Fantastic experience: I had treatment from Andrew before and after a hip replacement. Before the operation he helped me to manage my pain with exercise and advice,and approach the operation with a positive attitude. Fantastic experience: This is high quality advice, treatment and guidance to self help. Active therapy is about learning how to develop your skill in building solutions on your own but with apps that help keep to a program. Traditional physio methods are used it’s far more than that if you are prepared to work. Andrew will encourage your effort and I think this is a tremendous methodology. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Previously used other physio's that fail to go into the level of detail and knowledge. He is very experienced and aside from the weekly or fortnightly visits depending on your recovery; It's the knowledge and intelligence that only comes from experience that I appreciated most. Over the past 4 years, I have seen Andy for 3 separate injuries with the most recent being a quad tear. I had previously torn this quad and wasn't given the recovery program that Andy administered and quickly injured again. If you're looking for someone with extensive experience with a clear a concise program to get you back to 100%, Andy is your man. He also doesn't rip you off and when you're ready to be discharged, he will sign you off. Again, had others that continue to see you for the sake of seeing you. Fantastic experience: Andrew successfully treated two separate injuries, tennis elbow and a sprained left wrist. He is always prompt, professional and informative, explaining both the causes of the pain and also providing detailed exercises to complement the physical treatment.

Fantastic experience: I went to Andy through my AXA medical insurance after a ankle injury I sustained at the during a barbell squat. As a competitive powerlifter I was quite shaken and had lost confidence as well as range of motion in my ankle to get to squat depth. Through working with Andy I can now get to depth with load again and can continue my training. Couldn’t recommend more

Fantastic experience: Andrew has helped me numerous times, as a professional athlete it is important to have a good team around me. He has helped me recover from minor to major injuries many times over the last 8-10 years, from a sprained wrist to a complete torn ACL/MCL he treats every injury as important as the other. His motto " injuries are opportunities " has resonated with me deep. He is very professional, punctual and ridiculously under priced for the service he provides!

Fantastic experience: Andrew is a real expert in the field of sports physio. I consulted him on two separate issues, a wrist strain and limited movement in my back following a spinal infection which were both affecting my golf swing. For both issues he quickly identified treatments and exercises to improve flexibility and range of movement, and I am already seeing an improvement in flexibility and my golf scores going back in the right direction!

Fantastic experience: About 12 months ago I had a recurrence of plantar fasciitis. I tried everything - insoles, stretches, rest, painkillers but nothing worked and it kept getting worse and worse. Some days I could barely walk and I would keep hoping that it might wear off as quick as it came back on. I saw Andrew a couple of years ago for the same problem and he helped massively so I decided to go back to him. My first appointment was in April 2023. I set myself a goal for my recovery. I had tickets booked for a gig in June to see my favourite band - Depeche Mode. They were standing tickets which is what we always go for but I knew that in my current state there would be no way I could even hobble there never mind stand all night. But with Andrew’s expert physio and the exercises he advised me to do I started to improve and felt much better. I was able to do long walks again of about 10 miles with no pain and most importantly, first thing n the morning - I could walk which I hadn’t been able to do. And come the weekend of June 17th I reached my goal! We walked a long way through Richmond on Thames through to Twickenhan for the gig. We stood at the front and danced all night - no pain whatsoever and then had a very long walk to get back to our hotel. But I did it and I could never have done this without Andrew’s help and advice! He is such a professional, really knows his stuff and makes physio sessions a pleasure to attend. I cannot thank him enough and I am continuing the exercises so that it doesn’t creep back. Fantastic experience: I first contacted Andy 4 months after ACL surgery, when my recovery with my previous physio was starting to plateau. From the first session Andy helped me understand my weaknesses, and outlined a clear, structured, and tailored plan to help me come back to sport at a high level. After following Andy's plan for the first month, I could already feel a notable difference recovery, and confidence on my operated knee. Ever since, the progress was exponential, and together with Andy, I managed to return to sport within 8 months. Even post-treatment once our sessions had ended, I reached out to Andy over a minor injury to which he did not hesitate to help me. Switching to Andy was the best decision I made for myself and for my ACL recovery last year, and I could not recommend him more. A true friend and excellent processional.

After surgery for a partially torn ACL I knew I needed a physio who understands the movements involved in combat sports. Andrew is an extremely knowledgeable and vastly experienced sports injury physio, and was quickly able diagnose what the issue was, and provide appropriate treatment. Fantastic experience: Back to racing within 14 days of ‘pulling’ my hamstring! Within 24 hours of developing a grade one strain in my hamstring, Andy got me in for a consultation and we got to work straight away. After receiving some hands-on treatment, we discussed how we would adapt my training whilst working on my rehabilitation to get me ready for race day in under two weeks. Andy put together a strength and conditioning plan with isometric exercises to do every day. Over the next 5-7 days I gradually increased the intensity of my training with no setbacks and returned to full training one week later with no restrictions. 13-14 days after receiving the injury I was back to racing for my team with an hour crit race Saturday, followed by a 70 mile road race on Sunday. By race day, I didn't even give it a second thought that I was carrying an injury and unable to walk without limping only a week or two ago. This would not have been achieved without the knowledge and guidance from Andy. Thanks again for everything Andy!
