From the initial phone call, the receptionist was incredibly warm, professional, and helpful, giving clear advice and setting my mind at ease right away. My appointment was with William Burke, and I couldn't have been in better hands. William was brilliant—he took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answered all my questions, and walked me through the recovery process step-by-step. The treatment itself was performed with absolute precision and far less discomfort than I had anticipated. First-class service, top-tier expertise, and a genuinely patient-focused clinic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend William and the team to anyone needing specialist treatment!

Fantastic experience: I had cause to visit The Wells due to severe knee pain in my left knee. It’s a long story about the knee but I saw Will Burke who I have known for a good few years and he examined my knee using Ultrasound. Afterwards we discussed the pictures and my options and decided on a course of action to administer a steroid injection. It is now 48 hours later as I write and I have had no problems with the injection and the pain in my knee has reduced significantly to a level where I intend to start tomorrow to slowly resume gentle exercises building up over a week to my normal daily 30 minute routine. Will’s thoroughly professional approach along with his gentle administration of the steroid injection and careful advice throughout the consultation was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and The Wells to anyone with knee pain or any other joint issues for that matter. The lady on the phone was friendly and helpful in finding a time that suited. We saw Will Burke and he was great with my son; he was very thorough and explained everything really well. We’ve come away with a set of exercises to help some very tight hamstrings. The treatment rooms are all new and shiny and there’s a well equipped rehab gym too. Bonus is the large, free carpark right next door. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Lavina is a brilliant Physiotherapist! I had damaged my deltoid legament and was sent to Well Free Physio through my consultant. My experience with Lavina has been very good. She is very caring and has explained the situation very well very patiently. She has given very specific treatment with some targeted exercises which helped me a lot. Fantastic experience: I would like to say big thank you to Lavina M my physiotherapist, who is only the female physio at the practice for ongoing support with physio sessions, great communication, very motivational approach, frequent update to exercise regimen and positive attitude. I found it very beneficial to have her reviews of exercise techniques, suggesting aids to exercise and supportive video links from the patient portal, clinic FB page and other social media to enhance the exercise practice at home. Lavina is good listener and always eager to help. She has help me to achieve a progressive recovery and I am very grateful to her. Also I would like to recognize the reception staff at the clinic (apologies Ladies, z\I still need to learn your names), who have been very responsive and helpful with a referral progress and booking appointments. It is always a pleasure to visit this clinic. The atmosphere make a nice difference to patient/client experience. This practice offers group exercise classes, which I haven't try, but recognize the benefit of them to local patient population.

Fantastic experience: I have visited the clinic for plantar fasciitis and then for my rehab post leg fracture surgery. Staff were super helpful in the clinic. I am mostly seen by Apurva who was wonderful and always ensured my progress post surgery. Will also helped me when Apurva was off and was of great help in my recovery.

Fantastic experience: I have had severe lower back pain for three years with sciatica type pain into my thigh and calf. At times my mobility has been severely restricted. Scan has shown severe stenosis at a number of places in my lumbar spine and I am on an NHS waiting list. I thought to try physio while I wait almost as a last resort. I have had several sessions with Pru now and the programme has helped massively. Pain is much reduced, I can sleep again, and get around much better. I cannot fault any aspect of Wells physio. Very efficient,friendly service from everybody there.

I had the good fortune of picking Will Burke from the Wells Physio practice out of a long list of providers given to me by my insurer, and I am so grateful for my lucky pick. I had total rupture of my cruciate ligament requiring surgery and Will got me to a great state to undergo the surgery. This was commended by the surgeon. I am now going through post op physio with Will and am making really good progress in returning back to normal. I would give Will 10/10 for his technical ability and helpful manner. And the environment is also excellent. Brilliant front office team and lots of good gym equipment and a really good ambience at the practice. The team are so helpful with bookings, bills etc and really friendly and flexible. These sessions are a highlight of my week.

Fantastic experience: Tried the bike fit service, and was thoroughly impressed. Fit was completed by an experienced cyclist, who is also an experienced and qualified physio, working with professional cycling teams and organisations over many years. It is great to have this level of knowledge and experience passed onto me as an amateur cyclist. Slight performance gains, but my priority was comfort. Felt so much better after each ride, seemed to recover faster to allow me to ride again sooner. Highly recommend this service.
