Fantastic experience: I started 2024 with the intent of focusing on my health. My constant back, shoulder and neck pain was where I decided to start. I have scoliosis and wanted to find a chiropractor who understood this condition and how to help me and my curved spine in the right way, as I've had many failed attempts in the past. Fast forward 10 months and I cannot be happier that I found New Heights Wellness. I am actively working through improving my scoliosis curves with a Socoli Brace, regular traction and adjustments. My health has massively improved. Not only do I physically feel better and more mobile, my fatigue has reduced and the brace is working its magic! It turns out walking through the New Heights Wellness door was the best thing I have done for myself in a long time. So if you're looking for some help, guidance and support towards a better you, look no further!

Fantastic experience: Both Lianna and David are fantastic, patient, effective and wouldn’t adjust/touch me until a full x-ray was given and they knew the source. Had sciatica problems and within weeks pain free. Still attending as want progressive care rather than maintenance. Would highly recommend and praises for Sophie and Harry too for their high energy and little D for my weekly entertainment

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from dizziness, migraines & tingling in hands, I went to the Doctors who kept prescribing me medicine which was not helping. I found this company as online as it says a Chiropractor can help with vertigo. After seeing Dr David after one session I knew I’d come to the right place, the X-rays and adjustments got me back on my feet and back to work. All the staff are friendly and helpful, it’s a lovely atmosphere all round. I highly recommend :)

Lianna is very friendly and put me at ease straight away. Fantastic experience: Booked a session with David on a recommendation from a friend who suffered from a bad back. The attention to detail in the 1st 2 session was amazing. After David had performed a full diagnostic including X-rays and a full report, David was able to identify what needed to be done and a plan was put into action. My initial issue of a trapped nerve was resolved in a short time. David did identity some long term issues from a previous car accident which we are working on. Fantastic experience: After receiving chiropractic treatment in Peterborough (over 200 treatments over nearly 4 years), I experienced several issues during the first lockdown, and found my treatment I was receiving wasn't doing much for my medical issues I was experiencing, I decide to travel to see David for a second opinion. David's great at what he does, I felt listened to, reassured and found his treatment to be effective from my second visit, I am 4 visits in and going strong! The reception team are welcoming and friendly, I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great care by the entire team and for the whole family! Was seen while I was pregnant, in labor and after. Also Lianna works amazing with babies and was able to help my baby be more prepared to crawl and help him with his gas and wind! Family oriented and not just there for a quick fix, take the time to come up with a plan to meet long term goals

Fantastic experience: I didn’t know what to expect from Reflexology as I have never had any experience of this before. I have had several reflexology treatments with Linda and it helped reduce my stress levels significantly. I find it so relaxing and really enjoy the sessions! I would highly recommend “giving it a go” for general well being and relaxation.

Fantastic experience: I've recently been having reflexology with Linda, I have minor issues with my neck and back, having the reflexology I found was extremely relaxing but also eased stiffness in these areas after having treatments, I suffer with heavy periods and by chance went during this and found my periods to be altered after treatment that month. Linda kept in contact with me between treatments to see how I was. I would now prefer Reflexology over massage after having these treatments.

Fantastic experience: I decided to try chiropractic treatment after suffering from upper back pain and numbness down my right arm for a long time. It got so bad I would be constantly distracted at work while trying to ease my discomfort. I saw Dr Andrew who I cannot recommend highly enough - he is friendly and professional, and I felt at ease while discussing my medical history and my various other symptoms. I did not realise that my (now gone) headaches were linked to my back! I now feel more supple and mobile despite being sat at a desk all day. If you’re considering treatment, go in for a consultation – the team are really friendly and helpful

Fantastic experience: We have been to more chiropractors, osteopaths, Biokineticists, neurosurgeons and GPs than I can count trying to help my husband's terrible back pain from a car accident. Some offered temporary respite from the pain, but no one was able to bring back any quality of life. At 32 my husband couldn't play with our kids, pack the dishwasher or sit at a restaurant. After almost 4 years of hell, he told me he wanted to try yet another chiropractor. When he saw David at New Heights, David took comprehensive xrays and compiled a report. He said that he could fix it! But that it would take months of work 3 days a week. Honestly I was skeptical and shuddered at the cost, but I was desperate and he was the first person who had done a comprehensive assessment and actually said this could be fixed! It's half way through the programme now, and I have my husband back. He isn't grumpy and constantly in pain, he helps around the house, he even carried my six year old back from the park last week!!!!!!! I never thought it was possible, and every time I think about it I cry with relief and gratitude. If you're reading this and you have chronic back pain and you're wondering if it'll be worth it - yes it is! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say how great my experience has been. My friend recommended the clinic to me and I have been going for three Months. I was suffering from lower back ache every morning, but after some adjustments the pain has now gone, also my range of movement has really improved. I would not have seen a chiropractor if I did not have back pain, but after this experience I now recommend anyone to get regular adjustments because of the long term benefit of protecting your spine and posture.

Fantastic experience: After numerous years of back and knee problems and time off from work due to back procedures my activity levels and the nature of tough physical work seemed to take its' toll on my body. I had been placed on a large amount of medication and it was making me tired and want to constantly sleep. Dr Andrew took a complete look at my health and history and thoroughly assessed my body as well as using x-rays. After going through the results it was visibly clear what areas in the body were problematic and what needed to be corrected. As well as the physical issues to sort out I realized that I need to sort out my diet, my sleep, water intake , and reducing my amount of sugar. Fantastic experience: Both Dr Coombs and Dr Saltys have treated me for neck, back and knee pain. After being hit by a car of my road bike in 2015 I have had issues with my neck and lower back. These issues caused my performance at work to diminish. I have a very active role and the pain caused occasionally prevention to coach clients specific movements. They have managed to correct my spinal alignment and not just ease the pain but eliminate it completely. After a recent knee injury, Dr Coombs has worked one session on my knee and I can know cross my legs again without pain saving me weeks of waiting for NHS appointments. I haven't been able to do those moments for months. Thanks guys for everything so far and in the future.
