Positive experience: Massage was nice but quite expensive for what was received and probably tailored to the older clientele. Went as had a few issues that needed looking at and was expecting a deep physical massage, but received more of a holistic/softer approach. Good if you want a relaxing experience but would go elsewhere for a more vigorous session as came out feeling the same as how I went in. Dee is lovely though!

Fantastic experience: I first met Ashley after a visit to A&E and two weeks in bed. I shuffled into the Health Hub, bent double, on two crutches, filled with optiods and still in tremendous pain. After 4 sessions with Ashley I can walk, run and move bales of hay. Thank you soooo much Ashley for giving me my life back. I cannot recommend Ashley highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I saw Ashley on the recommendation of a friend, after 'putting my back out'. I was in severe pain before seeing him, but in that one initial appointment to diagnose, I found that the next day, I felt far more mobile. The day after that I was able to stop taking pain killers completely. Ashley explained everything he was doing, put me at ease and was extremely friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to pass on his details to anyone with back issues as the follow up care is also excellent.

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with Ashley's knowledge of the human anatomy and the interconnection between bones and muscles. He was thorough in exploring my background and the reason for my (first) visit today and thorough in his explanation of the treatment and the treatment himself. His attitude is confident and positive which engenders confidence in you that he will achieve the relief from pain that you're hoping for. The Health Hub at Ledian Gardens, Leeds, Kent is a gem still waiting for the outside world to discover it, complete with spa and swimming pool (fully subscribed with closed waiting list at present) and attractive bar and restaurant.

Fantastic experience: Victoria is far more than an Osteopath, she’s my physio, my masseuse, my yoga teacher, my coach, and my therapist she uses a holistic approach with every session and coaches me through what’s going to benefit me each week, using different techniques and skills ranging from needle work and soft tissue massage to gentle manipulations of the joints. Victoria understands my painful hypermobility condition and has even gone out of her way to research it further in her own time to make a plan for me in between sessions involving yoga and physical exercises. Her knowledge and empathy are far beyond what I expected when I booked my first osteopath appointment with her. Victoria has helped so much to manage my condition and I’m forever grateful to her.

Fantastic experience: I set up an appointment with the clinic seamlessly online as I had recently twisted my right knee playing hockey. I was seen by Vic who thoroughly went through all of the range of movement, pain receptors and beyond. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back. Vic also gave me some really good advice for my flat feet and my tight hips!

Fantastic experience: I had a Mummy MOT booked in with Victoria. She is so friendly and professional. She really made me feel at ease during the whole examination. She took time to explain everything to me and didn't rush. I felt like she actually cared and I left the appointment feeling happy and content with the information she had given me from her findings. She really knows her stuff. I have a rehabilitation plan in place with clear goals which I know will be achievable with her support. I feel like a massive weight has been lifted. Ladies I honestly couldn’t recommend a Mummy MOT enough after giving birth. I wish I had found her sooner! Fantastic experience: I've been doing Victoria's yoga classes for quite a while now and thoroughly enjoy the friendly open atmosphere. We're not all bendy and I love that we get several options for our poses and any injuries, issues are always taken into account. I'm a regular gym goer and believe that the yoga classes are such a complementary exercise to add in. I'd thoroughly recommend giving her classes a go to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had a full consultation with Vics last week, followed by some treatment for issues in my lower back. I had been experiencing tightness and pain whilst exercising. However, I felt so good afterwards that I was back to the gym the next morning and could do yoga without any problems. Not only is Vics such an amazing person, she is a very skilled osteopath and yoga teacher and so much more; she is phenomenal!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Vics as both an Osteopath and Mummy MOT clinician. I first arranged to see Vics for a Mummy MOT in 2022 and haven’t looked back. She is able to assist and advise with almost any aches and pains. Following the birth of my first daughter I had suspected arthritis and Vic’s was a great aid in managing my symptoms during the lengthy diagnosis process. Now pregnant with my second child I didn’t waste any time in booking back in to help with PGP (the pregnancy pillow is an added treat) and will 100% be scheduling in for a Mummy MOT following this birth too!

Fantastic experience: Having visited and seen Victoria about 3 times now, she is always very helpful, informative and explains things about not only the exercises but the muscles involved and why you are doing something. After having trouble with my hips and back for months- it has made it a huge difference just having the support to continue the exercises. Fantastic experience: I first went to Vics earlier this year for a Yoga class and discovered that she is also osteopath. I had slight backache from sitting on an uncomfortable chair that I was using in my temporary home office. I can say that she is not only one of the nicest people I have ever met, fantastic yoga teacher but an exceptional osteopath. Vics is excellent in her field, she makes you feel at ease, therefore encouraging you to open up about what and where your problems are. I highly recommend Vics for osteopathic treatment and yoga!

Fantastic experience: I was an acupuncture sceptic but knowing Victoria previously I decided to keep an open mind. Her detailed questions, to establish a background and the current problem was detailed and far more in depth than the private consultant I’d been seeing. Her treatment also involved exercise, physio and massage. I can’t say any one thing provided pain relief or whether it was everything but I left the first consultation feeling very confident everything had been covered and the following days I experienced considerable reduction in pain. Subsequent treatments are significantly improving the situation although long term, surgery will be required. Meanwhile I can only highly recommend Victoria as an excellent osteopath, acupuncturist, physio and listener.

Fantastic experience: Victoria is fantastic, she is very friendly and clearly very passionate about her work. She put me at ease when I first met her at my Mummy MOT appointment, and was very accommodating. I initially contacted her about my own health, but she has since treated my baby whose bowel movements were very infrequent. She was treated by Victoria about 5 weeks ago and has had daily bowels movements ever since. I’m glad I found Victoria and I look forward to my next appointment with her.

Fantastic experience: My partner has been seeing Victoria since the beginning of this year due to severe back pain from a car accident. Without little time at all seeing Victoria, my partner was back to normal with no pain. Now, my partner is seeing Victoria again for pregnancy osteopathy and had her first session last night. My partner had been suffering with pain in both hips, lower back, feet, neck and shoulders. In just one session, Victoria completely removed the pain from both hips meaning my partner slept very well through the night. She also removed a lot of tension in her neck, shoulders and lower back and provided a very relaxing foot massage. Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing shoulder and back pain for sometime Victoria managed to sort the shoulder problem after 2 visits and the back 2 visits later. She is an active listener, allowing her to ask the right questions to properly get to the root of issues before even starting to look at how my back/body is moving.
