Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment booked, but it was cancelled at the last minute because the room couldn’t be accessed. I had already travelled all the way there, which was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, nothing was offered to compensate for the inconvenience. This felt very unprofessional, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning after this experience.

Having seen many different chiropractors before, I especially appreciated his incredibly gentle and varied approach. He avoids aggressive adjustments, using the Activator and SOT to address the issue immediately. This thoughtful, specialized care eased my pain in one session. It’s taken a few treatments but I finally feel better than I’ve done in the last decade. You have to trust the process and put your faith in Andy, he knows what he’s doing!

Fantastic experience: I came to Motionback with a 9 month long lower back issue, caused by and made worse from sport. To try get it resolved, I had been through private Osteotherapy, GP and NHS physiotherapy to try have it solved, however none had been beneficial and I felt I had been misdiagnosed at each practice. Here however was completely different, in my first session Marco took time to loosen off any muscular tension to identify any stiffnesses and misalignment in my spine and pelvis, which allowed him to actually see the issue and treat the root cause rather than assuming what the issue is. Because of this, 9 months of back pain has been relieved and I am able to return to sport without fear of a flare up and days of residual pain. This combined with the incredibly reasonable pricing and complete lack of pressure into further treatment means I simply cannot recommend this company and Marco in particular enough. 6 stars.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Holly for the past four weeks because of a bad flare-up that has been giving me headaches for over a year. I had tried chiropractic care for a while before but eventually stopped because I didn’t feel the treatment was personalized enough. I was hesitant to try back again but Holly, however, has been incredibly gentle and attentive to my situation. Every appointment, she carefully checks how I'm moving to monitor my progress, which I really appreciate because it shows she's genuinely interested in my well-being ☺️ She's not pushy, and after just these four weeks, I've been feeling a lot better. There's still some way to go for a full recovery, but I’m really happy with how things are going so far!

Negative experience: Despite the great reviews, my appointment was disappointing. While I understand the need for discussion to make an assessment, it left little time for actual adjustments. I left feeling worse after being told my issues were due to laziness. The follow-up included only one stretch, which I was already doing. Additionally, the advertised first appointment discount was not applied. There are far better clinics in London offering superior services.

Fantastic experience: Marco has fixed my hip in two sessions. I developed pain and restricted range of motion in my hip, and signed up for a session after reading all the reviews. Marco was very attentive and thorough and realigned my spine and hips. I walked away feeling like fully reset after the initial session already. The follow up helped improve things further, and a couple of weeks after the last appointment my range of motion has fully returned and I'm able to do my physio strengthening exercises again. Will definitely be back when I have a niggle again.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Andy. He's the only chiro I've worked with who can quickly fix my occasional lower back/ SI joint issues (caused by training for marathons). When possible, he fixes things in the initial visit with no pressure to book further visits if they're not required - this creates trust and means I've always been able get back to running the next day - often having been bent over or lopsided just 24 hours earlier!

Also I was taking strong prescription pain killers and Marco was able to advise me how not to get hooked on them permanently. Fantastic experience: I am 79 and have had back and neck problems on and off for many years. In Spring 2022 I cricked my neck and developed a ‘headache’ in my neck which was followed by stiffness, restricted movement and pain. I found MotionBack online and visited Marco four times for massage and manipulation. He also gave me exercises and advised me to change my keyboard posture from craning forward to sitting back in the chair. He pointed out that my left shoulder was higher than my right. At the end of the fourth session Marco told me he didn’t need to see me anymore. It was reassuring to know that my back and neck were basically OK and that I could build on this with exercise and better posture. I experimented a lot and found Stretch which helps all my joints. I am about to join a Stretch Class to make sure I do it safely. One lower back exercise in particular has been almost miraculous in the way it loosens and maintains my neck. I am very much better and so grateful to Marco for starting me on this journey of recovery. When I first went to see him I feared I would have crippling neck pain for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: So first off, Andy is amazing. I came down with a case of costochondritis about a month and a half ago and it was very sudden and worrying, especially at my age of 27. I initially thought it was something that I might have to live with for a long time, but after doing a lot of obsessive research looking for answers I found that the problem was in my spine and not my chest. I found Andy's practice through a Google search and booked an appointment straight away. Turned up to meet honestly one of the nicest people I've come across, very welcoming energy and you just get the vibe you're in the right hands. Very knowledgeable of course and on hand to explain literally anything. Andy released a lot of tension in my spine and was moving things I didn't even know were there! After my first visit, the chest pain was gone. I could turn around without squinting in pain and it has changed my life honestly. Just goes to show how many things can be affected by the spine. Also just had a follow up appointment to make a couple further adjustments and my body feels good as new. If I have any future issues I know where I'm coming back to.

Fantastic experience: This review has been overdue for 5 years. Due to the nature of my profession in the health care sector, I suffered from persistent chronic back pain even before moving to London. I've always been wary of chiropractors, but a coworker has been urging me because she sees how much I suffer on a daily basis. I first saw Andy in 2017, and my back discomfort was gone after just two sessions. I have back pains after a long day of work, but they go away after I rest. I always speak about his examination skills to my colleagues; I didn't tell Andy my job, but he accurately diagnosed the region of my pain based on my stride. He has developed a clinical eye which is essential for a practitioner in order to implement his interventions. Because he enjoys what he does (and you will see how passionate he is) he delivers high quality care. So far, my NHS colleagues have all been pleased with the results. I went to his office last week for a follow-up treatment and, as usual, I am another happy patient.

Fantastic experience: Andy is a wonderful chiropractor and a master of his craft. I arrived in London on a business trip with incredible teeth clenching lower back pain. I was fortunate to see that his office had an available appointment in the afternoon of my first day, and after one day of treatment the teeth clenching pain was tolerable again. I went for a second treatment on my third day, and am feeling amazing now. I am so glad I was able to find Andy, and super grateful for his efforts to loosen up my lower back/hip.

But Andy approached our sessions with such kind patience and skill that after a few sessions I felt completely at ease much to my surprise.
