Fantastic experience: Luca reassured me after a painful sprained ankle. Worried it was broken. Put me on the right track with a combination of diagnosis, exercise and deep tissue massage to free things up. Going to take a while to fully heal but got me feeling positive.

Fantastic experience: Luca has given me a glutes sports massage which has resolved the issue I was having when ice skating on my left foot (backwards & forwards turning on one foot as well as outwards & inwards turning which are being taught as part of the British National Ice-Skating programme). Before I had my sports massage, my left knee was going inwards while my right hip was rising which made ice skating uneasy. I had grown conscious of what was happening particularly after I had my knee injury in spring due to strenuous exercise including many hours of ice skating every week, walking and running. However, I couldn't articulate well in my mind why I was unable to skate equally well on both feet. Only after one appointment, Luca resolved this and I am very fortunate to have come across him and for knowing that I am no longer prone to knee injury as before. If I were to engage with many hours of ice skating at a time or other strenuous regular physical exercise, I would feel much more confident because the potentiality of recurring such knee injury is diminished. He has got knowledge in visceral osteopathy not often found in the UK. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Luca since 2018/2019. Initially I went for a clicking problem to my jaw that was fixed with some sessions. While lately I’ve been going for sport massages and mostly for tension on my neck and shoulders, as I work in front a computer for most of the day. Every time I go to Luca I feel more better, is such a relief. He sometimes gives me some easy exercises to practice at home to help my neck.
