Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for about 7 sessions now with Jack due to a neck problem. At first I was skeptical but the NHS wait for treatments was 9 months and drs just want to give you painkillers. After an initial consultation I was very impressed. Now weeks down the line I have solved issues I didn't know were connected. Such as weakness in hands and a back problem. Always polite and understanding here taking the time to listen. The real beauty of this treatment is, at least for me feeling instant relief and noticing big changes after each session. I highly recommend giving this a try if you need this.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting this practice since 2002 and I have never felt that I did not benefit from treatment here. The practitioners are always respectful and polite. They are great at explaining your problems along with causes and cures with some detailed explanations should you want them. I've always preferred chatting whilst being treated and it's great that the staff will engage with me and we share some good stories along the way. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for several years and have always had excellent, professional treatment and advice from all the therapists. Osteoarthritis is something you have to live with and there are times when it becomes more troublesome than others, so over time treatment can vary, this has always been dealt with great sympathy and understanding. It has certainly helped me to keep mobile.

Both Tom and Nigel have always been excellent at explaining their diagnosis and how they intend to resolve my problems, and indeed their treatments have improved my mobility significantly. (My leg didn't think so) Recommended Nigel, he found all sorts of linked issues and treated them. Now I am pain free, a lot more supple and generally forget about my hip. All of the staff are friendly, polite and very helpful, even under very difficult circumstances with Covid. There was a thorough case history taken, my treatments and progression was explained to me at every step, I was able to ask questions and feel listened to, and I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. Fantastic experience: Last year I developed a bulging disc which resulted in me not being able to work. The disc was trapping nerves that caused me to develop the condition “drop foot”. Through regular treatments, Nigel Bassett and his team got me back to work. However, as my back was improving, my “drop foot” condition seemed to reach a plateau in its recovery. Nigel feared that the nerve damage causing the “drop foot” may become permanent and advised me to have a consultation with an orthopaedic surgeon asap ..... I had a discectomy and am now regaining the nerves and complete movement in my ankle and foot. I am forever grateful for Nigel’s professional diagnosis. Without it, I believe my future job opportunities would have been severely limited. I visited the Hastings clinic last week and was extremely impressed with their Covid Safety measures. I have no doubt that all three of their clinics will meet the same high level of Covid Safety.

Fantastic experience: Nigel Bassett is regarded as one of the best practitioners in his field. He is also a Tutor at the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone. I have visited other osteopaths and chiropractors but find Nigel’s knowledge, initial and ongoing assessment and approach, far superior to that of other practitioners. The treatment is thorough and specifically targeted to my needs and of great benefit to my overall wellbeing. He also employs a small team of very experienced people, with skills to suit different problems. The overall treatment plan includes sessions with Nigel and other osteopaths, who Nigel feels can best treat my symptoms. Fantastic experience: I have used this osteopathic practice for many yrs, due to lower back and hip problems. You are seen by a very professional osteopath (NIgel Bassett) who will carry out a full examination and explain in full in layman's terms your problem and how it can be treated. Follow ups are usually seen by other experienced osteopaths and then again by Nigel. Cannot fault the receptionist who are helpful at all times and do their upmost to fit you in when you have an emergency. The practice is spotlessly clean and very covid friendly. Parking is directly outside the practice. They also have practices in Rye and Bexhill.

Today was my first visit since lockdown and its worth mentioning the it felt a very safe enviroment to recieve my treatment in, many thanks to Nigel and his team for continued good practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been treated at the Hastings clinic on a very regular basis since March 2018. I have various musculoskeletal skeletal issues and so attend proactively every 2-3 weeks. Nigel (Bassett) the senior osteopath will see me every 3rd session so as to continue to have an overview of my treatment and progress and will refer me to one of the many osteopaths that is best suited to my treatment at the time. I have now been treated by about 6 of the osteopaths and I feel very well looked after. During this time of CV19 , I have been very satisfied with how the practice has managed to continue to practice with safety at the heart of all processes. The admin team are extremely helpful and everyone is very friendly as well as being highly professional I won’t be going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Hastings osteopathic practice helped me greatly with my lower back pain. After the first session there was an immediate improvement although minor, but each session after the pain lessened.
