Fantastic experience: Morgan is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and respectful professional. She takes the time to explain the reasons behind the pain and talks through any proposed treatments. I have only had two sessions to date but my condition has already improved but further treatments and exercise regimes are probably still required. I would definitely recommend Morgan as an osteopath. For those people who may be less familiar with osteopathy, she is also very good at explaining her profession and how treatments work.

As with a new baby and all the anxieties that come with it I was nervous about taking my little one, but Keira was so reassuring and I felt much more confident very quickly. My little one has had 3 sessions with Keira so far, she always takes her time ensuring he gets the most out of each session, letting me know what she is doing and offering guidance and advice as she goes. She listened to what the problem with my shoulder was and assessed what was wrong and how to go about resolving the issue, including exercises to do between appointments. Fantastic experience: After just one visit with Kiera we are very very happy. Our baby had a tongue tie and we noticed a preference to one side which was becoming more and more obvious. Kiera was amazing at asking questions to explore my pregnancy and birth to get a background, she then explained why things were happening and what she was feeling/doing to help our baby. I felt completely informed about everything. The room was calm and our baby was very relaxed during the whole session. Even after just one visit, we have noticed a big positive difference. With little encouragement our baby is turning to his head in both directions, and he is a lot happier in himself. He does not seem so tense and a lot more relaxed. We cannot wait for our next visit with Kiera, and I’m sure our baby will agree!

Fantastic experience: After having surgery on both ankles at different times, I have been in constant pain. At times it has been painful to walk even short distances. I eventually found Kiera after suffering with sciatica on top of painful ankles and what a find! Within 2 visits the sciatica had gone and after my 3rd visit I’m walking with slight pain in my ankles. I’ve now rebooked another appointment. Which may have caused her to have restricted movement in her head/ neck. After researching and speaking with friends in the area, Keira (Bearsted Osteopathic Clinic) was recommended. Fantastic experience: We took our baby to Kiera with symptoms including struggling with digestion and overall uncomfortable when handled or laying down which we put down to a traumatic delivery. Kiera made us as parents really comfortable, explained everything she did and handled our daughter so well even when she was squirming for food. The adjustments were delicate and took time to really see improvements but over a week or so we started to see her digest food without so much discomfort and in general looks so much more comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a wonderful cranial treatment I've had from Keira - she really is a naturally gifted talent. Having some stiffness at the base of my head to my neck which caused me headaches and having had a very highly stressful last 5 years I booked in for a 1hour appointment. Keira was very empathetic calm kind and professional. We decided on a craniosacral treatment to relieve the muscle tensions in my head and neck (and I felt releases of tension in my body all the way down to my diaphragm) and to improve the function of the vagus nerve (which can get affected by long term stress). It was a really gentle treatment which I've had from quite a few osteopaths over the years. This one was stand out brilliant - over a week later now and I'm still feeling no tension in my neck and much much calmer. I'm smiling just thinking about it all. A great big heart felt thanks Keira! Looking forward to my next treatment!

Fantastic experience: Im so happy with my appointments at Bearsted Osteopathic Clinic. I made an appointment after hurting my back and barely being able to move. Keira was very friendly and welcoming and after taking an extensive medical history she explained everything she was doing, and reasons for her treatment. I have been back again for a follow up and booked in again. I never thought I’d be feeling better so quickly. I cannot recommend this clinic enough, Keira is very experienced and she doesn’t book appointments that aren’t necessary. The clinic itself is bright, clean and airy and set in the beautiful Mote House. The directions to find the clinic are easy to follow and find.

Fantastic experience: I found Keira online after suffering from a FAI in my hip and it was creating a bad lower back pain, from the first part of the session I felt relaxed and comfortable, she explained everything about the process and where she needed to work and she then created a plan of action.
