They fixed so many conditions for me over the years I can't recommend them highly enough I just see it as money well spent, no point in wasting you time waiting for an appointment with the NHS, get treated quickly and start feeling better quickly you always get proper hands on treatment, with exercises to do between appointments

Fantastic experience: I was a few weeks into pretty sharp sciatica pain until a friend recommended me Logical Injury Rehab. Honestly, wish I found them sooner. Isabella was absolutely brilliant. She pinpointed the pain areas, gave me some home exercises to do and worked her magic. I felt great within a few days and by the second visit I was a lot better. This time she gave me some more exercises to do as well massaging the trouble areas. There's a world of difference between a massage from a regular and a pro like Isabella. She just knows what to do. I highly recommend these guys, Isabella is brilliant, super friendly, approachable, attentive and takes everything in her stride. Thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: An older neighbour had recommended this physiotherapy team after her doctor had given up on her sciatica pain. I saw her smiling and walking normally one day and asked if she'd had the operation. No! Physio and recovery within weeks. I got the number of this Physio and attended for a similar issue which has been causing problems with my back, hip and foot. I am very confident with the treatment and have experienced improvements. The doctors had written me off too. Thank you Steph and Hayley (and the rest of the team) :)

She was incredibly patient, understanding, and took the time to fully understand my issue. Fantastic experience: I went to see Steph a number of years ago, I had lost the use of my right arm, which was probably due to a cycling accident done previously. The pain that was coming from my shoulder was excruciating and I wish at the time that someone would just chop it off. With the help of Steph's massaging hands, and her in depth knowledge of how the body works, I had the full use of my arm back in a matter of weeks. If someone had chopped my arm off, i wouldn't hesitate to pay the price I had in treatment to have it sewn back on. As I say, that was a number of years ago, I'm now looking forward to seeing Logical Injury Rehab again as I have started with Sciatica which is bloody painful. Logical Injury Rehab will have me on the road to recovery alot faster than the NHS will, so I can return to my normal life pain free again.

Fantastic experience: I've been going now for about 3 months and the lady I see is very thorough with her physiotherapy and gets to the point of pain and relieves it quickly..not to pricey either..very highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I damaged my foot which was stopping me going to the gym and doing longer walks. Waited for over 6 month for an NHS appointment in meantime approached LIR and they got me back mobile and back at the gym within around four sessions. I wish I had gone to them straight after the injury as it would have saved me discomfort and not messed up some of last summer. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great experience, the two ladies (wish I got your names) who massaged my calf muscles after the born survivor race were lovely, they did a great job. Not only did they help me on the day but I got given some great advice for a niggle I've been carrying. Thankyou so much.

Fantastic experience: I have had a long term knee injury that had been getting progressively worse over a six month period. When I had pain I would rest it for a couple of days and then go back to training. The frequency of the injury stopping me was increasing and the pain was becoming worse. I literally limped into Logical Injury Rehab, barely weight bearing on one leg, at the end of March fully expecting it to be around six moths before I would be fully recovered. I saw Max who after a consultation and examination explained what the issue was and how we would treat it. I was provided with an exercise plan that I followed. Instead of it being six months it was five sessions split over seven weeks. Not only is my knee fully recovered but I think it is stronger than it has ever been. 10 weeks after my first appointment I ran 10km. I've found Logical Injury Rehab to be professional, knowledgeable, excellent value for money and I would whole-heartedly recommend them. There are many problems in this world but my knee is no longer one of them, thank you, Logical Injury Rehab!

Fantastic experience: I visited Hayley after my knee had been locked due to a miniscus tear injury. I booked online. There's lots of parking and a taxi stop which is handy. I visited twice. After my first visit I carried out the exercises and saw very positive results. I have more confidence too and continue with the exercises. Recommended this company. Friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and genuine. She even emailed me a copy of the exercises I needed to do.

Fantastic experience: I got a back injury which left me bedridden and unable to walk or bend my back at all. After my first appointment i saw massive improvement and was able to walk a lot better and bend my back slightly more than before after my 4th and final session i am fully healed and i can bend over better than before highly recommend steph was great and gave me lot of advice on my recovery.

Fantastic experience: Extremely highly recommended! Avid gym goer training for many years in various sports. Suffering from a shoulder problem for over 5 years. Sought treatment by NHS physio, private physio, chiropractor and sports rehab specialist, all with limited relief. It's only after being treated by Stephanie that the problem has been fully resolved, and surprisingly in just a few sessions. Honestly, I'm so relieved to be free from this annoying pain which had plagued me for so long. Was so satisfied with the results that I sought further help for lower back pain which has gradually worsened over the last 3 years. Stephanie diagnosed the specific problem and after just about four sessions I can say that I've had a massive improvement in my lower back. Believe me I felt like i wasted a lot of money over the years on ineffective treatments but this has definitely been worth every penny. After years of pain I can't thank her enough. I believe it's not always about the treatment but the practitioner too and in my opinion she is outstanding.

Visited Stephanie in serious pain with sciatic impingement - 1 session later and I was virtually pain free and fully mobile - I kid you NOT! Fabulous deep massage, manipulation and acupuncture. This girl really knows her stuff - and a real friendly persona to go with it :) - very professional and HIGHLY recommended, And if she can't fix you, (which I doubt), the she tells you straight! Had 2nd session tonight and all fixed. Have booked another session for sports massage in a month, but Steph said she is expecting a call to say I don't need it - can't say fairer than that! - If you need physio, give her a shout!
