Fantastic experience: Daniel has manager to sort out my right shoulder pain. I had limited right arm movement above head height and behind my back. Fantastic experience: Our time with Jane has been very helpful and we saw improvements in our little boy across our 3 sessions (2 weeks - 6 weeks old). Jane treated him for a mix of things including tension, vertebrae movement, sucking and response reflexes and also his tummy. This all following a very quick birth and numerous feeding problems. Our baby boy was always very calm and relaxed during our sessions and Jane was very gentle with him.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with the both Daniel and Jane and can highly recommend both. Daniel has given my body a new lease of life by treating some old nagging injuries very effectively, and giving me more freedom around a scoliosis in my mid back. A few years ago, I also had a number of sessions with Jane who treated my dislocated jaw and a lot of tightness around my neck and upper back, much of which was emotionally based. At end of the treatment, my body face relaxed, and my my body felt much looser and healthier and I was able to go back to working out in a way I hadn’t been able to for some years.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Daniel yesterday as my hip needed attention and I was out of alignment. He worked on this very successfully but he also worked on my gut, which I didn't expect. He knew instinctively that there was something there which needed attention. Dan is intuitive and picks up on the energies . Fantastic experience: Daniel has been helping me treat nerve damage to my abdominal region that has left me with severe pain, resulting in a low quality of life. I had previously seen numerous Drs, and had many invasive tests and operations (not needed), combined with a damaging medical "fix" which only made it worse. After being suggested to try an Osteopath I found this local team, I wish I has gone earlier. Daniel has helped me by explaining the intricate workings of the body and given me gentle, exercises to complete at home after completing a detailed medical history. He is most kind and considerate too. Using a very gentle approach. A chiropracter had hurt me, thankfully this is totally different. During my last session after the GP had told me there was nothing else to investigate as I had been through every test going! Even though I am in 8 to 9/10 pain at all times.... I was lucky enough to have Jane in the room. I was blown away by their combined knowledge, looking at diagrams and books, working off each other to find the exact area affected that no-one else had found and finding ways to treat it. It even feels a little better today. I highly recommend visiting this friendly, practise before you get treated by any intrusive medical procedures.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Osteopathes and Physios for over 40 years, This osteopath clinic came highly recommended and I wasn't disappointed. The clinic is professional and friendly. I was met by a warm smiley was extremely welcomed and showed me to the treatment room. My osteopath was great, she very attentive and chatty, I was very quickly put at ease. After a series of questions and an examination she helped me understand what was causing my issues. This was followed by some treatment, which I hardly noticed as she kept me at ease throughout. As mentioned the practice came highly recommended to me and in turn I too would highly recommend the service. Five stars for from me, thank you.

Fantastic experience: I took my 3 month old to see Jane as she suffered with colic and reflux and she wasn’t sleeping very well. I can’t recommend her enough. She is patient and kind and also very informative and has given me lots of good advice which has helped a lot. I generally have a much more chilled baby now and she is sleeping longer at night. Jane is clearly very knowledgeable and her help has been amazing and I can’t thank her enough. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to begin, I took my 2 month old to see Jane and she was informative, kind and most importantly patient. She explained so much and has given us life long advice and information to help our little boy. I heard of her through a friend who used her a few years ago and described her time and expertise as gold dust and I can stand by that too. The little boy we had who hated sleep and was so restless when we first went to her has now been transformed into a chilled baby who now sleeps for hours at a time! We saw her on multiple occasions and every time she was just so lovely, if I had to sum up our whole time with her it would be life changing!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant first experience. I booked an appointment with Dan after suffering from upper back pain. I left feeling relieved and confident my pain will ease with regular movement and exercise. Will 100% back for a little more ‘tweaking’. Also recommended my girlfriend to book an appointment which she has done straight away. Amazing!

Fantastic experience: I was on holiday in Eastbourne and was meaning to get an osteopath appointment before I left but managed to get one here.. I had a great experience, Hadn't had work done in years so was nervous as it can hurt after sometimes but Jayne was gentle and very knowledgeable about what she does .. Even gave me some direction in what to do next which I hadn't heard before in 15 years of trying to get a bit better . It made alot of sense as well so I'm going to try it when I'm home. Would highly recommend her

Negative experience: Cannot recommend. Caused more damage than good!

Fantastic experience: Jane recommended I see her colleague Dan (AKA Dan the Magic Man) as I had developed a quite debilitating pain in my left lower back and hip. It was difficult to bend down, twist and, if I had been sitting down for any length of time, it was painful and difficult to get up and get moving. I was starting to feel like a very old lady, though I am not actually that old. After just one treatment with Dan, where he analysed my posture and walk, and made what felt like tiny adjustments I am very relieved that the pain has been reduced by at least 50%. I am continuing to see him for additional treatments for this problem and for heel pain which is partly related and partly due to an old ankle sprain.

Fantastic experience: Jane is extremely knowledgable across both the osteopathy and acupuncture treatments, both of which have improved my injuries during the last few months. Would highly recommend for one off injury treatment or for ongoing maintenance of a longer term injury.

Fantastic experience: I had problems with my lower back and went to Jane on my mother's recommendation since Jane helped her and removed the pain she had for many years. After the first session, I felt much better. She quickly found what is causing my pain and showed me few useful exercises to improve my posture.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to see Jane as she was not sleeping very much or for very long at all. She would have times when she would get very upset and seem unsettled and I wasn’t sure why. Jane is lovely and obviously very knowledgeable too. After the first appointment my daughter seemed much more settled in general and every now and then would have a longer sleep, and this continued to improve after our second appointment. She had a traumatic birth which ended in a forceps delivery and as a result the plates in her head and especially on her forehead were slightly in the wrong place which caused her to frown a lot of the time. This stopped not long after our first appointment. Jane also suggested probiotics as she had antibiotics after birth, and these seemed to help with her tummy troubles too! I have a much more chilled baby now who sleeps a lot more. I highly recommend a visit to Jane, especially if you’ve had a long or traumatic birth!

