Fantastic experience: Highly recommend- a few sessions in and my back pain was hugely relieved when I was at a point where I thought the chronic pain was never going to ease. Appointments are flexible to suit around working hours, very clean and easy to get to with parking. Hopefully I don’t need to go back in the future but if I do I’ll absolutely not go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: I attended Kilkeel Physio Clinic with Michaela for Pregnancy Pilates and then for a Mummy MOT, and I genuinely couldn't recommend her enough. The pilates classes are great! You take away so much from them and can even implement wee movements even at home. I then attended again for a Mummy MOT and again another extremely positive experience. The way Michaela explains everything so clearly and thoroughly is brilliant, she makes you feel so at ease and relaxed. Michaela is amazing at what she does, she is so genuine and approachable, nothing is a bother and you can tell that she genuinely cares! If you're thinking about booking one of these appts but on the fence, definitely go for it. I haven't stopped recommending these to my fellow Mum friends since, so informative & reassuring! X

Fantastic experience: Had a total of four sessions after hurting myself going too hard in a 10K race. I thought it was the hamstring but Stephen was able to assess on day 1 that it was closer to a groin/adductor injury, with the pain presenting in the back of the leg. I was given a lot of strong advice and prescribed a series of exercises - progressively ramped up over the weeks as I got stronger at them - and am now fit for "return to play," running 50+ miles per week again including my pre-injury volume of higher intensity workouts. Highly recommend. A crew of consummate experts.

Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic suffering with fairly severe pain in my low back/hip area. I thought that it was the beginning of the road to a hip replacement. However, after some sessions of muscle massage, and a course of exercises on the excellent physio app, under Daragh’s guidance, I am very much improved and I am virtually pain free. Such a difference!

Fantastic experience: I went in with an injury to my foot, thinking I would have to give up playing sport this year. Within 6 sessions with Daragh, I am back playing and running with no pain. His knowledge and understanding gave me the confidence to fully trust the process. The app that was provided was brilliant to set up reminders to complete the exercises daily. The exercises that Daragh set were developed and enhanced throughout the 6 sessions to allow me to confidently get back to playing.

Fantastic experience: Went to Darragh with a shoulder injury a few months ago. After an initial consultation and diagnosis of the issue, he gave me a series of exercises to complete. Exercises were well explained, demonstrated and delivered via an app with videos to remind you of proper technique. Pleased to say after initial consultation, 3 x follow up appointments and continuing with the exercises at home, my shoulder is back to 90% + and improving as I continue with the program. I'd recommend Darragh to anyone needing physio. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I attended a few physio sessions with Daragh about 6 months ago and have made a great recovery. With being busy with home renovations it was hard to give myself time to heal properly. I found Kilkeel physio clinic to be very accommodating and knowledgeable, my recovery went exactly as Daragh said it would. He's not a bad lad, we just need to get the Mourne accent into him now Seriously though I couldn't recommend both Michaela and Daragh high enough!

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend Daragh more! I initially went to him for a leg injury from running. After a few months of exercises and rehabilitation I’m back out there. He explained every exercise so well and also sent them out through an app in case I needed reminding. When I had a flare up half way through the rehab he helped tailor the exercises to help get me back on track. I also went to him for dry needling on some very tense and sore shoulder muscles which was causing a tension headache, the relief was incredible! I’m now going to Michaela’s pilates class which is fantastic also. They are both so so lovely and amazing at what they do, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Couple weeks ago I took several Pilates classes during my holidays in Kilkeel and I could not be happier with my experience - the studio is very cosy & well equipped, trainers are very supportive & genuinely care about you. I really enjoyed the classes and would recommend everyone who is on a holiday just to reach out and join the class, as communication was excellent & fast. I will for sure do that during my next visit. Cannot wait☺️

Fantastic experience: I completed two of the postnatal Pilates courses and loved it. Michaela is so passionate about women’s health and it comes across in her class. The babies are always made feel welcome, even on their days. I’d recommend this class to anyone who’s recently had a baby.

