Fantastic experience: Maria was fantastic. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and made me feel at ease in her beautiful space at the back of her garden. I had a pregnancy massage, and it was such a wonderful experience. Maria has a lovely, calming energy, and I left feeling completely relaxed and cared for. I'll definitely be making pregnancy massages a regular part of my routine, and I'm only disappointed that I didn't start them sooner! Thanks Maria! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to win a Holistic Facial Treatment with Maria in a giveaway on Instagram. We arranged the appointment and unfortunately Maria was poorly so had to cancel. However, I was informed in plenty of time ahead of my appointment day and offered a reschedule. After an initial mix up around dates Maria contacted me to apologise and reschedule again, offering a free 30min foot massage to make up for the mistake. I was so grateful for this although it was really not necessary because communication had been so clear and helpful I hadn't minded about the mix up. But a really professional touch and great customer service, I thought. The address was easy to find and Maria was very welcoming. After having a chat to help put me at ease and get to know each other I felt very comfortable starting my treatment. Maria was considerate and caring in her approach. The holistic facial was incredibly relaxing and included a range of different elements which were all incredibly enjoyable. The foot massage was fantastic as well. I left feeling relaxed and revitalised, with life being busy at home with two young children this was exactly the pampering I needed. I have no doubt I will be returning to Maria for more treatments in future. Also, I was lucky to attend a pilates class led by Olivia at a mum's retreat event by Mum Hub Kent. Olivia's class was a great activity. She was really knowledgeable amd engaging throughout the class, really taking care to ensure everyone felt comfortable and safe doing different movements. All round my experiences with Olivia and Maria have been really lovely and I would recommend them to friends and family within a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to baby Pilates every Tuesday since I was 8 weeks postpartum and I absolutely love it. Olivia is incredibly knowledgeable and creates such a warm, open and supportive environment for all women and their own birth experiences. I’ve really noticed a positive difference in my pelvic floor health and in regaining my abdominal strength after my second birth. ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: Highly highly recommend Olivia's baby pilates classes, it's so lovely to meet other new mums, the girls are all so friendly and my baby loves the class too. It's nice to get back into exercising and most of us get a coffee at the end too so we have a chance to catch up and share our mum tips! Also her massages are a dream too!

Fantastic experience: I began attending Pilates classes with Olivia around half way through my pregnancy and it made the world of difference with my recovery! Olivia is so knowledgeable about what she does. The perfect mixture of professionalism, warmth, kindness and humour to make you feel at ease and comfortable. I’m now back again with my baby attending weekly Mum and Baby Pilates at Ledian Gardens. Olivia has created the most wonderful little community of mums and bubbas. Being able to have a gentle workout postpartum without needing childcare is a godsend. The venue is lovely so we can also enjoy a coffee afterwards with likeminded people in a judgement free zone! The highlight of our week!

Fantastic experience: Where do I start! Olivia is simply amazing. I'm 67 years old, far from agile, but I need to get my body sorted and brace a new challenge. Olivia heard every word of my mission, embraced it, and delivered the perfect routine I could do daily. It doesn't stop there, Olivia has incorporated excises in my route to strengthen my neck, shoulders, and back to ease my bulging disc and the discomfort Ohhh, and, that all embarrassing trickle us lady's experience even got a movement for that. All of the above matters, but for me, I had to feel comfortable in an unknown world and new person. I Took the step and am so glad I've got Olivia helping me on my journey. Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of receiving a deep tissue massage and it was a really good experience. Olivia is highly skilled and knowledgeable. One of the things I appreciated most about this massage was how effective it was at targeting my tight muscles. I had been experiencing a lot of discomfort and stiffness in my neck, back and shoulders, but after the massage, I felt noticeably looser and more relaxed. It was clear that Olivia had a deep understanding of anatomy and knew exactly how to release the tension in my muscles. Olivia was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I really enjoyed it, so I am definitely coming back to Olivia and will also explore other treatments that she offers, like dry needling for my ténis elbow.

Fantastic experience: Olivia is my go to for any niggles or injuries. Not only is she very highly qualified but she’s very knowledgeable and professional. Her sports massage is easily one of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried numerous massage therapists and physios in the area. She makes you feel very comfortable and really does listen to your issues which is rarely the case with most therapists and physios I’ve seen. I would recommend her to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Olivia is one of the best people i've seen for a deep tissue massage, I had a very stiff shoulder and neck problem on arrival and by the time I left the stiffness had started to subside, the next day I was able to move again. Olivia went above and beyond, prescribed some exercises to do before my next appointment and discussed a programme to aid me back into shape again. I would highly recommend Olivia, she knows her stuff and has a lovely tranquil setting to perform her therapy.

Fantastic experience: It was painful when I injured my rotator cuff months ago. In between, I was referred for physiotherapy. Chiropractor visits just made my pain unbearable, not better! I felt deflated like, I'd never get my mobility back. Then I found Olivia on Instagram. I've seen Olivia two times a month over the months, and I can truly tell she's thorough and passionate about her work. No pokes or prods as if you are a pin cushion, but she works with your body, working through tension and talks you through progress made, or super tight areas (#quads & hamstrings matter just as much after training as they do during training!). When my physio appointment finally came, I was 75% healed and I got discharged after 2 sessions! I am still healing so won't get too excited just yet, but I will see Olivia until I am fully recovered, from the time that we've been working together there has been major improvements - And there's no pain - just the pain of the knots * scar tissue but its gotta be done * afterwards I feel amazing when I can lift my arm overhead with no pain and I can wake up without that dead arm feeling all man it really is the little things! It's worth the drive. If you want someone who cares about what they do, Liv is your girl!

Fantastic experience: Had my first massage with Olivia yesterday and felt very welcomed on arrival. She was very genuine and caring about what I had to say and was super easy to get on with. Training for a half-marathon at the moment so going to see Olivia to keep my legs fresh and keeping me injury free is defo the way to go with any training regime.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment with Olivia to be treated for a very stiff and sore neck, shoulder and upper back due to my job as a dog groomer. I found Olivia professional and knowledgeable . The treatment was a firm deep massage , i was sore for a few days ( which Olivia said I would be ) but feeling much more comfortable and mobile now , looking forward to my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I went to Olivia with what I thought was a sore hip but once she assessed where the problem was and started to do what she does best she worked out that it was a Glute problem. She gave me the best sports massage which really helped the pain and gave me some stretches that I could do when ever it feels tight.
