Fantastic experience: After fracturing my wrist and suffering months of discomfort, just one session with the brilliant Juliana Hounsfield made a massive difference to the flexibility and pain in that area. I couldn't believe the overnight relief it gave me, especially important as it affected my dominant hand. Fantastic experience: We just had a wonderful session with Esther at the family practice. My daughter has been experiencing some joint pain and stiffness and Esther was incredibly knowledgeable, calm and reassuring, my daughter warmed to her very quickly and left much calmer and more relaxed in her body. Fantastic experience: Esther was fantastic with my 8yo son who was dealing with sinus issues, sleep problems and some headaches. Esther quickly built a relationship with my son so he was happy for her to carry out the treatment. By the end of the treatment he was yawning and very relaxed. He was more comfortable after each treatment. Esther also made great recommendations of other practitioners who could also support alongside osteopathy with these issues.

The yawning and deep relaxation you noticed is something we often see when the nervous system starts to settle.

Fantastic experience: I saw Juliana for pelvic floor tension following the birth of my children. Juliana is an amazing women’s health osteo and it was so beneficial to get treatment on this area but to also get treatment on my body as a whole. I have also seen Marinella for abdominal massage which was amazing and I loved that I was given instructions of how to carry on this practice myself. I then saw Daisy for an injury to my rib cage area, the treatment really helped the pain I was experiencing and made moving and breathing more easeful. I got through third trimester with very little discomfort and that set me up better than I'd anticipated for a baby that just doesn't sleep. Negative experience: This place is really disingenuous because I've been chasing them for my medical records for approximately six months since September 2025. They've never sent them and I had to refer it to the Information Commissioner who logged it formally against this service provider. I then left a review marking my dissatisfaction with their reluctance to send copies of the medical notes that should be taken in every appointment. I even suggested it may be because they didn't take the notes that they're actually supposed to be taking as I never observed them writing anything down except foe the very first appointment and I said this all in my review. I then sent a chase email demanding the absent notes and giving them an ultimatum to send it within a month or otherwise know I'll be reporting it to GoSC and taking legal action. Their response was to say that they take GDPR seriously and they encouraged me to contact their reception to make a request for my medical notes. Talk about disingenuous. Either the person responding to my message cannot read at an adult level or else this is deliberately misleading for anyone reading the review. This is a message for the manager of this practice. I have requested the medical notes countless times over the past six months and most recently via email this week. Please send them and stop pretending that you are engaging with this request. Your response has been screenshotted and will be forwarded to GoSC as evidence of misconduct. It is abundantly clear you did not take appropriate notes during our consultations hence your reluctance in sharing them but I nonetheless insist that you share what you have.

During that time I have had periods when I have injured myself or have found it difficult to move, and I have always been helped by the treatment I've received. Fantastic experience: I went to Julianna with a long list of challenges including excruciating periods and lower back pain. Within two sessions my periods were back to normal and my back pain was reduced and even went. She also explained what was going on providing sources for me have more information. Julianna gave me so much confidence and care in the later stages of my pregnancy (to 42w), I can’t thank her enough for preparing me (and loosening my pelvis) so I could have the birth I was hoping for, it was beautiful. She also ensured we were both fit and well after my precious boy was born, as the NHS is so stretched for proper post partem care in this country. Lou & Jamie are both absolutely fabulous massage therapists who were a wonderful help through the back aches and pains of pregnancy. Dom is a wonderful, wise, experienced councellor who has really helped my and my partners mental health, and Mandy on reception brightens any day. Juliana was a huge support through a pretty dreadful period, not only is she a wonderful osteopath, she is considered, wise and has a lot of practical advice. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dougal Cram for years after a recommendation from a friend. He’s very attuned to people and their pain, and is always able to improve things, often even after a single session. I think he’s a fantastic osteopath that I’ve recommended to others. The practise itself is a lovely calm space, and I’ve always found the receptionists very friendly and understanding when booking urgent appointments. I think the only negative review on here is due to the fact someone has confused this centre with a medical practice with the same name.

Negative experience: If I could give it less than one star I would. Been trying to register as a temporary patient. Got spoken to like I was stupid by the first receptionist. Had to phone again because there was nowhere to send the online form. The second receptionist gave me an email address that didn't exist to send them to, after trying to tell me to fill out a form that didn't exist. And finally, I could not find a way to fill the correct form out. Would have been a better use of my time if I'd had a conversation with a brick wall. Avoid like the plague.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely incredible! I had my first consultation today here with Juliana and she was absolutely fantastic. All the staff were really friendly. I've been struggling quite badly with jaw and neck issues and I've seen a facial surgeon three times and a dentist twice, Juliana helped me more in one session today than all of this!
