Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Luke regularly over the past 3 months after a complete rupture of my quads tendon. At our first meeting he took time to understand fully the nature of the injury and operation before setting out a clear programme of exercises. At all times he listens and thinks through my feedback and prepares clear the 'next steps (literally!'), pushing me each time. The injury shocked me but Luke is playing a key part in my physical and mental rehab and I have every confidence that his work will get me back to playing the sports I love. I recommend him without reservation.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Luke through work. He responded quickly and started treatment. He quickly diagnosed the issue and tailored treatment accordingly. Really pleaed with results.

Fantastic experience: Following an injury to my foot, I needed further professional advice. My expectations were exceeded. Luke listened, and provided good advice as well as helpful treatment. I also received video links of the exercises to do at home.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience. I called Luke and he offered to see me tomorrow (on a Saturday) I said I would appreciate today if possible. Luke said he would make time for me today. Not sure where one finds that kind of service in today's world Luke took detailed notes of why I needed help, what medication the hospital gave me, any injuries he needs to know about etc After the assessment of my injury Luke gave me treatment that resulted in almost immediate relief I still have lower back pain but I'm feeling a lot better and I'm sure after a few more sessions with Luke I will be 100% back to normal I can highly recommend this man, what a professional. I can't wait to see him at our next appointment

Fantastic experience: If you need a physiotherapist I 200% recommend Luke! I have been to a few physiotherapists before but have only had really bad experiences, walked out from the appointments with more pain, been given the wrong exercises & also in black&white badly printed off pictures & not been listen to what the issue was. Because of that I avoided physiotherapists for years but this time I had no choice & I really needed it but I was really nervous & anticipated another bad experience. But the experience with Luke was completely the opposite! He really listened so he knew what the issue was & he knew what would help. He gave me really helpful exercise videos & each appointment I walked away with less pain & felt way better. He was friendly & professional & everything was well cleaned. It was easy to book appointments too. If I need a physiotherapist this is the only place I would go to. Can’t recommend him enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Following knee replacement I was put in touch with Dereham physio through my work and found the appointments and support I received from Luke exceptional. He would always listen to how I was progressing and offer suggestions for moving forward. I always felt more confident in my own ability following the appointments and feel with out that support I would not be back on my bike, walking the countryside or attending a gym regularly. Their service is thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing adductor and hip pain when running for the previous 7 months. Luke pinpointed the cause as a weak adductor and prescribed some rehabilitation exercises. After 3–4 weeks, I'm now able to run pain-free.

Fantastic experience: I found Dereham Physiotherapy online after fracturing 2 bones in my foot on holiday. NHS doctors physio was a 3 week wait for first appointment then couldn't confirm how long I would wait for further treatment. Luke fitted me in within a couple of days of contacting him. A friendly, caring service on every visit. I am almost back to walking normally and only need to go back if I have any issues. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: My daughter was seen by Luke for shoulder pain, she was quite nervous an arrival as she didn’t know what to expect, Luke was welcoming and spoke to her in a way she understood, he was incredibly patient with her (being a bit of a giggly 13 year old! ) talked her through each part of his consultation, explained his findings, and went through some exercises with her. He was reassuring and professional throughout, and she came away from the session happy with what she’d been told, and how she can best help herself. I received a timely response after my enquiry, and a list of times and dates available, with follow up emails straight away. Would absolutely go back to Luke in the future. Overall great experience.

Fantastic experience: Luke was very professional and polite. Luke was able to offer me an appointment with short notice. During the appointment Luke gathered a full medical background, identified the specific location of pain, provided an ultrasound of area as well as providing a massage to ease pain. Throughout this process I felt very comfortable and reassured. Luke later gave and demonstrated exercises to help reduce pain/build strength for my identified issue. I requested a follow up appointment in 2 weeks and felt no pressure from Luke to do so. Overall, I would recommend Lukes services! - Margaret Williams

He instantly put me at ease and was able to understand exactly what I needed. He was very professional and able to explain what was happening in a way that was clear and reassuring. Fantastic experience: Having just had knee replacement surgery physio was required. Have seen Luke a few times now who has made sure the exercises I was given were being performed right and talked me through/demonstrated some other very useful ones. Luke is very personable and encouraging along with give me reassurance that I’m progressing and at right point post op. Overall would recommend Luke for all your physio needs.

Fantastic experience: Had knee trouble that stopped me running, and I kept putting off getting help – big mistake! After my first session with Luke, he quickly figured out what was wrong and reassured me it wasn’t anything serious, which was such a relief. He gave me some simple exercises to do, and honestly, within two days I could feel a big improvement. We worked out a sensible plan to get me back to running, and now I’m out there again! Luke’s really professional, makes sure you’re comfortable, and explains everything clearly – couldn’t recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: Luke is very helpful and knows exactly how to help in the best way for the patient (myself) adjusting exercises to be best for each person's situation. There is no notice on the door to say it's the right place, but has a 'please wear a mask' notice from COVID times and the number 2 near the door, there is a single chair in the corridor which is the waiting room so just go in and Luke will come a greet you.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished a course of 5 sessions for lower back pain with Luke. He quickly identified the root of pain and what was needed in terms of exercises. When I left after the first session I felt so relaxed and free of any pain/tightness. I looked forward to feeling like this in the further appointments I had. Fantastic experience: Went to see Luke today for a running injury to my hip and discomfort in my knees , Luke was great from the off he explained simple exercises I could do at home or in the gym to help strengthen my hip flexor and knees and glute activation Exercises to help me before I run , he checked my hips and lower back for injury’s and showed my how to tape my knees before my run which has really helped. He really knows his stuff and would highly recommend going to see him with any injury’s or pains !

Fantastic experience: Went for my first physiotherapy session for an injured shoulder and by chance I couldn't have found a better physio. Luke is extremely person centred with his approach and looks after your needs, as well as being extremely approachable, bubbly and chatty. Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure to visit Luke when my lower back was so bad I could hardly move. He listened carefully, asked relevant questions, assessed my problem by asking me to do various movements and didn't make me feel rushed in any way. I felt it was excellent value for money and felt very comfortable during the session. He then sent me several relevant exercises with direct links to the YouTube demonstrations which is 100% helpful. I would highly recommend Luke to anyone with muscular skeletal problems.
