Fantastic experience: As a first time osteopath patient I was quite anxious about the session, but Hannah's friendly personality immediately put me at ease and she explained everything very clearly. Within a couple of days of the treatment, and following Hannah's advice regards specific stretches and exercises, I am already back in the gym and lifting with confidence (and pain-free).

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Hannah's treatments; she is thoughtful, caring and highly accomplished in her craft. I started visiting Hannah in December 2020 following years of discomfort in my mid and lower back which I had written off as the side effects of an ageing body. The pain had come to a head following a period of anxiety which both therapy and medication had had little effect on. Hannah saw me initially remotely (during the COVID lockdown), and then in person thereafter. From the first treatment I noticed a massive improvement in all aspects; less pain, more agility and a better mental state. I continued to see Hannah over a series of weeks to treat the immediate issues. With each session I noticed a considerable improvement. I now have built a regular visit into my cadence which I plan to continue for years to come. Hannah has helped me with pain relief, improved comfort, advice on home working for long periods and all this has led me to live with little to no pain and even to exercise more, which is only a good thing. I only have the highest praise for Hannah's treatment and would recommend visiting her to those in need and anyone who cares about their health & wellbeing. I now consider visiting Hannah a necessary part of caring for myself.

My Son, who has DCD has been a Patient of Hannahs’ for a good time now and his treatment has helped him immensely, both physically and mentally. My teenage daughter has also started seeing Hannah for treatment for sports related injuries and has also really benefited from Hannah’s expertise. We are very lucky to have such a great treatment facility so close by, without having to travel in to Oxford.

She has a wonderful relaxing manner, and seems to know intuitively where your bones or muscles need her magic fingers. Fantastic experience: Hannah is excellent. I have suffered from back and neck issues for over twenty years and visit 2/3 times a year just to keep things in check. Any aches or pains I have she is able to locate the cause swiftly and efficiently and, after a few manipulations, ease any pain and release any restrictions to movement. Hannah also provides advice on simple stretches and excercises to help avoid issues in the future. With a bright, welcoming personality, I know from the moment I walk through the door, I will leave feeling much better. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Bicester last autumn, having experienced regular osteopath sessions where I previously lived in London. I found Hannah Clining by googling for osteopaths in Bicester. I was aware that different osteopaths have different ways of operating. I was used to the ostopath first inserting some acupuncture needles and leaving me to lie for a time before coming back and performing various manipulations. Hannah does not do that. After discussing with you the various sore or creaking parts of your body, she systematically works her way round you whole body, focussing especially on areas you have identified as problems, or others she has spotted herself as being "tight" (which you might not have been fully aware of yourself). She will press firmly on a particular spot, or bend a limb to perform a stretch. It felt in some ways like a whole body massage. Some people might initially feel uncomfortable about being in their underclothes for the best part of an hour, but Hannah puts you at your ease, and chats away amiably the whole time, perhaps about your work or interests, so that you are not thinking too much about the pressing and stretching. In the evening following my first visit, I felt quite sore and achey. This may be because I had not had osteopathy for a few months. Now that I have had further sessions I feel good. I would certainly recommend Hannah to anyone searching for this form of therapy.

Fantastic experience: I contacted the Chapel Street Clinic in Bicester as I’d pulled my shoulder and it was causing me considerable pain. Hannah identified the problem and helped ease the pain in the first appointment. She has a wonderful friendly, supportive and consultative approach and she is easy to talk to, so I was able to discuss sports activities and an event that I am taking part in over the next couple of months and she has helped and adviced me. I will be continuing to have appointments with her up to and after the event. I would definitely recommend Hannah.

Fantastic experience: I've know Hannah professionally now for a few years... As a specialist spinal surgeon I know there are only a small subset of patients that I can help with surgery... but I know many of them can be and have been helped by her skillset which is so much more holistic than Osteopathy suggests to some... seeing her dedication and absolute commitment to her patients with not an iota of commercial interest is humbling... I know I'm not being bias (despite knowing her personally) when I recommend her without a hesitation... See her first and you may never need to see the likes of me:)... There are very few healthcare professionals across the board as caring for patients as she is. There is a reason why an entire US airforce base near Bicester refer their members only to see her and consider her part of their airforce family...
