Fantastic experience: Another amazing experience on the 23/01/2026 with Rishi. I’ve been training a lot at the gym and he was able to release tension building up in my back and hips. I feel great and ready to push myself again. Thank you! I booked into see Rishi for the first time on the 12th of October and all I can say is that I am MINDBLOWN. Having had a build up of strain over the years due to work I’ve never quite been able to identify the root cause with any other Osteopaths. Rishi was able to identify that I had trapped nerves in my neck within minutes of my session and successfully cracked my neck to release them. He also released a lot of tension on my upper back and I feel great. I can’t believe I hadn’t booked in to MHV clinic earlier. I highly recommend them!

On both visits our issues were resolved in the exact time frame that Poonam had advised they would be and we are so grateful and forever thankful for all her help and support. Poonam has such a calming and reassuring presence that I believe is so important for new mothers experiencing any challenges with their newborns, you just want to feel as though you are in safe hands which I can wholeheartedly say we definitely were!

Fantastic experience: I came across these guys on Instagram a few years ago, I watched intently how they treated people and their issues, at first I was sceptical as I've not had the best experience in the past but my instincts grew stronger that there's something different about these guys. My instincts were . I booked my first appointment several years ago (yes I'm late leaving a review) with Warren and I was gob smacked at how accurate he was. He found my issue straight away and set about fixing the issue. the first treatment had incredible results. Something he said which has always stuck with me and made me feel these guys are genuine, he said, if I can't fix the issue within 3 sessions, I've failed, and will have to let a colleague take over. This spoke absolute volumes to me because I've been to so many people in the past who all want me to sign up to 16 or so sessions. I'm not local to Oxford St and I will travel to these guys. I won't ever go anywhere else. These guys are the cream of the crop. The RollsRoyce of osteopathy. Warren's knowledge is far superior to anyone I've met before, I can't sing his praises enough.

Fantastic experience: I found MHV on Instagram, and after booking, I did fear I would be walking into a scam. MHV is anything but! I have been misaligned (bodily) for a while, with severe pain, aching joints, tight jaws and even skewed vision. Over the years, I have seen separately, osteopaths, physiotherapists, acupuncturist, acupressure specialists, and various bone doctors, TCM and Ayurvedic practitioners. They do their best and I feel relief, however, within days, I am more stiff than before as what I probably need is all therapies in one day. That's the beauty of the practitioner I had the good fortune of meeting. A planetary alignment? What is refreshing with Rishi is, he is one stop shop but tailor-made and intuitive. He understands the mechanics of the body and fascia in the detail, knows how to unravel it without causing imbalance elsewhere and brings in his vast knowledge of medical and alternative therapies to the table. I walked away feeling taller and with more mobility than I have in years.

Fantastic experience: Amazing. Hands down. Big thank you to Warren. First time after seven years that I have left a massage/therapy session where I’ve actually been happy with the results. The focus here is to actually solve your issues as fast as possible, which is something you don’t see in many other places. Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to see Rishi with ongoing neck and upper back pain and I’m really pleased with the results. He took the time to properly assess the issue, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. After the sessions, I noticed a real improvement in my neck and back pain. Rishi is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you feel better rather than rushing you through appointments. Highly recommend Rishi to anyone dealing with neck or back pain.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to start, my Mrs has had certain pains in her body from the moment I met her. Mainly in her neck and shoulder joints etc. I tried everything from massages to massage guns and it helped at times but nothing that fulled helped long term so I took her to see Rishi at MHV clinic in central London. After one session all the pains she had for years just went, all the tingling sensations she used to feel had mainly gone and her pains went from 100% to basically about 10%. Roughly 6 months to a year later she went back for a 2nd session as some of her pains were coming back although I felt is was solely because she didn’t do any of the after care plans that Rishi had planned for her. So after that 2nd session all her pains had gone again but this time she is at like a 5% pain mark compared to the 100% she had before she saw Rishi. Fast forward another 6 months to a year I asked her if she needs another session and she actually said no because she no longer is in pain which is a shock to me because I thought she would be. But I am going to treat her to a session regardless soon. Rishi and the team are exceptional, he is the best of the best. He is like the Thierry Henry of the chiropractor world and after the 5 star service him and his team gave I honestly cant see myself taken my Mrs or myself to a different chiropractor ever. So if you ever have doubts with this place don’t. It is well worth the money you pay.

Positive experience: The sessions were great whilst I was there.. However, I was promised rehab plans and follow up post the in person sessions. After chasing the rehab plan numerous times, I'm still yet to receive anything (months later). I've been told a receptionist is going to send them to me which has never happened. Disappointing as the treatment itself was great, but I really wanted to continue the work we had discussed to stop my shoulder injury reverting back.

