Fantastic experience: Being a person who does not like new situations or meeting people for the first time, I almost cancelled, despite the pain I was in, I took a deep breath and walked in, and it was the best thing decision I have made, I was met by the loveliest warm friendly person, who instantly put me at ease, she is listened to me and is so knowledgeable and understanding,, I knew I had made the right decision. I have looked forward to my sessions, and am now a little sad they are over, but I am no longer in the pain I was, my flexibility has increased a ridiculous amount and I have the tools to use to make a full recovery, so I highly recommend visiting, you won't regret it. Fantastic experience: Daniela helped me with my lower back pain and was very knowledgeable about the body and how to treat my pain. My treatment sessions have come to an end now, but if I need support with my back pain again, I would be happy to return to visiting Daniela.

Fantastic experience: I was sent to see MetaPhysiotherapy for rehab after a severe injury. After an assessment, we went through a range of exercises to help reduce my pain and improve mobility. These exercises have helped me tremendously. I had seen other physiotherapists previously for the same injury but none have helped me as much as MetaPhysiotherapy. After 5 sessions my mobility is greatly improved and helped to reduce the pain level. I can thoroughly recommend MetaPhysiotherapy and it will be my first choice if I require further physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: I have used Daniela as my physio for various running injuries and more recently a shoulder dislocation, after attending 4 sessions I have now got full movement in my shoulder with no pain and I am back running. Fantastic experience: After dislocating my shoulder I went to Daniela for Physio I was unsure if it would do any good but after a couple of sessions I felt alot better less pain and on completing my 4 sessions the improvement was unbelievable much more movement in my arm and very little pain all I can say is a very big thank-you for excellent results

Fantastic experience: It is never easy having to go and visit specialists when in pain. However Daniela made it very easy, right from the first telephone call and making the first appointment. This accommodating friendliness continued all the way through the series of appointments as she ensured the days and times of sessions worked for both of us. Right from the first session, I could feel a positive difference in my physical body. Each session Daniela was able to identify the weak area and work directly on it, allowing for a freer range of motion and leaving it to me to do the exercises to maintain this better range of motion. I would now say, I have a better and fuller range of motion than I have had for a longe time! I hope I don't ever need anymore treatment, but I know who to call if I do. I know it will be treated quickly and very effectively.

Fantastic experience: I have had a double knee replacement. The first in 2015, replacing my left knee, went well and recovery was fine. However, recovery from the second in 2021 did not go as well and as a result the flexion in the right knee ended about 10 degrees less than the left. I went to Mrs Daniela Constandache (Metaphysiotherapy) in the hope that she could improve this situation. I have had 10 sessions with Daniela over the past 2 months. Always friendly, professional and informative, her treatment and advice has resulted in an appreciable improvement in the condition of the knee. The mobility, flexion and comfort of the knee are now much improved which has greatly helped with standing/sitting and getting into and out of the car without the previous strain. I am very pleased with my progress and can't recommend Daniela highly enough for her skill and patience. I shall continue with the exercise programme she has suggested. Fantastic experience: Daniela is an experienced and first class Physiotherapist. From my first appointment she made me feel at ease and listened carefully to my issue (severe neck and shoulder pain). She was able to reduce the pain for me straight away and continued to improve my situation dramatically over the course of a couple of months. Daniela gave me exercises to do between each session and showed me how to do them whilst I was with her. Working together made a big difference to my issue and pain. She is skilled, she is kind and she always listens carefully to enable her to help. She is generous with her time and clearly cares about her clients. I recommend her unreservedly, Daniela is great and will definitely do her utmost to help you.

Fantastic experience: Excellent can’t praise Daniela enough Anne my wife had a stroke APR 2022 in hospital for 7 weeks then home care with stroke team thy did a lot of talking and paper work and little movement exercise that was up to OCT 2022 then I had to look for a alternative in DEC 2022 i came across Daniela best thing that ever happened wife couldn’t lift her arm and lost all movement in her fingers Daniela worked on her shoulder and got Anne to lift her arm up straight and work her fingers and not only that her approach and expertise as helped mentally such a kind lovely lady it’s not a quick fit approach we will still be seeing Daniela 100%
