Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Alexandra at Nexus for the past couple of months following a back spasm and chronic sciatica and I honestly could not be more impressed with the care I have received. Alexandra is incredibly caring, kind and professional and has really taken the time to understand my problems and work with me to improve them. An added bonus is the beautiful salon based in The Pantiles, you feel calm as soon as you walk through the door. The treatment provided has helped me enormously and I am feeling so much better than when I first visited and could barely walk. Fantastic experience: Alex has helped me with a reoccurring neck/back pain that would flare up and leave me with a headache for days after the smallest of movements. The combination of regular sessions and a few helpful stretches to do regularly has meant I now don’t live in fear of it coming back. I’ve done all sorts (including multiple camping trips!) without any issues. I only (eventually) booked an appointment after my wife experienced help from Alex too) and I only regret not booking sooner! I can highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I'd highly recommend Nexus; I have been seeing Alexandra for a while about an ongoing hip problem, and I've been really impressed by the treatment and support plans she's provided. In additional to the treatment, Alexandra was also really good at breaking down the information I received from an MRI & X-Ray report which helped me to understand a lot of the technical information in simple language, which I hugely appreciated. The environment is really nice and calming and is a very handy central location for Tunbridge Wells, with nearby parking.

I found her to be sympathetic, respectful of my age (80 years) and very professional in her initial diagnosis. She recommended two or three treatments on this area plus some general massage to alleviate the problem. I am happy to say all is now well and I would be happy to recommend her. Fantastic experience: Although in my mid-seventies, I do quite a lot of walking and birdwatching, and also undertake physical tasks once a week on a nature reserve. Inevitably, I often have stiff neck and shoulders, and in January this year I suffered from lower back pain. On my daughter’s recommendation, I made an appointment with Alexandra Holt, and was impressed with her care and attention to detail over past medical history and her holistic approach to assessing my stance, movement and flexibility. I felt better immediately after the first session, and enjoyed a second appointment a couple of weeks later, which – after initial assessment – concentrated on different areas. I have returned approximately once a month, and Alex has worked at my stiffnesses from old injuries (e.g. a broken shoulder when I was 14), and general movement. Highly recommended! Liz Ackroyd

Fantastic experience: I found Alexandra at Nexus Health after nearly three weeks of severe sciatic pain, that had not improved with NHS physio or other steps I had taken to manage it. Alexandra took an in-depth medical history and details of the onset of the pain and possible triggers, then performed a comprehensive assessment of my pain and range of movement followed by various manipulations and massage to the affected areas. From the very next day after the appointment, the pain had eased noticeably, and my movement felt much freer. I have since seen her twice again and experienced further relief. I cannot recommend her enough. I was really struggling with the pain and felt limited in my day-to-day life, and two weeks later I am mostly back to normal. Thank you Alex!

Fantastic experience: Following an extended stay in hospital, my Mother was discharged with "foot drop" and unfortunately, as we are all aware the NHS is slow to respond these days. Spoke to Mum about my experience with osteopathy and she decided to try it. Initial response was encouraging in general terms of feeling in the foot and with each visit the response has been good and latest visit, only the third, has resulted in the foot responding to the nerves request, excellent news. She did a thorough interview with me spent almost an hour working my spine and back muscles and arm and wrist. She diagnosed my wrist as a case of Carpal Tunnel and treated it. Fantastic experience: For years I have had pain in my foot when going on long hikes and mainly downhill, I visited Alexandra to get some advice and help on how best to manage it. Alexandra was very thorough with her questioning on what made it hurt and how it happened, then she worked on the area and around it to see what was going on, after diagnosing it as tendinitis she gave me some exercises to do at home, in between visits and manipulation sessions. Last Sunday I went on a 10k hike, I had no pain at all and after seeing Alexandra the following day she even noticed that the swelling had gone down on my ankle, which is great!!
