Fantastic experience: First class service and treatment, I would definitely recommend Selby Wellness Clinic, I hope I don't need to but I would absolutely use them again.

Fantastic experience: I have attended Selby Osteopaths and Wellness Clinic for over 3 years following a lower back injury, some years before, which was severely affecting my mobility and daily functioning. Initially, Alan provided manipulation and a series of exercises that improved the strength and flexibility in my back and hips. The exercises also prevented the frequent nigh-time lower leg cramps I was suffering from. As my condition improved I reduced attendance (4,6,8 weekly basis), attending to ensure any new problems were dealt with quickly. I no longer experience any back pain or leg cramps and am undertaking regular strength training. If I experience any muscular-skeletal problems Alan will be my first point of contact. 3 years ago I thought the back pain and limited mobility was permanent but Alan has supported me back good health. I highly recommend Selby Osteopaths and Wellness Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I visited selby osteopaths as I had severe back and hip pain for 3 months,q I had an appointment with Alan who assessed my condition and knew exactly what was needed and explained everything fully. Alan gave me some very ease and quick exercises to do, 3 times a day just for a few minutes at a time. I saw an instant improvement in my mobility and after several appointments, increase in exercises, I'm back to full mobility, Alan and the clinic are amazing. Fantastic experience: I attended Selby Osteopaths to gain strength in my legs and improve balance after a tibial plateau fracture. Alan treated me and compiled an exercise plan to suit my individual needs which greatly improved my problems. I would certainly return if I had any more issues with pain and/or mobility.

Having been sent away from the NHS physio at my GP's surgery with just a printed set of lots of generic exercises and no follow appointment offered the personal treatment and exercises Alan provided were perfect. Fantastic experience: Having started with Selby Oestopaths several years ago, I cannot thank them enough for the help with my lower back problem. I started out going to Alan I am now with Mariah. Both are excellent practitioners, they are able to diagnose the problem. They then help with manipulation and traction. If required they offer acupuncture for severe pain. Dealing with your overall wellbeing they then give exercises to help strengthen your back. I am now classed as a maintenance patient just to keep me going about my everyday routine. They are also there if you need an emergency appointment. Having an excellent website it set out all parts of the body they deal with. In these difficult times due to Covid, they are still able to help with all precautions put in place to keep themselves and the clients safe. Thank you Selby Oestopaths.

Fantastic experience: Selby Osteopath's are superb. They are very welcoming and friendly yet remain professional at all times. I see Mariah who is such a lovely and bubbly character and has helped me so much with both my hip and elbow issues. She offers lots of advice on how to self treat between appointments and is always happy to help. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful if I need to ring to change any appointments. The osteopath surgery is covid secure. You complete an online questionnaire before your appointment to check any recent illness or contact. On arrival to your appointment you ring the bell at the bottom of the outer stairs, wait for the door to be unlocked and to be called in. Temperature checks are done and hands sanitised. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Couldn't ask for a better service

Fantastic experience: I have received excellent care at Selby Osteopaths from Mariah Ramoly. Mariah is very gentle but extremely effective in dealing with my back and neck problems. I always feel at ease and Mariah listens very carefully when I am explaining my various aches and pains. I had significant pain in pain in December but I am now fully recovered and moving well again.

Fantastic experience: I visited Selby Osteopaths with a neck problem. I broke my neck many years ago & have always had issues with movement. I had around 4 visits to help with flexibility & ease of movement, at the end of which it was much improved. I will be going again for a "maintenance" session to help keep the freedom of movement I gained. Friendly staff and they certainly help me with my problem

Fantastic experience: I visited Selby Osteopaths for several weeks with hip problem. Alan treated me and gave me lots treatment and an exercise regime to do daily. Both Alan and the exercises helped me greatly and once I finished treatment I carried on with the exercises. I am now walking daily with my dog with only minor discomfort. My condition is Osteoarthritis. Great clinic and lovely people..

Fantastic experience: I've been here for a course of treatment for lower back pain and then again more recently for a sports releated injury. Visiting an osteopath for the first time, you are likely to be both in pain and also somewhat wary of what’s in store. Stephanie combines professionalism with warmth and friendliness that allows you to feel calm, reassured and releaxed throughout the appointment… Most importantly, of course, she really knows what she is doing. In my case, lower back was feeling much better after the first (same day) appointment and back to normal after a course of treatments. I've recently visited again as I had a sports injury and feels so much better, I'm glad I did! She also provided exercises to improve my condition between the appointments and tips on how to apply hot and cold treatment after exercising if experiening any further discomfort. I thoroughly recommend Stephanie and the practice to anyone who's in pain and wants to feel better quickly.
