Negative experience: Email and called for booking no answer... shame as its close to me and has/had* decent feedback...

Fantastic experience: Good service and treatment

Negative experience: I can confidently say I would not recommend The Health Lodge and here’s why. I have suffered from head to toe chronic pain on the right side of my body. I came to The Health Lodge for a considerable amount of treatment and was sold a comprehensive plan that cost thousands to resolve my issues. My saving grace is that my insurance covered this all. But only left the place with temporary relief each time but no long term improvement. Firstly you are having treatment in a large room with up to 4 people around you which is not comfortable. You can’t guarantee who will be doing your treatment each time and the inconsistency was frustrating. I would keep re explaining my issues so a lot of the time felt like I was starting from scratch. The body clicking performed on me at the time felt fine but now my neck constantly clicks on its own which shouldn’t happen. I left The Health Lodge after months of treatment as I wasn’t getting anywhere. Since then I have seen 2 other people for treatments and have only needed a few sessions to see considerable improvement! I now have a sustainable routine of treatment, exercise and breathing exercises that honestly has had me feeling the best in years. Reflecting back on The Health Lodge it was a scam to me. I even sent my cousin to them who hardly had any issues compared to me and they drew up almost exactly the same plan. I give 1 star because the people who worked there are super friendly. Secondly they do have an x-ray machine that spotted something I wasn’t aware of. But at the end of the day their focus is unfortunately not 100% the patient.

Also I found that Mr. David Hall helped me to improve my lower back muscles and pain free . He told me in a professional way where the pain coming from and what should be done to correct buddy posture,disc bulge and I’ve got a short leg 2cm Well Done David !!! See you soon

Negative experience: Just had a callback from these to book a free consultation as listed online. only to be told they wont actualy be able to do anything to actualy help me with my sciatic problem unless I pay for 2 appointments and xrays very misleading Advert

Fantastic experience: My mother suffered from severe lower back pain to the point she couldn't lie down at all to sleep. She has now been taking 12 sessions and seen a great improvment in her activity and massive pain reduction. The only downside is the costs associated, as she didn't have private insurance, but the progression is worth it. Overall, friendly staff and great service!

Fantastic experience: I have coming to the Health Lodge now for a few years and currently a tending every two weeks on a maintenance plan. Under the excellent guidance of Dc Louise Chiasson I find the staff very friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and my back is in a much better state than it was before The Health Lodge.

Fantastic experience: An exceptionally well equipped and professional clinic offering a diverse range of treatments. Day one I was barely able to walk into the clinic even with crutches. 4 weeks later due to the amazing work of the various members of the team I was back on the road to recover, pain free and walking unaided. Special thanks to Tomaz who was my main physio. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Dr Lou and her teams attension to detail is brilliant. My lower back feels brilliant. Worth every penny! I have recommended lots of my family and friends to Louise and her team. If Louise can't help you she will refer you to someone who can - not like other practices!

I have been treated by many different chiropractors and Louise is an excellent adjustor. Definitely a favourite of mine!

Negative experience: This place tried to rip me off by telling me it would cost thousands of pounds to sort out my back. I sought my gp’s advice who told me the ‘arthritis’ in my spine they told me about was rubbish! She recommended me to an osteopath who sorted it out for £40! They are frauds and I would never do business with them again!

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends. I ve been in discomfort for over several weeks. Not able to sit , after a 1 off, 30 mins session .I actually sat in my armchair for over 1 hour with no discomfort. From the first assessment With xrays, to my results and the care plan offered, Louise and the team offer a professional and friendly service. !!!!!!!Just a note I've actually gone through my doctors and asked for xrays and know i have to wait 2 weeks to get results. Louise and the team have done this all within 5 days . Thank you Paul Pope

Fantastic experience: My sister has been coming to the health lodge a couple of months now. She has been going to the nhs for years and they kept saying there was nothing wrong but they kept putting her on all different medication until they put her morphine patches which wasn't making her feel any better. So she started coming to the health lodge and at the first consultation they done an X-Ray and detected a fracture in the bottom of here back and she also and problem with her neck due to the fracture. so once a week she comes to the health lodge on the second appointment its was like a miracle she could move parts of her body that she hasn't been able to move for about 10 year on the 3rd appointment she started to stop the morphine patch and now she don't use them thanks to the team at the health lodge. The team are fantastic and they are caring and friendly and it is well worth the money and I would like to thank the team for all why they are have treated my sister
