Fantastic experience: Well I cannot say enough positive things about this wonderful practitioner! Jennie is so kind and caring, gentle and compassionate. I have been seeing Jennie for a few years now after a recommendation from a very good friend. She has sorted me out with so many problems that I have had in the few the years now that I have been seeing her… I couldn’t look over my shoulder properly… that was the first thing… I can now! After that she has seen me through a tendon transfer in my hand, a knee replacement, terrible pins and needles in my other hand. I trigger thumb thing, a wellbeing course… the list is endless! This wonderful chiropractor has changed my life and now is helping my grown up sons.. I absolutely cannot recommend her enough! I just want to say thank you so very much for everything you have done for me Jennie… you are absolutely amazing

She has provided me with advice and suggestions on food choices, supplements and sleep and a better understanding of my conditions and the effect they have on my body. This has resulted in some significant improvements, particularly to a troublesome long term health condition and I am confident of further improvements. It was such a positive experience and I cannot recommend it and thank Holly enough.

Fantastic experience: My 3 month old was having issues with neck tension. We went to Rachel Leeder osteopath for a few sessions in her baby clinic. She was absolutely fantastic. She really listens to your concerns and my little one loved going to her. Her motto is fantastic ‘baby is boss’ and her demeanour with my little one had me reassured that she was in excellent hands. After a few sessions my little one was back to full mobility in her neck and loving tummy time again. I would highly recommend her.

I would highly recommend Young she talked through what I wanted to achieve from the session and also took background info to make sure she had all the relevant information. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Rachel Leeder Osteopathy for about 2 years now since I had a very sharp pain in my lower back, which caught me by suprise whilst at work. The pain kept recurring, which was getting me down and making life awkward, especially in my trade of work. I was recommended the osteopath at Southcote clinic in Maidstone and this is where I have been going to keep my back in-check. After a few appointments with Rachel my back was on the mend and I can definitely say the pain has not returned! I now go once every 3 months just to keep my back in place. I cannot thank you enough Rachel.

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel I have to in this instance. Young has changed my life around. I had been stuck in fight or flight mode for 6 years my blood pressure was high my anxiety high, cortisol levels high and my body was crying out for help. I didn’t want to resort to taking blood pressure tablets and Young has got my blood pressure and my anxiety and my general well being down to a healthy state again. She is amazing!!! I recommend her to all my friends and family. This woman has changed my life forever. It’s not just a relaxing aromatherapy massage (and believe me it’s an amazing massage) but it’s a change of life, the way you look and deal with your future. Young is so passionate and knowledgeable she only wants the best for you. If you’re thinking about it DONT just do it you will not regret it!!!

Fantastic experience: Jennie is very knowledgeable and has treated a couple of issues including headaches due to tight muscles and a hip impingement. Jennie treats the pain but also advises and gives exercises to minimalisethe impact on your life. The exercises had helped me strengthen so I’m not as vulnerable to the injuries. Jennie is always friendly and professional.

Positive experience: Hit and miss. I've been here on a couple of occasions and seen different people. Kiran was absolutely lovely and his massages are heaven! Chester, on the other hand, I found to be offish, dismissive, arrogant, and didn't listen to what I wanted from my chiropractic appointment. It came across that he actually didn't like me, or his job. I felt embarrassed to be there. I was only on the bed for 15 minutes, and he loosened a couple of muscles. Not value for money. Even when he told me to get up and change position on the bed (I was in pain and couldn't move easily) he offered no help and left me to struggle. I was glad when his appointments were over. I was supposed to see him for several more appointments but 2 was plenty. I couldn't face it. If I have pain again, I'll request someone else. Interesting to note there is another complaint about Chester on Southcote's Google reviews. I'm not surprised.

Fantastic experience: My family, use Chester as the family chiropractor (it's the joke within the family), my partner needed him for a herniated disc, after the NHS usual 6 weeks did not really help. I fell down the stairs torn rotator cuff, and thanks to Chester's perseverance I can lift my arm above my head, I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I been with Southcote for several years now and have always experienced excellent service. My whole family attend for with various treatments. My chiropractor is Chester, he is always accommodating, sympathetic and understanding if things change, for example sometimes we've swapped appointments with short notice and he always spends time talking through other issues even if they are not relevant to the actual treatment. Recently we had a family emergency which meant we couldnt attend, and he didnt charge us. The receptionists are all very helpful and efficient too. I've also attended a few Wellbeing, counselling and homopathic sessions, which have really helped me take control of my overall health. I am so much better by attending Southcote and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their overall lifestyle. Thank you all.

This place is one stop for many treatments and supporting us as a family for many years with amazing services.

Positive experience: Decent first appointment for a sports massage for a painful neck/shoulder. Guy I saw was very thorough and listened to me. Did a good job loosening me up.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs - extremely rude reception staff, poor rehabilitation plan, poor massages, take unauthorised payments.

Fantastic experience: Have been coming here for years for a chronic back issue (motorbike, don't ask...) Each and every practitioner I've seen has sorted me out. This time, no charge because my back was fine. How good is that on both accounts?

Fantastic experience: As a chiropractor myself I can absolutely guarantee these guys are the best in the game. Jesper has helped my own back 10 times more than the dozen or so other chiropractors I saw before him. I still get checked over ever couple of months and I come all the way from Bath to do so.

Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of having James treat my various ailments these past 18 months after another friend at the gym recommended and referred me to James. My treatment for my initial shoulder injury has now gone, as it is now healed, some fantastic use of 'dry needling' (sounds worse than it is - it does NOT hurt!) its a form of acupuncture, of which James is very knowledgeable and comfortable with, and equally, made me very comfortable and explained it very well indeed. He also used some deep tissue and other forms of massage into my problematic shoulders, and always fixes my back/shoulder knotts, which seem to be reoccurring. I have also recently injured my lower back and again, James technique, knowledge and understanding of my problem has again fixed it! He truly listens to his patients, coupled with an outstanding knowledge and manners. I applauded his unique and personal follow-ups with his emails to 'check in' with me and also share with me some youtube links for specific exercises/stretches relevant to my specific issues, again, going above and beyond.