Fantastic experience: ‍♀️Pregnancy, Bump to Baby & Reformer! ‍♀️ I had no Pilates experience & started Michaela’s classes at 15 weeks pregnant, continuing through till full term. I found the classes extremely beneficial and enjoyable. Iknew I wanted to keep active during pregnancy but as a 1st time mum wanted some guidance. The classes enabled me to chat with new mums, while learning different exercises safely as Michaela is extremely informative about the pregnant body, importance of physical movement, stretching, rest & pelvic floor. I rejoined Pilates “ Bump to Baby” at 10 weeks postpartum. I love that we get to bring our baby’s to the class, meet new mum’s, baby’s & rejoin with some of the girls from the pregnancy class. I really value the social aspect as well as a the physical. It’s a great way to get back into exercise postpartum as Michaela is beyond knowledgable when it comes to pelvic floor and the healing proecess a woman’s body goes through. Im more in tune now with my pelvic floor & it’s importance than I ever was thanks to the classes! I’m now almost 5 months postpartum, still loving Pilates and have recently joined the reformer group, loving it! Pilates is definitely something il be sticking with,I just love it!! and with Michaela as a coach you really couldn’t ask for better Highly , highly recommend. Thanks, Caoimhe

Fantastic experience: I've been in to see both Michaela and Daragh. Michaela provided fabulous service with regard to female physio health and her pilates classes are fantastic. Daragh treated neck and shoulder pain with dry needling. After 1 session the release was fantastic. And he sent me home with exercises on an app so I can prevent reoccurring problems.

Fantastic experience: I have was seeing Darragh for my greater trochanteric bursitis which was causing chronic pain making day to day life difficult. Attending Kilkeel Physio Clinic was the best decision as I've been suffering for years. The app that I use to continue physio at home is so simple to use and even gives you reminders to do your physio. It has changed my life. Simple things like walking my dog was unbearable and now it's something I look forward to. Thank you so much Darragh.

Fantastic experience: I have had 2 appointments with Daragh for vertigo. The loveliest guy, Daragh completed a thorough assessment to determine the cause of my vertigo and then skilfully guided me through a series of manoeuvres to begin to remedy the issue. He emailed me very clear exercises to complete at home which I did 3 times each day. After the first session I did not have another frightening episode but still had a residual, horrible vertigo feeling. However, the second appointment 5 days later changed all that!! I have been totally symptom free since leaving Daragh 3 days ago ….the relief is immense! He expanded my home programme and I’m continuing with it for the time being…..I have no desire to suffer from vertigo ever again. A professional, passionate and highly-skilled therapist who most importantly achieves results, I strongly recommend Daragh to you!

Fantastic experience: Attended Kilkeel Physio recently for musculoskeletal issues related to Tics and was greatful to find someone local who would be able to help me with issues surrounding FND. Finding myself wheelchair bound for over a week following a relapse Darrah helped with my rehability though his expertise in this area and had me literally back on my feet again with in a couple of sessions.

Fantastic experience: I've been having sessions with Daragh for severe vertigo for 12 weeks, just finished today and can definitely recommend. His diagnosis helped to pinpoint the issue and his expertise and training regime have resulted in a significant improvement. Fantastic experience: An excellent service provided by Robbie. I was very nervous attending the clinic due to the agonising pain I was in. I was a rather complex case. Robbie instantly put me at ease with his professionalism and expertise. I was in terrible shape, hardly fit to walk and I walked out of the appointment with very little pain. I can’t recommend Robbie highly enough. In fact I haven’t stopped recommending Robbie to anyone I meet in need of a 1st class physiotherapist.

Fantastic experience: This is great to see this facility opening soon in Kilkeel. I’ve visited Robbie on occasion when I’ve been carrying a few niggles. Due to training and recently having to go through physio due to a meniscus tear on my knee, Robbie was a tremendous help in my rehabilitation.
