Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Gordon since the 6th of May this year. From the start, he fully understood everything I told him about my pain and my concerns and my goals. This was evident when he read back to me, exactly what we had discussed at the initial assessment. He had grasped the reason for my seeking help. I was very impressed. We had discussed the treatment going forward after the body Imaging machine results.The treatment itself is both manual and with the use of instruments. It’s not without some pain, at the time, but this is getting less as the weeks go by. Gordon explains this is my body getting used to the manipulation. I’m ever hopeful that over time I will be feeling much relief and hopefully have less of a rounded upper back which will also give my lungs (I have COPD) a bit more space. That will all be thanks to Gordon.

Fantastic experience: Coming into Dr Elle's care was one of the best decisions I have made to date. The amount of time and care she takes with every session is commendable, she really does go above and beyond to actively search for any problems and often she will find areas of concern that I have overlooked myself. Fantastic experience: A little concerned about my first visit as I had been using the same Osteopath for 28 years. These were soon put to rest as Ellen took the time to point out areas for improvement, the plan and costs upfront. Each session starts with a short review of how the previous session went. Ellen is always attentive and welcomes you with a friendly smile. So I have been to a few sessions now, currently twice weekly and already feeling the benefits.In addition to this supportive exercises through a nice and easy app and suggested supplements to support.

Fantastic experience: Ellen has magical healing powers! I train everyday doing CrossFit, I came to Ellen because my back was hurting and I couldn’t lift the weights that are normally easy. After two sessions I was fixed. She adjusts you with incredible chiropractic precision and she also massages you and does dry needling. She has given me incredible health advice as well. Calling her a chiropractor doesn’t do her justice as she is so much more. Without a doubt she’s the best chiropractor, sports therapist, and rehab specialist I’ve ever been to. She’s the best and the only Health Doctor.

Fantastic experience: Dr Elle has been incredible in healing my back, hips and neck. In June this year I couldn't sleep comfortably, had constant neck and back pain, living on paracetamol. With regular weekly visits to Elle my posture has improved, I can finally get comfortable and together we worked out a plan to tackle all my issues. Fantastic experience: Started seeing Elle a few months ago after finally retiring from rugby. Was sceptical at first about chiropractic work, but nothing else was helping with the headaches and chronic back/neck pain from years of playing Front-Row. Had the review and decided to give it a go and go on a plan. 4 months later and I feel great! Headaches are completely gone and the neck and back pain are more like minor aches. Fantastic experience: Dr Elle is so nice! She was very patient with me, as I was initially a bit squeamish - I had not had any adjustments before. I don't have regular care due to living too far away but I always feel a reduction of stress and tension in my neck and back after her treatment. I also feel less tension in my knee when running. Dr Elle says that this is due to always sitting cross-legged, leading to unbalanced hips. I am young and athletic, it really isn't necessary to be in pain or with noticeably reduced mobility to realise the benefits of her targeted adjustments.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Elle is extremely professional and clearly knows her stuff. The sessions begin by aligning goals and Dr. Elle working with you to figure out how to get there. I had some tightness and overall bad posture from years of studying at desks that were too low. Over the course of many sessions we managed to improve my posture and release any tension I had between my shoulder blades to my neck.
