Fantastic experience: I have been visiting the Maidstone clinic for some weeks due to a shoulder injury. The physiotherapist that I have been seeing listened carefully to my issues and has worked with me to ensure a speedy recovery. I am extremely happy with how my shoulder injury was dealt with and the exercises I was given to support this recovery at home. Fantastic experience: I started my 9 sessions to deal with whiplash in some discomfort and I finished them with very nearly 100% movement in my neck and shoulders. PJ, my physio, couldn’t have cared more about getting me back to normal and he couldn’t have been more professional in listening, diagnosing and then delivering the best treatment. He is a total star. You will be in very good hands, literally, at the Maidstone clinic.

Fantastic experience: We first met Kavi in December 2025 when she was recommended to us by a friend Our daughter Pera has development delays after being diagnosed with epilepsy at 12 weeks old. At 18 months she is still unable to sit independently and is unable to walk. We began physio therapy with Kavi at Excel health and within just 3-4 sessions we saw encouraging progress. Kavi has helped our daughter learn to sit and support herself using her arms wishing is a very big milestone for her. What really stands out is the connection that Kavi has built with Pera. She is warm,patient and engaging, which has helped Pera feel comfortable and motivated during every session. Alongside this, kavi’s strong knowledge and understanding of Peras condition combined with her skilful approach has made a real difference. We would highly recommend Kavi to anyone seeking physio therapy support, she is highly skilled, caring and truly excellent at what she does. Fantastic experience: Kavi has been incredible with my son who suffers from low muscle tone amongst other things and the progress he has made since beginning with Xcel has been amazing to see. So glad we found them to support his growth and development.

Negative experience: Communication is shocking and they do not listen to your needs. Asked to react yourself over and over again. And that was before I even booked an appointment!! Thank goodness I didn’t become a client of theirs as if this is how new clients (with new money coming their way!) are treated, I don’t want to experience how they treat ongoing clients.

Fantastic experience: I saw Prajyot Bhosale aka PJ today, I am halfway through a 7 session physio for car crash injury. He checked my neck and shoulder thoroughly and gave sound advice for recovery. Many thanks Toby wells

Fantastic experience: Kavi has always given us excellent advice on how to support our son, who has cerebral palsy, with his gross motor skills. She is very patient and always manages to make sessions fun and engaging; we have seen real progress since we started weekly sessions at Xcel Health. The whole team are always so helpful and responsive to any questions.

Fantastic experience: My dad lives with Parkinson’s, and finding the right physiotherapist has always been incredibly important for his confidence and wellbeing. He originally worked with Simran and had an excellent relationship with her, so we were naturally a little apprehensive when he was transferred into Jessica Gomes’ care. We needn’t have worried. Jessica made the transition completely seamless and turned it into a really positive experience for my dad. Jessica has taken the time to truly get to know him as a person, not just as a patient. She’s built a wonderful, trusting relationship with him, and that connection has made a huge difference. My dad has never enjoyed physical exercise, yet he looks forward to his sessions with Jessica. The conversations they share seem to lift him just as much as the physical work they do together. She has invested real time in understanding how Parkinson’s affects him individually and adapts her approach to suit his needs. Whether she’s mirroring exercises alongside him, finding new ways to motivate him, or exploring things he can do between sessions, her support is always thoughtful and holistic. She explains each exercise clearly, including how it will help him and how he can apply it in everyday life. Jessica is consistently engaging, professional, encouraging, and motivating. She asks questions that show she genuinely wants to understand his life and how she can best support him from a physiotherapy perspective. We’re incredibly grateful for the care she provides and look forward to seeing Dad continue to progress under her guidance.

