Fantastic experience: My most recent visits to Charlie have been to do with arthritis that has now appeared in my neck. As always, Charlie has been great, giving me massage and exercises which have made a major improvement. He is our go to Physiotherapist and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thoroughly recommend!

The approach and care I received from the moment I stepped inside was second to none and I instantly knew I’d made the best decision for a second opinion and treatment. Fantastic experience: I visited Charlotte at Physiofit today. She has helped with my ankle rehabilitation following a nasty break in January. She always listens to how things feel and works her "magic" accordingly. We feel now that we have achieved the maximum movement I can expect but have an open offer to re-connect if necessary.

Didn’t really know what to expect, as referred by medical insurance, but everything in the process has been great, from initial contact with Physiofit, appointment availability and of course the very capable efforts of my physio. Recommended local physio practice!

Fantastic experience: Charlie is competent, calm and kind. He explains treatments and exercises clearly. Things usually hurt less after an appointment, sometimes because of reassurance after assessing an injury and explaining the natural course of recovery, sometimes because manipulation or needles have eased something. I appreciate Charlie's understanding of the various factors that contribute to pain or help to ease it. I like being treated as a whole person, not just whichever part is currently playing up. This makes me feel more motivated and empowered to do the regular work needed to stay mobile and manage pain. His advice has been invaluable while preparing for and recovering from hip replacement surgery.

Fantastic experience: My review from 5 years ago when I first visited PhysioFit Kent is the reason they are the only physios I want to see to this date! I have been treated over the years by Charlotte and Charlie and both are super friendly and great at what they do - I always recover so well under the advice and treatment I give. I recently came back for some treatment with Charlotte, a year after seeing Charlie for a different issue. He recognised me in the waiting room - we had a brief but lovely chat where he remembered some things about me. I then went on to my treatment with Charlotte where we had another enjoyable conversation. It's the little things in life that really count! Thank you all for not only treating my ailments but adding brightness to my days. 2020 review: "I saw Julie today for my first session of vestibular rehabilitation and I have to say, she was fantastic. So thorough when asking about my history, incredibly knowledgeable, and just an overall lovely lady. I've been to see 3 different medical professionals recently about my condition and by far Julie has been the best."

Fantastic experience: Previously I've been treated by Charlotte and always found her to be professional and very skilled, and on this occasion was no different. I feared I would not be able to exercise for weeks, however after some Q&As and an examination Charlotte began to provided me with treatment. Through massage she knew exactly where to relieve the pain I was experiencing. The following day I was back exercising again. I highly recommend Charlotte.

After a little manipulation and a clear explanation of the exercises he advised I felt almost easier within hours. Noticeable improvement on both issues after only Two weeks of home exercises issued by her. Highly recommend this business.

Fantastic experience: Charlotte and Tracy are awesome!! They go above and beyond for me and I cannot put into words how thankful I am that I found them. Doing hydrotherapy with Charlotte is the only reason I am able to walk without crutches when I fractured my pelvis. I was told I would be on them for 12 months, because of Charlotte’s physio I was able to get rid of them in 3!! They are both amazing ladies!!

Fantastic experience: PhysioFit Kent are the best by miles! Due to a spinal injury that was never picked up by my GP or even A&E over several years and ended up bed-bound for 2 months (semi-paralyzed), I ended up going private and was thankfully recommended by a private orthopaedic surgeon (summerfield hospital) to try physiotherapy first before potential surgery. I was so scared of anyone touching me due to the horrific pain I was in at the time but PhysioFit Kent gained my trust & through several months learning pilates & hydrotherapy by strengthening core muscles along with 'magic hands' - manipulation/pressure points/ultra sound....reversed spinal injury, no longer in pain, life changing when I initially thought I might be wheel chair bound. Life long educational 'tools' learnt that I can implement as & when needed. However, always good to know I can call upon Charlie or Charlotte when in need & fitted in asap. I became the fittest & strongest I've ever been thanks to their dedication, care, excellent communication with you as the patient & ensure you understand the 'plan' going forward along with home exercises. I can't recommend PhysioFit Kent enough to anyone who's suffering with an injury to obtain a true diagnosis. They can instigate an MRI referral if required too.

Fantastic experience: Started aqua therapy with Charlotte many weeks ago after major surgery on both shoulders to help gain more movement and also to help correct my balance due to a head trauma and I'm glad to say it has all gone really well Charlotte was very professional in all that I was requested to carry out in my exercises and never pushed me beyond my pain barrier it was my last session today and i even managed a couple of lengths of breast stroke unaided I have come on leaps and bounds in my recovery and Charlotte has played a big part in that and would be highly recommended by myself to anyone else .

Fantastic experience: I have had excellent treatment at Physiofit over the years with hip, back and lung problems. The physios listen to me and share their knowledge in language that is easy to understand. They only set extra appointments if they are essential. Recently I have seen a specialist respiratory therapist there and came away with lots of advice and a much better understanding of my condition. I have recommended Physiofit to friends and they have been very pleased too.

Fantastic experience: Have seen Charlie a few times now and I’m very confident in his approach to different problems. Had a few sessions of acupuncture too and thats really helped. Would definitely recommend him and he leaves it up to you when you end the sessions. Not pushy at all.