Fantastic experience: Rishi instantly made me feel at ease the moment I walked in. As I sat in there in agonizing pain in my neck, he carefully talked me through my first appointment and what the process entails explaining along the way why the pain might be there. I later found whilst in treatment I have trapped nerve C5/C6 which was affecting mobility of my right arm, causing pins & needles. He treated me straight away after a thorough check picking up what was causing the pain, instantly taking the pain away. Fantastic experience: I visited the MHV branch in London. Rishi was the person I scheduled my appointment with, and I can't recommend him highly enough. I received a warm welcome, and we sat down to discuss all my concerns. He was truly fantastic and made me feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment, especially since it was my first visit and my first time receiving any treatment. After the treatment, he thoroughly explained everything we had done and provided me with some exercises to take home to aid in my recovery. I would rate my visit a perfect 10 out of 10, and I would certainly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Poonam has been helping my baby boy for the last 8 weeks and over time, we've seen a huge improvement. She's helped us understand the reasons for some of his issues and showed us how we can help him through daily exercises. She has the kindest, most approachable nature which really helps when you're nervous about your baby's health and development. She's very good at what she does and it's been such a comfort to see a specialist that truly understands the causes and symptoms of what we're dealing with. Fantastic experience: I was nervous at first to take my 5 week old baby girl - however Poonam was really reassuring and gentle with my baby, making sure she was happy and comfortable throughout the treatment, reading my babies tolerance levels nicely. Following the treatment I saw a huge improvement in my babies digestion and reflux issues and she seems to be in significantly less pain. I highly recommend Poonam and will be re-visiting her as and when needed.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased with the treatment I received from Rishi today! I developed some upper back pain, which I was worried about because my work is very physically intense. After a few days of continued back pain, a friend of mine recommended Rishi as she had experienced great results from being treated by him previously. Fantastic experience: Poonam is a truly amazing osteopath and I can’t thank her enough for treating my baby. We have been twice so far , may baby is now 5.5 months old. She was suffering with reflux, she also had a lot of tension in her body and a restriction on her right side of her body. Since treatment with Poonam she is a different baby , she is now relaxed she can roll around, her day time sleep has improved, her feeding is much better and she now takes a lot more milk on her feeds and also burps better. Fantastic experience: Poonam is pure magic! My daughter was suffering terribly with tension, reflux, suspected CMPA an umbilical hernia. Several paediatricians just wanted to medicate her and we were told her hernia would resolve in up to 3 years. Within 2 sessions the hernia was rectified and I had a happy, content baby who was finally out of pain. I cannot recommend enough!

After many attempts of going to the GP to find out what was causing numbness in my arm I was thinking of giving up until I came across MHV. Rishi was able to diagnose what was happening and actually get to the root cause of the numbness. He also explained each step in detail and was so warm and nice. Fantastic experience: Visited Poonam & Rishi with our baby who was suffering with passing wind, and had developed baby eczema. Both were great and professional and gave recommendations and exercises we can do at home to help. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Rishi at the MHV Clinic for severe inflammation in my rib cage, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He is amazing, has lovely energy and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my body before a 45-minute treatment, which included deep massage, cupping, and realignment of my spine. Within a week I’m already 80% better—after suffering for over a month with constant pain. I’ve also started doing the exercises he recommended, which are continuing to help. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Poonam regularly since September, she has helped with realigning my pelvis after a car accident and with immediate affect after the first session. The other sessions focused on my shoulders and neck bulge. Poonam is super knowledgable and really knows what she’s doing. Fantastic experience: I’ve followed Poonam on instagram since 2020 and loved what she did. I took my youngest to Poonam for a couple reasons, he was super fussy at drinking milk and I always thought him being a breech baby born by section would benefit from seeing a baby osteopath. Poonam was amazing, she took her time, she was great with him and really worked on his little body. She knew straight away what needed to be done and it was such a relief to get some answers that I’ve been trying to get from doctors and health visitors. I instantly saw a difference in my son and after the second session, he was such a happier baby. His posture, his core strength and feeding volume improved so much. Poonam is very professional but as a mum very very gentle and so kind. I cannot recommend her enough and it is well worth every penny.

She took the time to explain everything and did so with much ease and reassurance. She is very knowledgeable about babies and I highly recommend taking your newborn to her. She is such a lovely person and I am so glad I trusted her with my baby. I also got to see Rishi, in a follow up appointment, and he was equally amazing. So kind, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Rishi this week. I’ve been suffering with lower back pain for over three months now and went to my GP, got massages, and tried online physio. Fantastic experience: Poonam is an exceptional clinician and a wonderful person through and through. She is very attentive and caring. She has looked after my mum several times over the years. My mum will every now and then request that I arrange for her to be seen by Poonam. Although my mothers English isn't great, Poonam makes her feel comfortable and understands her needs. Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars, I would! Initially I looked at the mummy fix for myself but after noticing some potential tightness which was impacting my daughter walking, I booked an appointment with Poonam. Poonam was professional, supportive and understanding, she was able to complete the treatment whilst making it fun for my daughter and the results were amazing. She started walking a week after her first treatment I then booked a session for myself and again, felt instant relief after suffering with back pain, on and off, for almost 5 years. Fantastic experience: I've been suffering lower back and coccyx pain for past few month's. Sadly it became unbearable and led to a lot of time off work :-( I had an MRI finally, which showed L4 , L5 , S1 impingement and nerve root compression. Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from knee and lower back pain since April 2021 plus a recent shoulder injury due to lifting weights.I had the good fortune of meeting Rishi(on the 1st of May 2024) who I would describe as having the “Hand of God”.
