Negative experience: I am very disappointed in this company. I have rung three times to make an appointment. They said three times someone would ring me back so I could make an appointment. Guess what? I AM STILL WAITING FOR A CALL!! Don't waste your time with this company!

Fantastic experience: I want to share my story from the deepest part of my heart and express my endless gratitude to Dr. Kowcigan Jambulingam, the physiotherapist who truly changed my life. When I first arrived at his clinic, I was on crutches and filled with hopelessness. Every NHS doctor told me the same painful thing: “You need surgery.” Hearing that again and again made me feel like my future was slipping away. I couldn’t imagine ever walking normally again. But then I met Dr. Kowcigan Jambulingam He looked at me with calm confidence and kindness and said something I will never forget: “When you leave this clinic, you will start walking again.” No one had ever spoken to me with such certainty. In that moment, he gave me something priceless, hope. From the very beginning, he treated me with so much patience. The way he talks to his patients is so gentle, respectful, and comforting. I was honestly amazed. He explains everything slowly and clearly, answers every question without rushing, and no matter how worried I was, he always made me feel safe. I have never seen a doctor speak so kindly, almost like the way you would care for a baby, with softness and attention. I watched how he treated every patient who walked into his clinic, with the same respect, the same warmth, the same dedication. He listens. He understands. He truly cares. That alone is rare, but combined with his incredible skill, it becomes something extraordinary. My sister recommended him, and I never imagined that within a couple of months, I would be walking again, normally, confidently, doing my daily activities like before. It feels nothing short of a miracle. To me, he is not just a physiotherapist; he is a blessing in God's human form. His hands are magical, yes, but even more magical is his heart, his patience, and the way he treats every single person who comes to him for help. Today, I am living my life again, walking on my own two feet, and I owe it all to him. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you, Dr. Kowcigan Jambulingam . You gave me my life back. I 100% recommend him. If you are suffering, if you are scared, if you feel hopeless go to him. Trust him. He will guide you, support you, and help you heal. He handled every part of my journey with such care, and I believe he can do the same for anyone.

Fantastic experience: From the the first day I started my rehab for an ankle injury it's been a an absolute joy for me visiting the Magical Hands I am pleased to say Kowshik has been fantastic and has the magical hands as the name goes. Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend this place. just after 1 session, my vertigo symptoms had settled. I'm so pleased with the treatment provided and the staff are so friendly.

Negative experience: Totally bunch of idiots waste my 2 days 4 hour they have given totally wrong address book my appointment I went there spend 2 hours for nothing next day again I spend my 1 hour for nothing there was one South Indian guy totally uneducated no manners lack of respect didn’t how to talk with customer please don’t go there totally avoid this place in any cost smelly place everywhere rubbish where they are giving treatment but there was African lady she was very nice 1 point only for here for them totally zero

Fantastic experience: I am very thankful to both Mr. Kowcigan and Mr.Pogal for their help in emergency and that at a very short notice. They truly have magical hands helped my 3 year old daughter who was in stiff neck pain post surgery, with just one session we saw a difference. They are very friendly professional and experienced to treat patients with all age. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had come to the clinic with excruciating pain suffering a tendon injury (Golfers Elbow) after 3 sessions I walked away from there pain free , the communication and the understanding was amazing and the doctor was nice and friendly if anyone needs a good physio Magical Hands is the one to go for :)

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from serious pain on my left shoulder and I was unable to take out my T Shirt. Got a phone consultation with GP & requested to approve private treatment. Requested her whether she could recommend anyone. She shared this Physiotherapist named KJ details. I had five sessions and I am so glad with the treatment because I am almost recovered. I was under another physio for my left knee baker cyst issue for last six months without much improvement. I was unable to walk without limp. I switched over to him & after two sessions and today I played badminton. There is pain but not that much. One thing KJ presses the muscles at the right place, it really pains & slowly the pain goes off.