Negative experience: Daughter had an ultrasound and not fully satisfied with the service. Firstly had to call numerous times (across multiple days, two weeks after the referral) about booking the appointment because Xcel Health never contacted her despite being told by the GP that they would. The first time she finally got through, she was told that she would get a call back later that day after the receptionist had checked a certain availability, but never received an update. Finally managed to schedule an appointment, however the referral was for both a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound, yet only given the pelvic and not even offered the transvaginal. Disappointed by the service during and prior to the appointment and the lack of compliance to the referral.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at Xcel Health. Physio Harsh was knowledgable, friendly and made a real difference to my recovery. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have so far had four physio sessions with Palak following a shoulder operation for a torn bicep and rotator cuff. She has pushed me into increasing my range of movement through various exercises and stretches. Palak is an extremely knowledgeable practitioner and has encouraged me all the way with my treatment. Fantastic experience: My daughter is having ongoing treatment with Xcel to treat an injury. I am very happy with the treatment plan and the exercises she is given to do in her own time to help strengthen her body to reduce the risk of injuries in the future.

Fantastic experience: Palak has been amazing with my recovery of a tibia fracture. I have seen vast improvements with my range and motion and ability to walk. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be at this stage of my recovery so I’m very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Firstly I was extremely nervous. Manali was excellent and made me feel at ease and very relaxed within no time. Manali listened carefully and explained everything clearly so I could understand what was going to be done and how to get my leg strong again. All the time asking if I was ok does it hurt etc. What I liked the most was the thoughtfulness and empathy that was shown consistently by someone who is at the top of her game. Very professional. 10/10

Fantastic experience: All of the staff throughout Xcel are fantastic. Having visited both the Maidstone and Sittingbourne locations, they make you feel very comfortable from the outset. Kavi in particular has been outstanding and so patient with my 2 year old Son. When we first visited he was really struggling with any sort of mobility but now he is so much more independent. Although his sessions are still continuing, he has come leaps and bounds since first meeting Kavi and she is so patient with him too! You will really struggle to find a better team, thanks again!

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with bursitis of the hip by my GP and visited Xavier at Xcel for a possible steroid injection. Xavier, after examination, was convinced it was my back. After an MRI scan it was confirmed I had an impingement of a nerve in my back. Xavier has arranged appointments for me and I am delighted with his diagnosis, otherwise I would be treating an incorrect diagnosis. All through this process, the staff at Xcel were excellent. They followed up every query quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend. Xcel health to anyone.

The physiotherapist are extremely knowledgeable and have fixed the pending issue. Would I go to another physiotherapist…. No way! These guys are the best!

After suffering from a knee injury due to running, Manali set me out a treatment plan that meant I could comfortably run without pain after a couple of months. My knee is much stronger after seeking help here and I'm very glad I made the decision to, rather than trying to push through it. Fantastic experience: I have now finished my course of treatment for the fasciitis in my foot. I cannot recommend Excell health enough. Lovely place to go and great staff. I was treated by Manali, who has been warm, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was in quite a bit of pain and unable to weight bear on my foot as I had the ignored the problem too long. After a course of treatment and exercises that were advised, I am fully recovered. Thank you Manali, you have been brilliant !

I am happy to confirm success and in the last 30 days o have had 80% less pain very worth the investment! Steroid injection to my knee joint and the steroid was effective within 12 hours! Fantastic experience: After hurting my back and finding it wasn't improving, I was lucky to get a same day appointment and saw Mrunalini. I found Mrunalini to be very professional whilst also friendly & reassuring. She took time to listen to my problem before examining me carefully. She was able to reassure me that it was nothing worse than a muscle strain, then massaged the area & gave me exercises to do at home. I have a follow-up appointment and will certainly use Xcel Health's services if needed in the future.

Fantastic experience: Kavi at Xcel Health is a physio wizard with children! My daughter has SMA type 2, we’d hit a wall with physio at home and wasn’t progressing and we came to Kavi and everything changed! She’s becoming more and more confident, Kavi challenges her but also creates a safe place for nervous children. My only regret is not coming sooner! Worth every single penny, Kavi really has changed my outlook on my daughter’s progression and she wouldn’t be doing what she’s doing without her. 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to leave another review for Mrunalini Shukla at the Maidstone Clinic. On behalf of my husband John the improvement in his back has been brilliant, pain has lessened movement and posture is the best it’s been.
