Fantastic experience: There are lots of different "flavours" of osteopath. I've tried the gentle massage type, but found that it takes too long, so now go to Usha whenever I have pain. My wife, in contrast, uses Usha's colleague, whose much gentler approach suits her particular chronic back problem. Usha prefers the more direct approach and uses her elbows to get right to the heart of the problem. It's amazingly effective. I've had crippling backache removed in 3-4 sessions, and most of the sharp pains taken away in just 40 minutes. Whichever route you choose, honestly, it is money well spent, and I always find the experience a positive one. Usha's very friendly too!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Usha for a number of years for various issues - hip and back problems in particular. Like most of us who sit at a desk all week and then over-do it at the weekends, Usha has provided fantastic treatment for all of my various ailments. I had a particularly bad back issue last summer and the treatment she gave me on the day of the incident provided instant relief. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Fantastic experience: 12 years ago, I injured my back in a motorcycle accident. The pain was on and off all the time. Took lots of treatments and they were only temporary relief. Recently it got so worst that I had to literally lie down to wear my underpants and trousers. It would hurt even to cough and sneeze. Then I visited Osteopathi care at my local gym- with much skepticism, I must admit . To my surprise the symptoms began to disappeared after my second visit. Usha, carefully listen to my case history and my problems and then diagnosed the problem. She also showed me few stretches and exercise and I feel lot better now. The best thing is that I can cough and sneeze and wear my underpants without lying on the floor.. lol!!! Thanks once again to Osteopathi care...

She got me from not being able to move to passing a class one aviation medical in 6 weeks, a fantastic achievement. She is the best medical practitioner I have come across and I would not dream of going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Usha high enough. I have had years of back pain and discovered in March I had 3 bulging discs and associated issues. I was used to the back pain but then got a pain in the groin which got worse and worse affecting my ability to walk and affected my whole right leg where gradually I lost muscle and used to lift my leg with my hands as it was too painful to lift on its own. Having weekly chiro appointments gave me minimal relief. It was suggested I get acupuncture to assist so I googled and found Usha. She is also an osteo and offers sports massage therapy. At last a practitioner who can deal both with the skeletal adjustments along with treatment on the supporting muscles. After one session Usha identified my Psoas muscle was stressed due to my degenetative discs and causing all the groin and back issues pulling my leg out of line causung my knee to throb and my ability to walk and lift my leg reduced. I have had 3 sessions with her and my situation has improved 100 fold. I am gradually getting better and the relief is immense. The best bit was she worked out exactly what the issue was - and is working on that issue. Finding someone who has experience in skeletal & muscular disciplines is amazing as you need both areas worked on to deal with issues. She is such a LOVELY lady - I am a huge fan and will be a client for years!

Fantastic experience: Usha is magical! My boyfriend had been going to Usha for scoliosis he had incurred from a repetitive job over the years (which she fixed!) and referred me due to my headaches. I have had migraines and TMJ for much of my life. I can tell when they are creeping up from the tension in the back of my head and neck but I never knew they were fixable and preventable until I found Usha (other doctors simply tried to give me drugs). Nor did I realize they are because I don't stand correctly. I am so pleased to say that for the 6 weeks I saw her and for several months since I have not had a single headache! She also instructed me on how to properly stand to correct the problem permanently and gave me exercises which help keep the muscles she worked on from going back to the position they had habitually got stuck in. She is a fantastic and knowledgeable osteopath and a lovely conversationalist while working as well. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: When I first came for treatment I had severe difficulties with both knees. Due to an injury sustained in martial arts sparring that had never fully recovered and subsequent complications, I had lost full flexibility in both knees and any attempt to squat down fully involved excruciating pain. My problems were further compounded by the presence of mild arthritis. After about six months to a year of rest from hard training and regular treatment from Usha, I had recovered the ability to freely squat without any pain. This was in itself a remarkable result which obviously significantly improved my life. However, my condition was further complicated by my desire to return to fully active regular and hard training. The physical stress this involved revived many of my previous symptoms, and sometimes led me to question whether my body could sustain this level of activity. However, due to continued treatment and advice from Usha and a sensible programme of gradually intensified training, I have now improved sufficiently so that I have no problems in continuing with my training. This whole process, from terrible pain in constricted movement to freedom of movement while undergoing strong exertion and without the need now for further treatment, has taken about three years although with treatment much more spread out in later stages. My condition was further complicated during this time by back problems caused by my inability to squat down when undertaking certain tasks in my job as an electrician. This put undue strain on my back which culminated in a period of excruciating back pain. However, the treatment Usha gave for this combined with the growing ability to squat rather than lean forward, have freed me also from this pain. For all this vast improvement I am of course very grateful, and throughout my treatment Usha has always shown herself to be a very conscientious person who in addition to the effectiveness of her hands on treatment has always been able to offer very helpful advice on stretching and other exercises which have also been essential to my recovery. So all in all I would of course highly recommend her as a very knowledgeable and effective, and also friendly and kind, practitioner of her art.

Fantastic experience: As a PT I am often lifting weights on a regular basis. I have suffered with back pain especially around my neck area and my trapezius muscles. I had a course of treatments with Usha which I found to be very beneficial. Usha was very thorough in my consultation and knew exactly what I wanted to get from the treatments.
