Fantastic experience: I came with a persistent, pulling pain in my leg that started from the glute and went down to my calf. It had been bothering me for several months and was especially uncomfortable at night when resting, even though it felt a bit better when walking. After just two sessions, I noticed a significant improvement. The osteopath worked on my sacrum and helped release the tension in my leg, and the pain in my glute completely disappeared. I also started sleeping much better, which was very important for me. There is still occasional mild discomfort in my calf, but it is much less than before. I was also given exercises to help with the nerve, which have been really helpful. I truly appreciate the attentive and thorough approach — she looks at all possible causes and works very gently and professionally. I have known Olga for over 3 years and fully trust her with my body. I am planning to continue a few more sessions to improve my overall wellbeing. Fantastic experience: This is not my first time seeking help from Olga, and once again I am incredibly grateful for her professionalism, quick response, a kind and empathetic approach. I am currently 31 weeks pregnant and had been suffering from severe leg pain. I visited A&E and contacted my GP, but I was repeatedly told to “wait until after delivery” and was refused any real help. Olga was the only specialist who truly listened to me and was able to relieve my pain.I had my appointment on 28/12/2025. At that time, the pain was so intense that I could barely walk into her office. I was struggling with basic self-care, felt extremely low emotionally, and was completely desperate. During the session, Olga provided massage therapy, acupuncture, applied kinesiology tape, and gave me clear advice on pain management and diet. The results were immediate, right after the session I was able to straighten my leg and walk much more confidently, and the sharp pain disappeared. I have been following Olga’s recommendations for over a week now, and everything truly helps. I finally feel like I am living again, with a noticeable improvement in both my physical and mental wellbeing. I am deeply thankful to Olga for her work and support and would highly recommend her to anyone, especially during pregnancy!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Olga. Olga started treating my daughter’s fractured arm as soon as it came out of her cast. There was an immediate improvement in movement and extension. This helped reduce the pain and improved the speed of recovery. Olga helped with my daughter’s posture and alignment, (she had held herself very tightly since the injury) and this whole body approach really sped up her recovery. The surgeon was impressed with the work she had done. My daughter has full movement again and is now back to full activities. Olga worked much more intensively and in a focussed way than the usual physio treatment we had been offered.

Fantastic experience: I visited Olga after a month long cold, which had caused congestion, wheezing, a persistent cough and sore ribs. Olga helped to open up my chest so I could breathe normally for the first time in four weeks. My congestion reduced and my lungs felt so much better. Fantastic experience: Am adresat la ajutorul acestui osteopatie după recomandare de la alte pacienți, fără să am mare așteptări - aveam dureri puternice în umăr, mînă și amorțite degete - totul în partea stingă, înainte de această am fost la spital în UK, au controlat inima (tot era bine) medicul o spus ca e dureri musculare și prescris painkillers puternice, care nu-mi ajutat practic deloc. Olga mi-o sfătuit sa trec rezonanță magnetică si o făcut primă cursa de masaj - după ce am simțit oleacă mai bune ( pina atunci avem trei săptămâni în care nu puteam dormi din cauza durerilor). Am făcut rezonanță magnetică și în rezultatele am aflat că am hernie la trei discuri in regiunea cervicala. După această am făcut încă 3 sesiuni de masaj + exerciții recomandate de Olga - durerile practic o dispărut si amorțire în degete tot, dar încă continui cursă de tratament (masaj) - vreau sa spun un mare mulțumesc si recomand acest profesionist la toți.