Fantastic experience: 22 months and 30 physio sessions after being runover by a van whilst cycling, I arrived at Magical Hands still in pain and unable to visualise running my first half marathon. Four sessions later, with Pugal, my posture is significantly improved and I cycled without knee support for the first time since 2017. Yes, I'm still experiencing pain but much reduced and manageable. I'm confident that, after being under the caring, totally professional management of Pugal, I'll soon be training for and running my first half marathon.. pain-free! Every one of Magical Hands' four CQC stars are well merited. Pugal's well placed self-confidence in his skills has engendered my own self-belief that I'll be as fully fit as I was 22 months ago. A rare, classic case of client and professional working in harmony towards the same goal. Re-brand them as 'Miracle Magical Hands'! Thank you Pugal for your incredible skills and warmth. Fantastic experience: I am really thankful to The Magical Hands physiotherapists for completely curing my wife's hip pain suffering from excessive high steps climbing. She had only 2 physiotherapy sessions within a week and followed the daily exercises that was given. After 2 weeks her entire pain cured. They really have magical hands. Myself and my wife were surprised how technically, the appropriate physical exercises can do such a Magical cure. Pugal treated her. He is a very friendly and treated us like friends whom we know each other for many years. We were very comfortable getting treatments from him. He diagnosed the root cause for the pain and he explained very well in layman's terms where anyone can easily understand. Their charges are reasonable and no doubt it was fully worth. I have no hesitation in recommending The Magical Hands physiotherapists for such treatments. They are true experts on the subject. Fantastic experience: Excellent experience, I had induced a very painful knee injury, which despite all the RICE technique and painkillers taken would not give up and my knee swelled up so bad it locked itself in position. Pugal did what he did and is a very patient, professional and kind individual. There were moments where I was screaming like a baby but in all goodness I came to the clinic with crutches and left walking. All this within an hour, definitely recommend seeing this Physio practice beforehand. Prices are very affordable and location is very nice with loads of parking.

Fantastic experience: Very good experience - im 25 and had a very bad injury through football. I've had 3 sessions so far an the pain is almost non-existent - very good treatment and therapy. Although I still have not resolved the full issue, it is a lot better than it was.

Fantastic experience: I had a very serious double leg break (tiba & fibula) with complications of nevere damage. I was reffered via a friend & saw Pugal during my recovery and his treatment and care was amazing. After his sessions it felt like i never had the injury! He can also treat nerve damage which is a rare specialism. Pugal is autentic & professinal, my only regret is I didn't know about him sooner during my recovery.

Each week they carefully targeted different pain points and instructed me to do exercises at home to speed up my recovery. They were always welcoming and friendly and this put me at ease. Fantastic experience: Following my total knee replacement surgery I needed home visits by a physiotherapist to help in my recovery. I was referred to KJ of Magic Hands by a dear friend of mine and I am so grateful to her for this. I found KJ to be a professional of high standard and very knowledgeable therapist who guided and helped me professionally to carry out exercises necessary for my recovery. It was very comforting to work with KJ who with his in depth knowledge of the underlying issues and motivational skills puts the patients at ease. Having, said all that I would nick name him as Torturer as he would torture you until you scream but all with great end results. I would not hesitate to recommend Magic Hands to any one in need of physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: Pugal's is was effective, informative, and friendly. He really knows his stuff, I injured my scapula at work and after the first treatment I felt the pain subsiding. On my third visit now, and I'm practically fully healed. More than that, Pugal gives some pretty good advice on how to avoid injury and maintain good posture. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue. Sorry Pugal. My brother worked alongside Pugal many years ago and was keen for me to see him but Southall is a 150mile round trip from my home so despite a herniated disc, a perforated disc and crippling sciatica it took me 18 months of chronic pain to get to my first appointment. By this time local physios, osteopaths and my GP had given up and the surgical team could only offer a lifetime of pain relief. Pugal said from the outset it would take time, it would hurt and it would get worse before it got better but he would make it better. He was true to his word. Mine was a slow recovery with weekly appointments but thanks to Pugal I have my life back. I am still in recovery, still training and building my muscles to help hold my now corrected spine in alignment but I am lying flat, I am sleeping, I am walking, I even ran to catch a bus. Not that long ago I was alternating between a walking stick and a wheelchair. Pugal not only manipulated and retrained my body, he retrained my mind, as with a chronic injury the fear of pain causes your subconscious to make adjustments that then need to be undone if you are to fully recover. If you have an injury, if you are in pain, don't do what I did, don't hesitate, just go and find out for yourself if Pugal truly has magical hands. It will be worth your while.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service and amazing Physiotherapist's who really know their stuff. I was frustrated with my neck and shoulder problems that I was suffering from the past 4 years.I was referred to many physiotherapists by my GP but none could diagnose nor treat my issue.Since my husband was covered with BUPA from work and we were included as well, I asked my GP to refer me privately and repeated private visits also didnt make any difference. I pass this clinic to work everyday and decided to try them once although I didnt have much hope due to my past experiences but I was wrong.I got an appointment easily during my lunch break and was seen by Pugal who quickly diagnosed the issue and quickly treated over a few sessions and back to almost normal. They live up to their name of Magical hands. There is ample free parking on site and the staff are very friendly,extremely well organised , professional, courteous and cheerful! I have nothing but high praise for Pugal and staff at Magical Hands and would highly recommend them to anyone who's got a pain ,ache,spasm,nerve related problems or any issue that can be sorted by physiotherapy.
