Fantastic experience: I’ve been visiting Sarah at Gerrards Cross for about 2 years now. I had surgery for scoliosis when I was a teenager but since having a baby 3 years ago I have suffered with further lower back and sacroiliac joint pain. Sarah has been brilliant at helping to reduce the pain to a minimum. I’ve also recently had coccyx pain from a fall and Sarah identified it immediately and helped ease the pain. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sarah for about four years now for problems with my lumbar spine and more recently my neck, due to osteoarthritis. From the very beginning she has put me at ease, listened to me and answered all my questions, above all she is very knowledgeable and keeps up to date with all the new advances in her field. When treating me she knows whats wrong or what has changed since my last visit just from the initial examination, and adjusts her treatment accordingly. I know that the problems I have with the wear and tear of arthritis won't go away but I am confident that with Sarah's help, I will able to deal with them and not have to turn to painkillers.

Fantastic experience: I first saw Sarah around 15 years ago for running related hip pain which she successfully treated with a number of different techniques. In the interim years I have returned to be treated by Sarah and at least 3 of her associates. I have always been impressed by their knowledge and professionalism, helping me get back on the road with treatments and home exercises for various conditions such as scoliosis, neck pain and plantar fasciitis. Most recently I had been experiencing inflammation and pain in my big toe joint which was misdiagnosed by a GP. I had an appointment with Sarah and she identified that my gait was contributing to the cause. Tackling this underlying cause was essential in stopping the inflammation and preventing my hallys valgus from worsening, causing me future problems. After comprehensive gait analysis including walking and standing on sensors that record 3000 pressure points, Sarah was able to order me custom built orthotics which I have worn every day since. These help to correct my gait and I have had no further foot problems since then. They really have been worth every penny. As well as a relaxed demeanour, Sarah and her team are excellent at identifying underlying causes not just looking at the presenting problem. A bad back originating in hamstrings or hips for example. Treating these underlying causes has meant I haven't had to keep going back for 'maintenance' treatment. With such a wide base of knowledge and different treatment options including acupuncture to shock wave therapy, I would highly recommend Sarah's practice.

From beginning to end, she took me through a very professional examination and treatment and told me everything that was going on with my body and what was causing my pain to how she was going to treat the condition. At all times, she was friendly, professional and kept your mind at ease during treatment. This kind of treatment is nothing to fear and if you’re honest, upfront and tell them everything - the quicker your condition will be solved. Fantastic experience: I came to Samar with severe pain in my shoulder and neck. She was able to identify the source of the problem quickly and the massage was spot-on, as were the follow-up exercises. After several sessions my range of movement was much better and Samar suggested a maintenance massage every 6 weeks to keep everything working properly. I found Samar to be a very efficient osteopath and also really pleasant in her manner. If I have problems in the future, I will certainly seek her help.

Fantastic experience: Treated by Rachael Louis and very very happy with my treatment. Rachael is an excellent osteopath and is always very attentive and holistic in her approach. I leave my sessions feeling brighter, in less physical pain and more positive about my recovery plan. Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with chronic pain in my neck and shoulder for the last year or so. I have seen osteopaths in the past and undergone steroid injections. I was just about to have the nerves desensitised which is an invasive procedure hen I stumbled across Samar. She is an angel in disguise. After just a handful of sessions I am practically pain free and more mobile than I have been in a very long time. I cannot recommend this young osteopath enough. She is amazing.

Fantastic experience: When I first went to see Anthony, my lower back was very tightly fused and he has managed to loosen it and get more movement back with various treatments including acupuncture. He is very helpful and friendly and has also given me lots of advice and exercises to do at home which have improved my flexibility.

Positive experience: My eleven year old son had a few treatments with Sarah a while back. He didn't have any particular ailments or pain but I just thought it would be beneficial to get him checked over. Sarah quickly identified a couple of minor postural and stance issues which are not obvious to the untrained eye and did some cranial and massage work to align them. I was able to see an immediate improvement at the end of the treatment and my son responded positively to Sarah's calm and respectful bedside manner. Being a mum herself, she knows how to engage kids in a natural and non-patronising way. I have also had some treatments from her myself for minor stiffness in my back and always see and feel an immediate improvement after one or two treatments.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sarah over a number of years for ongoing back trouble. She has always been very accommodating, giving me emergency appointments when needed, but keeping costs as low as possible by ensuring that I don't book more appointments than I need. She is friendly and cheerful, but most importantly, she keeps me moving! Several years ago, I had three separate occasions when my back was so bad that I was barely able to move for several days at a time. While my GP simply advised me to "come back in six weeks if it hasn't improved", Sarah diagnosed and treated the problem, and got me not just moving but moving comfortably again very quickly. Thanks to regular treatments from Sarah since then, I have not had a major recurrence for about seven years, despite having had two pregnancies in that time and had two children to carry around. Sarah also practised cranial osteopathy on both my children as newborns to help with reflux and colic. Within a week or so, she transformed my son from an unhappy baby who screamed inconsolably for several hours every evening to a smiling, contented baby who slept all evening. She assessed each child carefully and told me when she thought they did not need further treatment - each needed only two or three treatments. I have always found her treatment effective and good value for money, and I have no hesitation in recommending her - in fact, I have already recommended her to a number of friends, who have been equally happy with the treatment they have received from her.
