Fantastic experience: I have on going back issues with stiffness and pain due to nearly 40 years of owning a horse and also working in the equine industry. As you can imagine my body has been over used and at times abused and my back pays the price. I have been going to Silke at LA1 Chiropractic for 12 months now as my previous chiropractor retired. I have an appointment every 4 - 8 weeks depending on how my back is feeling. Honestly I can walk in feeling really stiff and sore but by the time I am leaving I feel so much better. I would recommend Silke without hesitation, she works wonders for me.

Fantastic experience: I emailed Silke when my pelvic girdle pain during my third trimester of pregnancy became intolerable, received a warm and speedy response, and was able to get an appointment to see her very quickly! During my first appointment, Silke did a thorough examination and listened to my concerns to determine how she could help address my problems. With being so late in my pregnancy, we decided the best plan of action was for a few appointments close together. Not only did her treatments help my pelvic girdle pain tremendously, but I truly believe that as a result of my spine and hips being in a better alignment following treatment, I was able to give my baby the room he needed to turn himself out of the breech position he had been in for quite some time and therefore avoid the need for an ECV or planned C Section. With Silke’s treatment and kind words of advise and encouragement, I have been able to manage the last few weeks of pregnancy much more comfortably than when I first stepped into her office!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend for treatment during pregnancy. I had my first appointment with Silke after pulling my back in the second trimester of my pregnancy. I saw a significant improvement after a couple of sessions and Silke provided helpful advice to follow between treatments that have made such a difference and really helped to alleviate the pain. I found the treatment gentle but very effective - a positive experience all round.

Fantastic experience: Came to Silke with 3 bulging discs in my back. I was living at about a 7 out of 10 pain every day flaring up way beyond that regularly. After a few short weeks of treatment I'm at zero. I never thought that kind of result was possible for me. She asks a lot of questions, properly listens to what you're telling her, and tailors everything around you. You can just tell she cares. Fantastic experience: If you're suffering & thinking you need physio, this isn't physio I've tried that. This treatment worked for me! Brilliant practitioner and quicker then trying to wait for a physio appointment. After a bad flair up, (still waiting for a physio assessment to see if they can do anything, 5 months and counting). The results for me were quicker then I'd see from any physio. Received treatment from LA1 within 3 days of finding them. In the past having tried both treatments, going forward, if I need to, I will only use chiropractic treatment. Please continue doing what you are doing you have improved my life. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I had been struggling for a few months with back pain and sciatica. Private physio hadn't helped so I , somewhat warily, decided to see a chiropractor. Silke carried out the most thorough assessment I have ever experienced. It took a few sessions but I have improved significantly. I feel like I have my life back. Fantastic experience: I had been dealing with lower back pain for over three years, along with sciatica down my right leg and, more recently, a pinched nerve in my left. After seeing Silke, she took the time to listen to my history and provided an excellent diagnosis that pinpointed the root cause of my issues. After just a few sessions, along with some recommended stretches and the suggestion to use Biofreeze on the affected areas, the pain has completely subsided, and I can move freely again. Fantastic experience: With persistent and strong pain in my lower back and hip I was refered to a neurosurgeon. I had an option of steroid injections followed by surgery if they didn't help. Fortunately my husband found Silke. Both of us booked appointments with her ( my husband suffered from back pain). Just to say that after my first treatment the improvement was enormous.
