Fantastic experience: Chichester Physio are always helpful. I've been using them for many years whenever I have a problem and the professionals there have been excellent.

Fantastic experience: After suffering with migraines for a couple of years, thankfully I found Lindy! She used a particular technique on the back of my neck and the top of the spine, which helped to ease and eventually get rid of the migraines. I still have occasional neck and shoulder treatment which really eases tension - thank you so much to Lindy and her cheerful reception staff!

Fantastic experience: Very easy online booking, I've usually been able to get an appointment within 24-36h. I had excellent advice and treatment from the physio who recommended ongoing sports massage treatment with Courtney. I've had half hour treatments every couple of months and that has kept my back pain under good control and enabled me to keep fit (and walking 8-10km daily at the age of 70). All the staff are very friendly and professional. I recommend them without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: In my 80's now and I'm indebted to Lindy for the priceless contribution she and her team has made to my life since I met her towards the end of the 1980's. Lindy first treated me for severe back pain/sciatica more than 35 years ago and together with her team has continued to do so, to include the other physiological issues which arise as the years pass. Tellingly, I've referred my sister-in-law from SW London, as well as my best friend from student days, who lives in Berkshire, to Lindy when the treatment they received elsewhere did not overcome their problems, but which Chichester Physio's effective diagnosis and treatment found and cured. And my own experience included treatment for severe sciatica by a retired physiotherapist from a Premiership football club, whilst on holiday in the north of England many years ago - all too violent, painful and ineffective, but which after an excruciatingly painful journey home, Lindy got me back to painless normality. Fantastic experience: I’m not usually one for writing reviews but when it comes to Ashley Rowlands I will make an exception. After years of excruciating pain, pain so blinding that would have me down on my knees, by mistake I visited Chichester physio .and was fortunate to find the best of the best! Words can't describe how much he has healed me with each session, he is an amazing physiotherapist and an even more amazing human being Irreplaceable true healer !

Fantastic experience: I've had ongoing issues and many referrals and work on my hip mobility and strength for years. More recently I've been fortunate enough to have Kira work through those issues with me. The improvement and pain relief from day one is like none before. Kira's skill, knowledge, professionalism and support have been outstanding and she has provided relief and improvement where other therapies have not. Fantastic experience: Fiza looked after me when I had severe neck pain. She is kind and knowledgeable and has magic hands. I felt enormous relief from my first session with her and booked a ‘package’. After 4 further sessions there was an enormous improvement in my symptoms. I am extremely grateful, and recommend both her and the practice wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: I had sciatica which was causing extreme pain. Walking was almost impossible and sleep was much disturbed. Ashley gave the most sensitive treatment possible. Consequently I am now walking freely and am free from pain. Superb treatment all round.

Fantastic experience: I recently did a charity marathon walk, yes 26 miles! My training went out the window and as I work here I decided to avail of the services on offer. Courtney taped up my calves before I did my walk which really helped on the day and both Kira and Courtney gave me advise on stretches etc to do both before and during, which made a huge difference. After the walk I pretty much ached all over and had a sports massage with Kira - she was amazing and really helped to release the tightness and stiffness. I would definitely recommend both of these Sports Therapists and will definitely be using them again if I decide to do any other crazy long distance activities!

Fantastic experience: Excellent! I booked to see a physio at the Bosham clinic as suspected plantar faciaiitis had flared up in one foot. After 4 sessions with Fiza, the pain in my foot has all but gone. Fiza was professional, understanding and very approachable at all times. She clearly understands the human body. Fantastic experience: After getting problems in my knee and unsure on what it was, I searched the internet to find a good physio and came across Chichester Physio in Bosham, I immediately booked in after checking the reviews and had an appointment with Ashley, once I attended the appointment and spoke to Ashley he then carried out an assessment and noticed my issues were due to a tight IT band, Ashley then carried out different techniques and numerous checks to confirm all ok for any ligament or soft tissue damage, after three sessions with the recommended advice on stretches and how to adapt my workout routines I began to feel better and Ashley has greatly helped me get back to my fitness levels at a better rate. I would highly recommend if you are suffering with unknown pain in your movements, better to get checked and Ashley is a very helpful and genuine person.

Fantastic experience: I have known Lyndy Griffiths for many years and been treated by one or two of her physiotherapists in the past. Recently I have been seeing Fizah. She soon assessed my problem. She diagnosed what was wrong and was very sure it was treatable. I suffer with anxiety especially health anxiety and Fizah has been so patient and reassuring. The treatment she has given me is gradually working. If I am worried about anything she has offered to talk to me on the phone.I cannot recommend her enough. She is very professional and kind. A very lovely person.

