Fantastic experience: What would I do without Kyle? This man put me back together. I was struggling with Headches, Neck and upper back/shoulder pain, on and off for months. Nothing helped previously, I tried rest, exercises, medication and nothing touched it. Then I went to see Kyle. He explain what he found and put together a plan for me going forward. Fantastic experience: Kyle is a lovely guy and was able to fit me in when I had severe sciatica. The pain was awful but it has been a massive improvement over a period of a month or so and a handful of sessions with Kyle. The Ely practise is well placed in Forehill car park so very easy to access.

Positive experience: Having had lower back pain,on and off , for many years I was diagnosed with spinal arthritis. I decided to try a chiropractor as I didn’t want to just take painkillers all the time. My treatments make a huge difference to my mobility. I come out of each session able to walk with long strides (something I haven’t done for years) . I wasn’t promised a miracle cure and I still get bouts of stiffness,especially in the morning but on the whole I am very much improved and would (and have) recommend anyone suffering with lower back pain to try some chiropractor treatments.

Fantastic experience: I originally went to the clinic after suffering with persistent sciatica, which had been causing ongoing pain and discomfort and was starting to have a real impact on my everyday life. Simple things like sitting, walking, sleeping and getting through the day comfortably had become much more difficult. Since starting chiropractic care, I’ve noticed a really significant improvement. Fantastic experience: Move Free Chiropractic is fab - as someone who always has neck and shoulder pain due to hyper-mobility, it’s a comfort knowing that Kyle always tries to make a plan to fit me in his diary. The technique Kyle uses and his professional mannerism and knowledge makes me feel comfortable and well looked after. I first see Kyle with a frozen shoulder which I was in excruciating pain with, Kyle sorted my shoulder out and I now no longer have any issues with it. Fantastic experience: I went to visit Kyle at Move Free Chiropractic as I am a keen exercise enthusiast. I found him in particular due to his interest in sports and movement. I would constantly suffer with lower back stiffness but wanted to keep up my exercise. Fantastic experience: I decided to see Kyle as I was suffering from sciatica pain. Kyle was very thorough during the initial consultation and answered all the questions that I had, mainly around the improvement of my condition. He was very honest about the fact that sciatica pain can yield mixed outcomes with chiropractic care. I took few sessions with him and each time, he would check in on my progress and ask if the pain was getting any better. As we were not seeing much improvement, he recommended consulting a GP and getting an MRI scan as it needed medical attention and leaving it too late can make it worse. Although the chiropractic care didn’t help much in my case, I would still highly recommend Kyle for his honesty, professionalism and guidance throughout the process which certainly helped a lot!

Fantastic experience: Cant recommend Kyle enough. I trapped a nerve in my back and could hardly walk/move.....it was excruciating. Kyle managed to fit me in late the same day which was fantastic and had me assessed quickly. That first session of deep massage and some manipulation really helped to relieve the pain. A follow up session 3 days later and the i was in a position where it was simply rest, recuperation and sensible activities........with no real pain. Kyle has a great way with his clients, takes time to understand their issues, talks absolute sense and makes you feel at ease at each stage of the process. Fantastic experience: I have been very impressed with my Chiropractor Kyle. He has helped relieve me of my hip and leg pain caused by long distance road running . The sessions I have had has meant that I can keep up with my training and keep getting out on my runs. He took the time to listen and understand my pain to make sure he was working on the right areas. He always asked for feedback each session in order to ensure the sessions were helpful and to improve on anything for next time. I felt very well looked after and respected in the sessions. He was very kind and patient. He offers get discount on block bookings if needed and is very honest about how many sessions you may need which is great addition. There are not many great Chiropractors in the area so it is great to find one. Will definitely be back if needed in the future. If you have any niggles or ongoing pain do check him out. Fantastic experience: I am a frequent gym goer who takes part in physically demanding Hyrox classes. As you can image the odd injury from time to time occurs. To get me back training right away I pop in to see Kyle who helps get me back on track so I can get back to it right away. Would recommend getting yourself booked in for those ongoing niggles that never seem to go away.