До сих пор не могу до конца поверить что мой менструальный цикл возобновился после почти 6 месяцев задержки, которая случилась после замершей беременности и выкидыша в Сентябре этого года. В мои 46 лет я уже начала бы думать о менопаузе, но я еще продолжала верить что это последствия выкидыша и как хорошо что я не ошиблась и все таки решилась ехать к тебе 120миль чтобы получить хоть небольшой шанс на восстановление полностью сорванного цикла. Но, я даже на мгновение не могла себе представить насколько высоким профессионализмом ты обладаешь. Не могла я подумать что такую, казалось бы сложную проблему, можно решить таким мягким и безболезненным способом, да ещё и полным отсутствием какого либо медикаментозного лечения. Скажу честно, дорога домой оказалась для меня не самой лёгкой, т.к я чувствовала себя очень очень уставшей я еле до-рулила и сразу же упала спать. Но, утром когда я обнаружила что цикл снова запустился, я поняла как я правильно поступила что доехала всё-таки до тебя. Ты удивительный человек и прекрасный мастер своего дела. Сейчас знаю точно, даже если бы нужно было проехать к тебе 300 миль или 500, меня и это не остановило бы. Спасибо тебе Олечка. Твои ручки творят настоящие чудеса с человеческими телами. Жду с нетерпением следующего сеанса и буду ездить сколько необходимо.

Fantastic experience: Летом 2017 года я повредил ногу, образовалась небольшая припухлость в районе Ахиллесова сухожилия, и при ходьбе или беге появлялась небольшая боль, постепенно усиливающая если бег продолжать. Только Ольга помогла. К тому времени я уже отчаялся и спросил Ольгу посмотреть ногу заодно когда приходил с проблемой в спине. Ольга нашла причину проблемы с ногой очень быстро - недостаточная подвижность костей стопы. Два или три сеанса у Ольги и несколько недель упражнений и все прошло. Бегать я начинал понемногу увеличивая дистанцию и к прошлому лету бегал 9 километров за раз. Для полноты картины: для ноги я пробовал следующие методы: 1) ортопедические стельки в обувь на заказ в простом месте, совсем не помогли; 2) ортопедические стельки в обувь на заказ в хорошем месте, помогли пока ходишь в обуви, ходил дома в обуви; 3) иглоукалывание, практик сказала, что это почечный меридиан, ноге не помогло совсем, но с почками пришлось побегать по врачам; 4) физиотерапия с специальным прибором для имитации ударных нагрузок, и набор растягивающий упражнений, помогало пока делал упражнения каждый день; 5) остеопат в другой клинике, не помогло совсем, он даже не смог подступиться к проблеме, сказал будем лёд прикладывать и так далее; Проблему со спиной Ольга тоже помогла решить, подсказав что боль в спине возникает из-за перегрузки одной стороны, решение оказалось простым: 1. не использовать компьютерную мышку чтобы сидеть прямо и не тянуться одной рукой в сторону; 2. и не сидеть скрестив ноги в одну и ту же сторону как я до этого делал;

Fantastic experience: Я знакома с остеопатией уже не один год. Волей судьбы наблюдалась у разных специалитов. Каждый в свое время мне очень помог. Например благодаря одному из них я согла выносить без боли 3го ребенка. После переезда в англию мне снова понадобилась помощь остеопата, боль в спине, онемение руки и сильная боль в тазу. Нашла Ольгу по отзывам в группах, уже на приеме узнала, что Ольга может помочь с еще оной деликатной проблеммой, болезненные ощущения во время секса (появились после последних родов). Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Olga enough, she has treated me for lower back pain and women's health issues after having a laparoscopy. She is very knowledgeable and thorough, she takes time and effort to tailor her treatments to your individual needs.I saw a great improvement after couple of sessions with her, she is very gentle, which I found good as my condition can be easily aggrevated. She has also treated my 11 year old son for ankle pains, again with good success.

Unlike the majority of specialists in the UK, Olga wanted to know every detail about my health and body and everything was recorded in her files. The session itself was pain-free and even fun. Fantastic experience: I have suffered from a hip joint pain, inflammation and joint "clicking" for three years, taking anti inflammatory medicines and injections and nothing has helped. Olga fixed my hip in one session, it stopped clicking, the pain disappeared. Extremely grateful for that. My husband has snoring issues, after visiting Olga he hasn't snored for 2 months, unfortunately we couldn't do follow up visits to fix the result. Highly recommended.
