Fantastic experience: Went to see Gemma as I was putting all my weight on to my right leg thus causing my hips to be come out of line also causing a curve in my spine, also told Gemma about my shoulder pain and my on going issues with my neck pain. She has also provided general advice on equipment and footwear that might help with my condition. The treatment is tailored on each visit as sometimes they vary and she explains what the issues are with visual aids to help me understand better what’s going on. Gemma is professional, focused & friendly and I am very happy with the treatment.

I have to say I was delighted by the attention and work Gemma put into my recovery, after a shoulder / back problem. The treatment enabled me to succeed in a massive personal challenge, climbing a mountain that no-one else in the world had ever climbed before. I was concerned my injury was going to prevent me from even going, let alone succeeding. At relative short notice Gemma's work, personal treatment and exercises allowed me to achieve my goal. Been to her today for a sore knee after hurting it on a trampoline, and found out that my knee turns in abit when bending and straightening and maybe because my foot rolls in abit, that could be putting strain on my knee. Didn't even know my foot did this. Great treatment and wouldn't go anywhere else now. Also they have other therapist her too from sports massage to more holistic therapys. They have it all covered under one roof! And they are all so friendly make you feel relaxed straight away.

Fantastic experience: Gemma put me at ease when I arrived for my first appointment, as I was a bit unsure what to expect, having never been to an osteopath before. Gemma explained everything she was going to do, checking along the way to make sure I was comfortable and giving me detailed reasons as to why I was getting the pain I was in and how the exercise should help. I have found the exercises she has given me helpful along with the videos to make sure I am doing them correctly, if haven't quite remembered from the appointment.
