luckily I don’t need to but if I needed to go back and have more work done I would 100% return with Amy!

Fantastic experience: I’m had unbearable nerve pain in my lower back. I made an appointment with William who from start to finish was friendly, listened to my concerns and what I was hoping for from the appointments. He worked with me to manage my pain and build my strength back up to return to the gym. I am so grateful for the work William has done with me. Negative experience: Disappointing appointment today I’m afraid. Probably 10-15 minutes of hands-on treatment for an upper back muscle spasm. Oddly, no advice or exercises offered at end of session to help with issue. However lots of encouragement to book another session! Shame as Will the physio seemed nice. Will not be returning. Will not be recommending to friends and family.

Your session today was an initial assessment, which means the focus is to assess the presenting condition by discussing your symptoms, before undertaking a physical assessment. The remainder of your session is then used to being treatment and explain the purpose of future appointments.
After speaking with your physiotherapist, we understand your treatment would have been limited to 10-15 minutes once the assessment had taken place, which may have also limited the time available to demonstrate recommended exercises. Please let us know if this format was not made clear to you at the time of booking so we can review our process.
We can see in your treatment notes that a home exercise programme has been developed for you via Physiapp. The link to access this will be sent directly to your email. If you have not received access to the exercises within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us at [email protected]
It is our standard procedure to offer a 30 minute follow-up appointment (or series of appointments depending on the physiotherapist's recommendation), which is focussed on treatment following a short discussion about changes in your condition.
We will always welcome you back to the clinic should you wish to have a follow-up session with Will or another physiotherapist. We wish you well in your recovery and look forward to hearing from you if you have any additional feedback or queries.
Fantastic experience: I recently had some physio at Sale branch, with William Pickford, for a bad back and sciatica. I only had 3 sessions and the results are amazing, no more pain down my leg. William was brilliant. Very professional and friendly. He talked me through all the exercises to do at home which have helped immensely. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous at initially starting physio, however I was made to feel at ease and was supported in managing my pain. Prerna the physio lady I saw for my appointments was fantastic, very calming and professional. Prerna sent me links to the exercises to help me recover. It's such a shame I couldn't continue with the sessions due to circumstances which are out of my control as I'm still in pain, however a lot better than what I was. Fantastic experience: It was my first Physiotherapy session @ PURE in Sale. The ambience is very good and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Usman the Senior Physiotherapist took a comprehensive history, demonstrated excellent bedside manners and I got some relief and treatment plan to reduce the significant pain I was experiencing. Usman was very professional. I booked more sessions due to the excellent service received.

Fantastic experience: The staff is excellent I went there with severe shoulder arm and neck pain and over the course was treated by Mrs P. Advani who did an excellent job by targeting the pain and when I thought will be left with with this pain for long started improving and over the course of my sessions felt much improvement and Mrs P Advani is a real professional had a full recovery thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Prerna for around 4 months. She has been incredibly professional, helpful and hands on. She has always taken the time to demonstrate the exercises well and check my understanding and practice of them. I found the combination of massage and exercises really helpful. My symptoms (shoulder and lower back pain) have much reduced. Although I am not completely pain-free, I am confident that by continuing to do the exercises, I am much better equipped at managing them.

Positive experience: I had a mixed experience. The first time around, the premises were clean and easy to find, there was parking on site and I was seen on time. However, the actual physio was painful, information given about my condition often contradictory, and the tone of the therapist was at times belittling. I left in more pain than I arrived, pain which lasted 2 days. Moreover, I left with no further knowledge about what was causing the pain that led me to see the physio in the first place. Finally, a promised email with follow up exercises never arrived (although the £45 bill did). More positively, Pure contacted me soon after to apologise and offer me a session with a different physio. This was a better experience and the new physio was much clearer in terms of diagnosis and treatment, and have sent on follow-on exercises.

Negative experience: Mixed feelings- seen lady physio here few weeks back, she was great; walked me through exercises and as she predicted injury went away in. Went today with different injury; I did say it’s something I’ve suffered with last year; back then I went different practice, it went away after prescribed exercises. Physio agreed it was same issue but didnt show me any exercises and said instead he will email them over. I was in and out in 20 minutes, 10 of which were spent filling out online questionnaire ( not sure why my details couldn’t just be used from app few weeks back) It felt like we spent very little time on actual injury and no time at all on showing my recovery exercises…could have just used online guidance I already had…. Won’t be returning
