He carried out an assessment and gave me advice but due to the nature of my injury I needed to get it checked with an xray first. Now I have been given the all clear I will be going back to receive treatment. I have confidence that Tim will be able to help.

Eliza was professional and was able to target the area to offer some relief on my first session. Her knowledge of the body, muscle groups and structures of nerves within the targeted areas have really helped. I have booked follow ups with Eliza and started these. She really goes above and beyond. Each week she reassess to ensure she is still working on the right area. She has given me exercises to help alleviate pain In between treatments. Her easy attitude and friendly manner puts you at ease from the start. I would definitely recommend a try if you have never been to an osteopath. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to the doctors multiple times, have had an x-ray, blood tests, and seen a physio, and I suspect I would have been having an expensive scan next costing the NHS more money probably for no clear answers. In my first session with Eliza she did a fabulous thorough consultation, analysis, and exploration of my presenting issue and history. Using what I can only describe as amazing technical body knowledge and osteopathic expertise she had an idea what it could be (although reasonably unusual) and she worked on the issue in the same first session. After just that one treatment my issue was 80% improved and where I had been woken every night with pain for months, I slept all night without an issue. She was fabulous. I have had several follow up consultations and my issue continues to improve but I think the main mystery issue has been solved. Thank you Eliza!

I went to him using a walking stick in some pain, and cam away from my first visit walking without using the stick. I have recommended some of my friends to try Tim . Fantastic experience: I have seen a few Osteopaths in my time and I would say Tim was the best for me. His treatment was spot on and he had me fixed in two visits, not to say I might of needed more if my diagnosis was different. I am lucky enough to have my treatment payed by my company insurance however I do understand when peoples backs play up, they can incapacitate them for weeks and weeks before any ease on the pain and discomfort. As a suggestion, based on my own experience in the past, as soon as your back goes I would recommend not waiting to see if it feels better the next day or day after, just get an appointment booked with Tim and spend a little early on which could save a lot later in loss or earnings. Fantastic experience: Quite a few years ago now I slipped a disc. The pain was horrendous and immobilising. After one session with Tim I could see a way forward. Calm reassurance that things would resolve. With Tim’s great work and advice, over time they did. As he explained there would always be a weakness and how right he was. There have been a few occurrences of aches, twinges and so on but each time he has been on hand to help me through it and ease / remove the pain. As part of my general health I see his expertise as a must. A sense check even when there is no pain to be felt. I always feel better afterwards and done if the time tensions I didn’t even realise were there are dealt with and caught early. I couldn’t recommend Tim highly enough.

My osteopath there, was Carl, his help and advice gave me confidence. Carl is a very caring person and explained everything as we went through the process. Fantastic experience: I have been going to see Tim Wood for a number of years, after he came very highly recommend by a work colleague. I have seen a number of Osteopaths before but he is the one I would go to out of choice. He will always try to accommodate you if you need to are in acute pain. I have also had acupuncture with him which worked well when I was in severe pain. I will normally see him about every three months which seems to ensure that my back does not course me pain. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Fantastic experience: I first visited Tim for treatment when my partner found his clinic. I had a long standing injury with prolapsed discs and had been off of work for a long time needing walking sticks to help get around. I had seen a number of different osteopathy, physios, chiropractors and had no improvement with my injury and to be honest had lost hope of getting better. With that in mind I was sceptical but went along to see him anyway. I had to have a few sessions but I could see straight away how Tim was different to the rest. His treatment methods were specific to the injury I had and not the same routine treatments I was receiving elsewhere. His advice and rehab was great and the information was far greater than I'd had before. I hadn't played golf in 4 years through the injury but with Tim's treatment, advice and recommendations to try some other exercise/rehab methods I returned to golf within a few months! I only ever see Tim now for check ups or if I do something to tweak it but overall I can't recommend Tim highly enough. He has also treated some friends and family members who have also been very impressed.

Fantastic experience: Having commuted from Medway to London for 30 years, I developed chronic back and neck pain. this was confirmed as severe osteoathritis, and I believed there was nothing I could do other than live on painkillers and resign myself to very limited activities. However I was referred to Tim and my life was transformed. Tim managed to free up my neck and taught me to manage my condition. I am now 68 years old and still work part time, I and enjoy numerous hobbies, walking, birdwatching and woodcarving etc.