Fantastic experience: I had a workplace accident and damaged a tendon, Ashley got me fighting fit to return to my very active job through rehab exercises, shock therapy and massage. Even though I was going primarily for my tendon, I expressed 3 other niggles I was having over the weeks and Ashley was more than happy to look at my other issues in the same appointment, I’m now back working full time in a job I love with a very happy healthy body! Fantastic experience: Lindy and her great team have helped me to remain active and fit sailing, skiing, cycling and walking. I have had various issues but recurrent lower back pain has always been successfully treated by the team. If you have any issues I would strongly recommend a visit.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here over the years. Initially for sorting out back pain which I was getting first with Lindy and then other colleagues. More recently working on leg injuries from too much dancing. Good advice which I can take away and use on an on going basis to maintain fitness. Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Chichester Physio as the admin and professional staff are all friendly, welcoming, helpful and highly qualified. Initially I was in a lot of pain and had difficulty walking. I thought it was sciatica but with Courtney’s care and advice I had an MRI which identified four herniated discs. She then explained in detail the possibility of treatment using IDD Spinal Decompression. With all the necessary information I agreed to the treatment. Fiza talked me through what would happen and after an agreed number of sessions which were monitored by mostly Fiza and a few times by Kira the pain and numbness gradually decreased. I am now receiving physio rehab initially with Kira and now with Courtney to strengthen my leg and enable me to walk properly. Many thanks to the professional and caring treatment by the above staff which had enabled me to get back to normal.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have used the physio a number of times over the last 10 years and have always been delighted with the service. It is invariably the first place we go if we have a muscular problem etc. This time I have been suffering with a stiff neck for several weeks and Fiza diagnosed the problem quickly, treated it and gave me some exercises, problem solved!

Fantastic experience: I needed help with lower back pain and poor posture, due to a bad fall. I began seeing Ashley at Chichester Physio a month ago. Ashley is knowledgable, professional, calm and supportive. He explains things thoroughly and is very patient. Both my mobility and confidence have improved thanks to Ashley and Chichester Physio.

Foot and ankle problems much improved after a nasty fall. I highly recommend'. Thought I would provide an update as I have continued to be treated by the team in the subsequent years for various aches and pains and injuries. Each of the physios that I have seen have provided friendly, professional an efficient treatment and provide advice on self management. One thing I would add is that the physios here are dedicated to getting you pain free asap rather than stringing you along for long periods so that the practice makes more money.

Fantastic experience: I needed a physio to help me with exercises for my fractured arm and Lindy was highly recommended by a friend. She was proven to be correct as Lindy was gentle and knew exactly how much exercising was required. I always leave her feeling encouraged and confident with the improvement.

Fantastic experience: Six years ago I ruptured my quadriceps tendon and required post-op physiotherapy. I was recommended to visit Chichester Physio. This I did and my physio was Maddie. I was very pleased with the service I was given. Recently I had a complete right knee replacement. Based on my previous experience I returned to Chichester Physio for post-op treatment and once again have been very happy with the treatment given to me by Maddie. I have no hesitation in giving her 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I have to recommend the Shockwave treatment provided by Chichester Physio. A 15 year old achilles tendon injury has been dissipated via one course of this treatment and I can now flex my ankle again. A remarkable outcome which I would not have considered possible prior.

Fantastic experience: I contacted the clinic because I had a very painful shoulder injury. They arranged an appointment for me very promptly with Tim. He was kind & patient and a good listener. He also gave me some very helpful advice, for which I am most grateful. Everyone I met at the clinic was friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone with painful injuries. Following Tim’s advice I saw a consultant who said he thought I’d torn my rotator cuff & this was confirmed with an X-ray & ultrasound scan. I’m really grateful for Tim’s advice as if I had not listened to it I could’ve made the injury much worse. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I went to the clinic with an extraordinarily painful shoulder. I was completely unable to perform basic task without pain. I saw Tolis for one session and was astonished by the improvement after 45 minutes. He correctly diagnosed what was wrong and gave me treatment and exercises to take the pain away and strengthen and repair my shoulder injury. I cannot recommend the clinic, and specifically Tolis, highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Following problems with persistent back pain, I booked sports massage with Molly. She concentrated on the hamstrings and my legs and gave me a few stretches to incorporate in my daily routine. I’m not able to do quite what I could before the back issue YET, but the pain has more or less gone which is a huge relief! Molly is very professional and approachable and she immediately put me at my ease before the massage explaining in advance the techniques she was going to use. Fantastic experience: All the team were very welcoming and friendly - Tim located the source & reasoning for my pain very quickly, and was able to relieve most of it within the first session!
