Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Lucy highly enough. Despite seeing numerous professionals, Lucy is the only person who took time to listen, didn’t look panicked ( believe me some did) and gave me great advice. Small changes that have made such a difference and exercises that are realistic for my current state of health. She is also very knowledgeable and approachable. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: 2.5 weeks before my first tough mudder event I pulled my back with painful spasms and difficulty driving or opening doors, doing anything really! I left it for 5 days thinking it would go by itself but it never did. So I booked an appointment with Lucy who manipulated my back and gave me four exercises and stretches to do. The relief over the next few days was noticeable and within a week I felt much better. By the time the event came I was fighting fit and able to leap, crawl, climb. Without Lucy's help I would have never been able to make it. I highly recommend Lucy if you need help with your aches and pains.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Lucy for several years for various issues with shoulder/arm/next/back/hips and can honestly say that her expertise and knowledge in fixing me have been really great. I am happy that I've been able to carry on at the gym whilst using the adaptations and fixes as well as doing additional targeted exercises to strengthen various issues! My husband has recently started using Lucy for his sciatica and having been out of action for 4 weeks, she managed to get him moving and gave him some fabulous advice.

Fantastic experience: Lucy is an extremely competent osteopath - in fact the best I've experienced and I've used quite a few over the years! Her questions about the issues are very comprehensive and her treatment gets right to the point, albeit possibly with some pain - but then they say there's no gain without pain! For me, the recent move to a wonderful new 'studio' in Piddington has resulted in a new perfect experience.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Lucy highly enough! She's helped me with various issues most notably with acupuncture to treat menopausal symptoms (joint pain and hot flushes in the main) as due to health reasons I cannot have HRT treatment. She's extremely knowledgeable and always cheerful and friendly and puts you at ease immediately.

Fantastic experience: Lucy has done another fantastic job. This time to get me mobile again after I lifted too much in the gym and caused myself immense pain in my lower back. I hobbled/shuffled pitifully into her studio, and after 40 minutes I was able to walk out - not pain free, but with 2 important points. 1. Knowledge that what I’d done was muscular and not disk/spine related, which was a huge relief, and 2. A plan for continuing improvement via a stretching and movement plan created by her for me. Thank you again Lucy. You really are a star.

Fantastic experience: Lucy is amazing and has sorted so many physical and mental aches and pains over the years. Anything from tendonitis, arthritis, sprains or any other muscular/skeletal issues she is my first person to call. She has genuinely helped me reach my goals of getting through marathons etc either through proactive measures and/or patching me up after. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Lucy for 2.5 years now and can give her the highest recommendation. I broke my neck in a car accident when I was 18 and had two of my vertebrae fused as a result. Almost 30 years of life later, with attendant osteoarthritis etc, my body needs care to keep it out of constant pain. Lucy is my monthly medicine. She’s always listens carefully and intelligently, never assumes, and goes directly to the right spot with firm, sure hands. She’s knowledgeable, intuitive, strong and caring. And funny. Fantastic experience: Lucy is an excellent Osteopath. I was suffering from shoulder impingement for over a year. I had 3 steroid injections but the pain always returned. I dreaded the thought of having surgery done and so as a last resort before surgery I decided to give Acupuncture a go and I'm so glad I found Lucy. Lucy knew all about shoulder impingement and very quickly was able to get to the root of the problem. She treated me with a bit of physio and acupuncture and gave me shoulder excerises to do at home. I don't like needles but she was such a professional I hardly ever felt the needles. I found Lucy to be very knowledgeable and just a lovely person to talk to. Honestly after 3-4 weekly sessions the horrible pain I used to feel in my shoulder all the time started to go and I was pain free! I would only feel pain when I woke up and then I would do the excerises and the pain would disappear for the rest of the day. I have had 9 sessions over a 3 month period and I no longer feel pain in my shoulder but I will carry on with the exercises to ensure the pain doesn't return. Along the way Lucy has also helped with some lower back issues as well. Thank you for everything Lucy, should I have any further issues I will definitely be returning to you!

Fantastic experience: After injuring my left shoulder, I couldn't lift or put much weight on it when exercising, and certain 'everday movements' were very painful. I was uncomfortable sleeping and it took my arm a while to wake up each morning. Lucy is clearly incredibly knowledgeable (and also hilarious ). After doing various moves with me, she figured out which exercises to give me to do at home, and 3 weeks later I'm almost back to full mobility and comfort! Lucy adapted my exercises after my second session, so I now have a great toolkit of moves and lifestyle changes to carry on with to avoid future problems. Thank you, Lucy!

Fantastic experience: I've used OsetoFusion for a year now. Initially it was to treat a problem with my forearms that had been plaguing me for well over a decade. After the first treatment there was a significant improvement, after half a dozen treatments it really seems to have disappeared. I now alternate between osteopathy and sports massage as ongoing monthly 'maintenance' treatments as I like keeping fit and healthy. Great service with great results, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Lucy is an excellent osteopath. She really listens to understand your problem and works out a series of stretches, massages or manipulations (I don't know the osteopathy language so I hope this is correct) which are specific for your problem. She also suggests exercises to do at home if relevant and takes and interest in your well being even if she has stopped working with you. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Osteofusion for a few years now. Lucy has a really good understanding of what is needed and the fact that she used to be a paramedic gives me a great deal of comfort. I know for a fact that my back is much improved after a visit to see her and ultimately I'm "up and running" much more quickly than had I just waited. On one occasion when my back was really bad and i could hardly walk she came in early to ensure I was seen that day. I have visited a number of osteopaths in my life and Lucy is up there with the best in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: I was in a lot of pain with my hips and knee. It was a long wait for the NHS to fit me in. I phoned Lucy and she booked me in for the next day. She is a very pleasant and professional osteopath, she listened and understood my problems and after treatment and her advice, my joints felt a lot better. I will continue to see her on a regular basis until my surgery comes around. Well worth the money to me. I highly recommend.

She has really helped educate me but also has a real client centred approach.
