Fantastic experience: So we met Chris many years ago, we both attended his former Bromley clinic for treatment for a couple of years, myself for back pain and maintenance (He has been the only osteopath to ever get me to a maintenance plan to control back pain) and my husband for medical acupuncture on his arthritic knee. When his clinic closed during pandemic (Focussing on his current practice) we (our bodies that is) missed him! We tried so many other consultants for treatments but both decided last month that an hour commute each way once a month was going to be our only way back to being in less pain, it was worth the trip 48 hours ago already for my husband as you can see. 3rd update, now since only 3 visits over 2 months, my husband has been able to do a 50 mile bike ride, no painkillers or anti inflammatory pills, this truly is a first in years. Having seen Chris weekly for six weeks and then a month later for a check up I feel so much better and back to full-time gardening and playing tennis almost pain free.

Fantastic experience: Chris is an absolute legend! He sorted my bad back before, so when I was struggling with ankle and heel pain for well over a month, I went straight to him. He diagnosed plantar fasciitis and treated it with deep tissue massage and acupuncture. I left hobbling but with good advice and hope. That night was rough but by the next morning, things started to improve. By the evening, I was walking with barely any pain or tightness. A week on and I am thinking about getting back on the squash court. Way beyond what I expected. Really pleased with the treatment and care. Can’t recommend Chris enough!

I tried fire cupping dry needling and deep tissue massages which did help but not cure my problem. I stumbled upon chris online and liked his proffesional appearance so booked my first appointment. Fantastic experience: Chris was extremely helpful and saw me urgently when I damaged my back lifting my old dog in and out of the car boot, my lower back suffered and Chris saw me the same day to help with my immense pain. He told me what exercises to do at home to help myself. He also performed acupuncture on my back which was pain free and helped considerately. My back is now 99% better, I am still ongoing with the back exercises for my own well being.