Positive experience: Jane is professional and caring. Through in her approach and using a combination of acupuncture and manipulation , her treatment is effective.

Fantastic experience: Following a fall I developed frequent intensive headaches, which continued for several months. Within a week of my initial appointments the headaches diminished significantly. Cranial osteopathy was gentle and soothing. Jane has a warm and friendly approach combined with high professional standards

Fantastic experience: My son was born with a very flat head so we took him to see Janie when he was 9months. She has been absolutely brilliant with him. He doesn't like to be still and she completely adapted to this. We even did one session in the garden as he enjoyed looking at the plants. Fantastic experience: Janie Reynolds’ cranial osteopathy is effective, calming, and very professional. Janie clearly has extensive knowledge in her field, making you as the patient feel completely at ease with discussing your difficulties with her. Janie takes the time to research your condition and is always well-prepared. Half the time you hardly know she is working on you as the touch is light and pleasantly soporific, and the other half of the time (in my experience), she is providing a much needed stretch or release of tension. I have felt a definite improvement in my symptoms, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Janie.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Janie at the Meads clinic she was very professional & knowledgeable and performed the Epley manoeuvre to successfully treat my vertigo. She also treated my elbow pain and a trapped nerve in my neck that was causing me pins and needles in my hand. Excellent treatment with wonderful results. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I really appreciated there was no waiting time for an appointment. The treatment itself has seemed to really help my baby sleep, especially during day time naps which was the major issue. I also appreciate Janie's honest and flexiable approach, I only wish I had discovered her months ago when my baby was newborn. Would definately recommend!

Fantastic experience: My son has been seeing Janie since a week old following a forceps delivery that left him extremely bruised, swollen and in shock. Almost 3 months and 3 appointments later, he is like a different baby. Vast and immediate improvements from her work from releasing tight diaphragm to calming exaggerated reflexes. Fantastic experience: June 2019 Review Janie Reynolds Meads Oesteopathic Clinic Over the last 2 years, I suffer from Lower back and hip pain, upper shoulder tension and tennis elbow I have seen numerous practitioner ( chiropractor, acupuncture, sports massage, shihtzu massage , nhs muscular exercise ) regarding my back pain with no success. This has cost me thousands of £££ Having read the reviews of Janie, I thought I give this a last shot or just accept it and live with the pain. Janie was very thorough and just after 3 treatments, my pain is gone. Fantastic experience: Janie was very patient with our son and adapted in order make him feel calm and comfortable. We have seen a great deal of progress in our son's sleep since attending the Meads Clinic and feel very happy with the over all care.

Fantastic experience: I have seen Janie weekly for a couple of months regarding initially scoliosis with longstanding back, neck and shoulder pain as I had stopped taking Tramadol after 10 years. I also asked if she had any bright ideas for helping my restless legs syndrome. Not only has she treated my pain but has given me effective exercises that has given me movement back in my neck and is keeping the pain at bay. She researched treatment for restless legs and has worked a miracle I think as it is so much better and I think she will resolve the problem completely. She also diagnosed the pain in my foot as sciatica and gave me an exercise that has got rid of it after I had limped for over a year. She is diagnostically brilliant, very professional, very approachable and very effective. I would recommend her without hesitation

Fantastic experience: Janie is a wizard. She's been seeing me for chronic shoulder and neck pain. She has a very holistic approach and has noticed issues that other professionals including physiotherapists have not. She did an adjustment recently which made a world of difference to my pain and in combination with this therapy has also done acupuncture on a ganglion cyst which was at the point of needing surgery but now is managed miraculously well with acupuncture. I think Janie has a special skill and sixth sense as an osteopath, which is why in my mind she is a wizard.

Fantastic experience: Cranial Osteopathy for baby - my nearly 9 month old was a terrible sleeper, up pretty much every 2ish hours every night since he was born. Thought I'd give cranial osteopathy a try and Janie has worked wonders. After 3 sessions, my baby pretty much sleeps through with maybe 1 wake up during the night if he is hungry. Highly recommend. Fantastic experience: What can I say? Janie Reynolds is one of the most fantastic healers I have met, I swear the woman has magical hands!! I have suspected osteoarthritis in my hands, arms and neck/upper back, along with attributed headaches. When I first went to see Janie I had been in so much pain I could barely put my coat on without nearly crying. After just three sessions, the pain in my hands has completely gone and the pain in my arms and neck have lessened substantially. Along with being a highly skilled and knowledgeable osteopath, Janie has an honest, caring and sympathetic nature that I believe goes along way to aid the healing process. Fantastic experience: I met Janie by chance, I was already having lots of treatment for my debilitating neck pain with physio, chiropractor, massage, acupuncture. I had been in agony [truly] for several months. She spotted my pain and offered some trigger point treatment there and then. The next day I woke up with some relief which no other practitioner had been able to do. I booked some sessions and a couple of months on I'm pretty much out of pain, certainly able to function normally without taking pain killers around the clock. Janie gets to the route of the condition. She doesn't just perform the same routine of clicks which I've had with some other osteopaths. Her knack of finding the cause of pain is outstanding. I'm so grateful to her for caring about getting me fixed as at one point I thought I'd never stand upright again, now I'm planning my return to competitive sport. Sincere thanks to you Janie. Fantastic experience: Janie's shear scale of knowledge about the body and how it works was impressive enough but the speed at which she was able to identify the issue for nerve pain in my arm was such a relief.
